The tech was knowledgeable and personable. He explained what he found, or didn't find, with my furnace. He offered other services as he found appropriate but wasn't a hard sell. Best of all the company was able to send someone out the day after I called with an issue. The cost was reasonable as well. I'm planning on using Gary&Sons again and I'd recommend them to others.

We’ve had Gary and Sons come do annual check up services on our furnace and repairs and every time they have been prompt, if not early. Every tech has been professional and very personable, explaining what was done and what needs done. I would 💯 recommend this company to anyone. Howard, at the shop is also very helpful as well.

Highly recommend! The main water shut off in our home needed replaced. They were wonderful. I got an automated text when they were on their way so I knew when to expect them (love that!!). This is a real and professional business and not just some guy with tools. They were experienced and got to work right away! I felt safe having them in our home. I was also quite impressed at how quickly they were able to get here and get everything done. The new shut-off looks great and, most importantly, works great. As someone who prefers to do everything themselves and not hire people for things if I can avoid it, I can say I'm very glad I went this route. With having to call a plumber, my main concern was price.. Of course prices vary per job and every home is different, but for our case in particular, it was less than $500 to have all this done so we could have water back to our house that day. Absolutely worth it for the convenience and peace of mind!! Hoping to not need any more major repairs for a long time, but next time I do, I will certainly be calling Gary & Sons!

Gary & Sons always offers on time, reliable repairs, cleanings and always answers any questions. I've never had a bad experience with them. They are always fast and friendly. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC repair company!!

Gary's installed our mini splits and we have a regular service contract with them. They have always been consistent and great about getting the job done in a timely fashion. Matthew Joines completed our service today and was very personable as well as thorough. I'd request him in the future if he's available.

Gary and Sons serviced my boiler today for the first time and the technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Recently, I had experienced a problem with Gary & Sons when a technician was at my rental property because the furnace wasnt working leaving the tenants without heat. The end result left a very sour taste in my mouth so I left feedback on my experience, truly not expecting for anything to become of it. However to my complete surprise, a representative from Gary & Sons reached out to my wife to discuss what had happened and ultimately did what they could to address the situation and make it right. Because of how the company took ownership to address my concerns, I would definitely recommend Gary & Sons. They clearly value their customer base and reputation of doing quality work..
