A Casual SoCal Sushi Spot Is En Route to Houston - Eater Houston
"Daisy Buchanan Lounge, the short-lived sibling bar to Montrose Avenue steakhouse Gatsby’s, has closed to make way for more space at the restaurant. Though both businesses are new — Gatsby’s opened in March, Daisy in June — business at the steakhouse has been robust enough that its owners have decided to close the lounge in order to expand the dining room at Gatsby’s. The final day of service at Daisy was August 21, and renovations are expected to last about a month. When it reopens, the former lounge will be known as the Daisy Buchanan Room, and will be connected to the main dining room at Gatsby’s. Several of the drinks from the lounge will be incorporated into Gatsby’s bar menu." - Brittanie Shey
