Gasthaus Schupfen

Villa Schupfen is a good place for a few things, lunch, dinner, snacks, seminar roons, events and what-can, service is excellence pur sang and the place gives a romantic vibe yet still for the whole family. You can arrive via canoe, or by foot or by car or by bike in anyways no disappointed client .

A beautifully picturesque setting, Gasthaus Schupfen is the perfect place to visit for dinner on the Rhine. Ample parking and a historic building is best enjoyed when the rather is good so you can walk around the grounds either before or after you eat. The restaurant itself presents as a beautifully preserved and maintained venue. I enjoyed a 4 course menu tasting menu paired with wine, along with 7 other guests for a birthday of one of our party members and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Fantastic Place. Great Views, fantastic view! The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with anything. They have a modern “barn” down at the lake, which is really beautiful, if you’re planning a larger party!

After a long hike with our baby and dog we wanted to have a drink outside on the lounge. The waitress and the waiter saw us sitting outside but never had the courtesy to attend to us. That was a great shame…

Lovely location with a great garden on the Rhine. However, food was underwhelming compare to former times. Still good but not quite excellent.

Little bit too expensive for the food quality and choice. But it is located in a beautiful spot on Rhine.
