I spent a week here while visiting friends nearby. This Place has anAirbnb feel but not. Exactly. The only time you really see staff is in the morning for breakfast Or if they’re cleaning rooms.You get a code with your reservation confirmation and there are little lock boxes on the outside by the back parking lot. Speaking of breakfast, it’s elaborate in that. There is a huge selection of yogurt and granola, fruit, bread/rolls, Meats and cheeses. Unfortunately, There is no actual restaurant, Staffing has been a problem so for the time being there is no restaurant Speaking of staff. Petra, one of the owners is always available in the mornings at breakfast as is Maria who Wears a lot of hats. They are wonderful, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are serviceable And relatively small.. No frills but comfy and clean. I was able to use the upstairs apartment to write in for a day and that was wonderful. If you have a large group of people coming the apartment houses 8+ with a full kitchen.

The delicious breakfast started with a friendly smile by the employee - no better start than that possible. The room was stylish, clean and silent. Parking also very good - highly recommended!

Self-Check in is risky. It took the property more than 1 hour after payment and booking to send the key code. ...only after several telephone calls. When contacting the emergency number to get your key code, try calling several times. It took us 4 calls until finally someone answered and delivered support.

The place is really nice. When you arrive in the village, it's really cute, and so is the hotel. Logging in is really easy. The rooms are very clean and a good size. Breakfast is served to the tables and everything Really good. The hotel is definitely good value for money❤️

We picked this place because of its strategical location, very close the famous EUROPAPARK. Moreover Ettenheim is such a typical lovely village. Thus we did not regret our choice. Rooms were clean and exactly as described/advertised on their website. ||Staff is absolutely caring and so friendly. We also enjoyed their excellent kitchen for dinner, as well as for breakfast. We felt spoiled and very well taken care of : not a hugh cheap breakfast buffet but service at the table, everything freshly cooked on demand. A really lovely experience.||Good to know : no airco in the rooms, which would be definitely a plus on heat waves days like we had during our stay. Windows open + noisy street = not so great.||Despite the good boxpring beds we did not have such a good sleep.||But we would certainly come back and recommend this place, except on very hot summer days...

We had a most wonderful dinner there. Get there hungry, the plates are huge and you will definitely go home happy as goat on a spring day in the mountains. Most attentive service everrr. Friendly, kind, funny and on TOP! My first time there, surely not my last. What a wonderful evening! Thank You!

we stayed here for only one night whilst touring, but i wouldn't hesitate to stay again. the room was light and clean . at breakfast we were spoilt for choice. the staff were friendly and helpful the restaurant looked inviting but would reccommend to book in advance

It took long for our food to arrive, my plate arrived 10 minutes before my wife's. A big no no. My wife had a schnitzel with wild mushrooms, it was ok, my dish was Schnitzel with french fries, the underside was black, spots on top also. When i commented about that, all i got was an 'ok' and an almost visible shrug. Not recommended.
