Gatsby Athens Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was fantastic at every turn and very helpful in setting up transfer for us. The breakfast is not to be missed. The location is ideal, a short walk to many of Athens major sites including the Acropolis, Plaka and Psyri districts, and many nearby options for meals. The décor was great and we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. They do have high quality music some evenings, however it didn't really bother our sleep and seemed to wrap up around 11 pm when we were returning.

Absolutely exceeded every expectation! My spouse and I chose The Gatsby Hotel for our honeymoon in Athens, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our trip. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, making us feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay. The restaurant on-site is exceptional – easily one of the best we've experienced. The culinary team clearly takes pride in their craft, and it shows in every dish. What really set this place apart were the thoughtful touches. We were greeted with welcome beverages upon arrival, which was a lovely way to start our stay. But the real surprise came after we settled into our room – the staff had arranged for a bottle of champagne to be delivered as a honeymoon surprise. It was such an unexpected and generous gesture that truly made our celebration feel special. We stayed in the party suite, and wow – it didn't disappoint! The jacuzzi was pure perfection after long days exploring Athens, and the private balcony became our favorite spot to unwind. The ambiance lighting in the evening created such a romantic atmosphere that we found ourselves spending hours out there just soaking it all in. The Gatsby Hotel doesn't just provide accommodation – they create experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. We're already planning our return trip to Athens just so we can stay here again! Highly recommend for couples, special occasions, or anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay in Athens.

We stayed just one night at The Gatsby Boutique Hotel in Athens, but it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning design that perfectly blends modern comfort and classic charm. The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming — we were delighted with the champagne and fruit platter waiting for us, a lovely surprise that set the tone for our stay. Its central location couldn’t have been better: just steps away from great shopping and within easy reach of the Acropolis, making it ideal for exploring Athens. Though brief, our stay left a lasting impression, and we would happily return the next time we visit Athens.

This place was fantastic. The art was interesting but the hospitality was warm and arguably the most authentic I've experienced. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The location is in the heart of downtown near the acropolis and night life. Finally, their prices were fair. I would book here again without hesitation

Such a gorgeous property, literally designed for social media and lives up to the photos! The staff is incredible, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the restaurant is AMAZING, and the live entertainment at night is a wonderful bonus. We liked our stay here so much, we stayed twice! Once at the beginning of our trip, and once at the end, so we got to see the lobby decor change which was cool. Located about a 20 minute walk from the Acropolis and all of the shopping and dining in downtown Athens, this is a great place to stay if you want to be visually satisfied!

This is a conveniently located and well appointed place built around an artistic (and slightly risqué) theme. We had a great room with a balcony that had a very large shower. While the bar/restaurant has a vibrant DJ music program and others reviews regarding noise, we were undisturbed in our room that faced the street. Staff hospitality was gracious. ||Breakfast is a la carte vs. a buffet but included in room.
