If you come here you will not be disappointed! Miki does my girls hair and she is absolutely amazing! She takes her time. She cross checks her work and she is really good at what she does! Honestly one of the most talented stylist we have ever had. very grateful for her and her work!

Yesterday I went to Garbo's for the very first time and was totally amazed. Wanted a short hair cut with layers throughout. Steve took my plain Jane haircut and transformed it into something beautiful and very manageable. I left the salon feeling pleased with a huge smile on my face. Steve is an awesome person and does amazing work. The salon was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will be going to Garbo's from now on. I strongly recommend Garbo's Salon

I'm very likely going to spell it incorrectly but Micky *Mickie? is responsible for my finding a stylist or barber that I am going to stick with. Precision, efficiency, and friendliness summarize my experience with her. Now, to try and be consistent with appointments and not wait too long in between. She is the reason for the four stars, all the way! In general, the employees who monitor the reception desk practice quality customer service. I would say room for improvement in welcoming patrons and acknowledging them while they wait. Keep up the great work, team!

I had never colored my hair before so I was nervous. Missy did a beautiful job of adding red lowlights to my blonde. I've gotten so many compliments!

I walked in yesterday morning with an emergency. I had gotten my hair done the day before and it was a disaster. My hair was fried by time I got out of the chair. I walked in not long after they opened and Rachel got right to work. The prices are amazing and the staff is so welcoming. Being new to Montgomery I’ve had a few horrible experiences with getting my hair done, but needless to say, I will be coming to see Rachel for all my needs!

Today was my first visit to Rachel Mathews at Garbo’s Salon. I’m so excited because I’ve finally found the best color professional in this area and that I’ve ever had! I am a darkening blond that requires a heavy highlight, she truly is a blond expert. I have no yellow or missed spots. She actually corrected my horrible touch up job that I thought could not be fixed. I’m extremely picky, and Rachel was very informative and patient. The pricing is amazingly reasonable, and she was very fast. I’m impressed with my entire experience today, and I am now a dedicated client. Thank you, Garbo’s and Rachel!

I did an at-home bleaching and it turned our awful! Luckily, Stephani was able to help me out and she did an AMAZING JOB! It looks like I never made a mistake. I am so thankful because now I look presentable, cool, and new. She’s great and I highly, highly recommend! :)

I called on a Thursday in a panic because my hometown hair dresser had turned my hair purple by leaving the toner in too long, and colored my roots a weird reddish color. Cali took the call and booked me for the next day. She completely transformed my hair and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She is so friendly and made me feel at ease. I highly, HIGHLY recommend. I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Cali at Garbo's for years for a haircut and she always does a great job. The other day I had a home-haircoloring fiasco and I contacted Cali in a panic! She squeezed me into her schedule and did such a fantastic job fixing my botched hair color job. The color looks so natural you can't even tell I made a huge mess of it! Thank you Cali - you are a lifesaver!

It's a nice salon. They know what they doing but a little expensive for being in AL. I paid $20 for my little boy haircut.

Leah is a rock star... I have a client in Montgomery, and visit every 2 months. She has cut my hair for over a year, and I get compliments on my hair often, since she started cutting it for me! Add to it, she is stylish, classy, sweet and personable. A nice salon, convenient location and hours - it's a great experience!

I just love Steve, the owner and a stylist at this salon. Not only does he give a great haircut, but he has a fantastic personality and he's very careful. My hair had too much layered color for the blonde highlights I wanted, and so he advised me to do it next time and recommended a clarifying shampoo. Seriously, not everyone is going to be that honest. Also, he had me cracking up! He's a great wit! Great experience! Thanks Steve, if you ever read this! I needed that! -C. Caudill
