Been to Garibaldi many times over the years. Food is highly consistent, service is excellent, and its reasonably priced for a 1 Michelin star. They will also go out of their way to make changes to the dish/menu for you. In general if you're looking for great Italian food done with passion and flavour - this is the place.

Food was sublime. Staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended the 30g ocietra caviar tin. Cleaned and packed it thereafter for me to bring home with the spoons as a souvenir.

Went for dinner on a week night to avoid crowds. Nice ambiance, elegant and tranquil. Service was very good throughout. One of the best wine lists especially for Italian wines in Singapore. Both the seared foie gras and scallops appetisers were delicious with ample portions. Our friends had Rigatoni alla Bologna’s and Gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce which they liked very much. The other mains were Veal Costoletta Milanese which was excellent and Osso Bucco Garibaldi (good). Dessert of Molten Lava Chocolate Tart with Vanilla Gelato did not live up to the other dishes as it was quite average.

Every dish was simply divine with elevated flavour, making it an unforgettable meal for me and my husband. On top of that, the ambiance and interior design are equally impressive and pleasing. I’d also like to praise Vishu for his outstanding service. His smile and attentiveness made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Not forgetting the chefs for the aesthetically pleasing plating, showcasing amazing selections on your menu. I look forward to returning soon!

Came here for a belated bday dinner and totally surprised by the attention to detail in their service and food! You know it’s good when the bread is hot and yummy. We got the seasonal menu and one extra dish to try and they were SOOO GOOD, especially the angel hair pasta with the caviar, the poached egg dish, and their pastas. They even gave me a dessert as a birthday treat! 💯 service too. Also saw they won a lot of awards for their wine selections, not a big fan of Prosecco but theirs was so good and no hangover! Highly recommend for a date, birthday, or a cozy holiday meal!

Visited for their free flow brunch, there’s lots to eat, good quality food. Items are served plated to the table and you can get more servings as you wish. I especially liked their pasta selection, the sauces were very tasty! Maybe a wider selection of desserts would be good.

The service was impeccable, the food was nothing short of delectable, made with premium ingredients, and the dishes were a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Special mention for their warm focaccia - we fell in love with its soft and airy texture with a crisp exterior. We couldn’t resist asking for a second serving, even though we were so full from the meal!
