I went here because I was just wandering before my check in time and I saw the Michelin guide plaque. Little did I know it would be the best food I’ve had so far backpacking in Italy. They were so kind in speaking english, and the chef recognized I was a cook as well and loved talking about food and the dishes. Thank you chef Ansel! I got the menu that the chef gets to pick and was not disappointed. They paired a very nice white with the lunch that went with everything. It was my first time having sweetbreads and I wouldn’t have chosen any other way to experience it than what Ansel had prepared. The service was amazing. They recognized I was American and since I was the only one in the restaurant, they changed the music to country, which I love. If you are visiting Torino, please come here, €60 for a moose Boosh, 3 courses, and a dessert with a glass of of wine. Worth. Every. Penny. Please go visit Ansel and his Team with kindness and a love for food!

Absolutely exquisite! From the stellar natural wine to the incredible amuse bouche, an excellent starter of sweetbreads with a pumpkin puree, a stunning pasta with sea urchin beurre blanc and an outrageous quail stuffed with porcini served with roasted potatoes garnished with shaved black truffles we were awe-struck. Thank you to the chefs and our waiter for his wonderful service - please do not miss this opportunity to try these amazing dishes. Highly, highly recommended!

This restaurant makes us feel happy and relaxed to be able to enjoy a fresh Italian flavor. The taste is very good. The chef cooks very well. The taste of coffee is unforgettable. Don't miss it We will definitely taste again in the future

Great food, the prawn entree (can't remember the name) was lovely, highlight of the meal. Very different to what you usually get here, very refreshing and experimental, a lot similar to Italian food in Australia

A business lunch, a dinner date or an evening with friends - you cannot find a better location two steps away from the Mole.

We bumped into this Michelin Guide 2021-listed restaurant on our way out of the Cinema Museum at lunchtime, and thought of giving it a try. In short, I found the ambience to be casual-elegant and in line with its promise; the menu original, interesting and elaborate; and (crucially), the host's attitude unfriendly, patronising^ and cold. Will neither return nor recommend. [^] As an example, asking for a description of the house's risotto shouldn't warrant receiving in return a flippant, dry lecture about it.

We ordered gnocci, risotto and pork belly. The gnocci was very good, the risotto and pork belly were ok. Had higher expectations. Very small portions, great bread though. Suggest going to a traditional piola instead.
