As a chicken keeper and an egg cookbook author, I'm pretty picky about eggs I eat when I'm traveling, but I decided to give the breakfast burrito a try at Gaslighter and I'm so glad I did. It was delicious and a nice portion size. Stuffed with some spicy sausage that gave it just the right amount of sass. The coffee is good, far better than you get at most hotels and the avocado toast was also perfect as a lighter breakfast option. Things like a bagel or yogurt bowl round out the menu. In the lobby of the Wayfarer Hotel, Gaslighter is worth checking out for breakfast if you're in the area.
