It's a shame I can give only 5 stars to Gary's, as a company and especially for the Closter, NJ store and it's manager, Larry.
I'll try to keep this short. Gary's sent an update about my order, saying they would let me know when it was filled. I kinda panicked and replied I needed it the next morning for a birthday party. Less than 20 minutes later, Patty in the Wayne, NJ called and said they have what I ordered in Wayne but not in Closter (near my house). We had some conversation and Patty said she'd check with Larry to see what can be done.
The next thing I know, Patty is on the phone telling me Larry sent one of his staff to drive to Wayne and pick up my order. And not for pickup the next day, but in a couple of hours! I was completely floored by that amazing customer service and was happy to meet Larry and tell him in person.
I've been a Gary's member/customer for a few years, but this customer experience has made me a true and loyal Gary's fan. Try them, I doubt you would ever be disappointed!
