Everyone - the owner and staff - is very friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Tasteful room, elegant breakfast room (this is also the cooking school's place) with nice view and very good and tasty breakfast. The elegant bathroom had a great shower and the standard size bed was comfortable. Practical and friendly furnished, they got the best out of the limited space. Very clean. I also enjoyed the daily dishes and permanent menue in the restaurant. The only downside: the room was hot and stayed hot the whole night, as there is no aircon.

In short, simply a perfect conversion. Rarely have I seen such a perfect renovation. Well, I only saw the rooms before on the homepage and couldn't believe my eyes how perfect these new rooms seemed to me then in reality. I always find details where I would say this or that could be better, but no, I and all fellow travelers liked it completely. Creative but not pompous details stand out, honest materials and high-quality trousseau round off the result. It starts in the small, simple reception, follows up the stairs, into the room and finally into the breakfast room. In addition to the exceptionally light interior design, various details stand out, such as serving boards with indentations for bowls and glasses. Small furniture are placed aside twin place tables to avoid chaos on the table. Instead of the usual overloaded buffet atmosphere, there is also lightness here like in a spacious eat-in kitchen at home. And last but not least, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Thanks for pampering.

I can absolutely recommend this place! We had a birthday lunch there, 7 adults and 2 toddlers, and we were all extremely impressed by the food and the service. The food is definitely not cheap but worth every euro. We particularly appreciated how the kids were treated, they were extremely friendly and made sure that the kids got their food early (as we requested). Great experience!

We only went to dine. Great service and good food. They had many gluten-free options and were very clear about it. Greatly organized. Would recommend!

This place is not cheap, but it is worth every Euro. This is a better than average restaurant and the food is cooked amazingly well. They also offer cooking classes. I absolutely recommend this restaurant, especially for special occasions!

Amazing lunch.. Forelle in a buttery sauce, the staff meal (not on the menu, but ask for it?. The knopfle with demiglaze beef and mushrooms and onions), seasonal asoaragus with butter sauce and wonderful potatoes. The chef and staff were amazing too.. Lot of smiles, explained the dishes. One of the best meals in germany.

Outstanding! Food is delicious - prepared and served with pride. My only disappointment was there was no Black Forest cake on the menu but they had plenty of other delicious desserts to choose from. The appetizer trio with steak tartare was phenomenal. And the sun-dried tomato butter on their amazing fresh bread was over the top on flavor.
