This is my favorite place to eat and not have to worry about gluten, refined sugars and chemical fake foods. Their specialty drinks ( I have had the matcha and the cocoa) created with their in house made almond milk are so good. Sweetened with just the right amount of maple syrup....they are a treat in a cup for sure. My first visit I enjoyed a bowl that I created myself using their many healthy options. It included sweet potato noodles, grassfed beef crumbles, onions and zucchini with the delicious AIP chimichurri sauce. My husband enjoyed their Poke bowl. By the way, they use coconut aminos to make their soy free ponzu sauce and it will rock your socks. I really enjoyed his bowl, too! Today, I got the poke bowl with cauliflower rice and my husband enjoyed the actual cauliflower bowl. Our son got the chicken and waffles. Again....this visit did not disappoint. Everything was delicious!!! Unfortunately, I did not get a photo of the chicken and waffles....but I can assure you it was mouthwatering. I also want to make note that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a specific diet whether it be whole 30, Paleo, AIP.....they accommodate with ease. It is always a win-win situation when the food and the staff are equally good. I love Gather kitchen and am thankful for them being here. Sometimes when you have to follow certain diets and are allergic to most things used in most restaurants, you can get bummed about having to eat at home again. Now I love a good home cooked meal....but having a place to go eat at that you know will not hinder your health goals is a God send. You get real food without the crud and leave full and happy. Gather Kitchen.....my family and I will be back so many times. I am already planning my next bowl. ❤️
