Wonderful attention from staff. Super grateful to them, they did an amazing job and they arranged the load exactly as I asked them.

Has on street parking overnight Opens at 8 am. Seems very nice got unloaded right away.

Nice personal working there, if they have the contener ready in,they work fast if not you have to wait for the trailer some other driver bring it

Without any question whatsoever: a terrible first and last experience!!! We arrived last Saturday a little after noon and left Monday around the same time, 48 hrs total!!! It's not the super long wait what bothered us the most but the desinformation and wrongly applied procedures: first, Sunday morning we were told that the night shift never left the info of our turn to be called to a door so we were forgotten for quite a while and second, on Sunday afternoon, we were given a door; however, at about 11pm an employee told us that because the truck that was lined up after us had less pallets to be treated, his boss instructed him to prioritize it over ours... In summary, they started working on our truck past midnight and finished Monday at about 1:30pm. It's outrageous if not lacking total respect for drivers. Not even the least sense of apology from the office personnel, it was overly abusive and unforgivable; in other words, the weekend staff sucks to the maximum extent of the word possible!!!
