The Garum Tapas Bar was a positive surprise on our trip to Cordoba.
The restaurant offers a good choice of very particular and tasty Andulisian specialties, which you usually do not find in other restaurants. In addition, the wine list contains an excellent selection of regional wines, and the sommelier made a perfect recommendation based on our preferences. The quality and taste of the food were perfect, and the service was kind and courteous. The prices of the plates and the wines are decent, considering their quality. The ambiance is pleasant and contributes to an enjoyable evening. Like any of my reviews, of course, this review is related to the type of restaurant, the restaurant's gastronomic objective, the overall gastronomic quality of the respective city, and the general context and needs to get compared to similar types of restaurants.
