GB Roof Garden

The restaurant has a beautiful setting with stunning views of the Acropolis and a modern, elegant interior. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the atmosphere. It was slow and disorganized throughout the meal. I specifically ordered a lamb dish and clearly mentioned no pork due to dietary restrictions, but it still came with pork sausage on the side. They did correct the mistake, but it took over 20 minutes to bring a new plate. The food itself was okay — fresh but not particularly special or memorable. Given the high-end setting, I expected better execution and more attentive service. A decent experience overall, but not one I’d be in a rush to repeat. I don’t recommend it.

One of the best restaurants I have ever visited absolutely no comment! From the breathtaking view to the exquisite food and impeccable service, everything was perfect. They took my request into consideration and reserved a table with the most stunning view. The entire experience was flawless, and the ambiance made for the perfect dinner. The place is very chic, adding to the overall elegance of the evening. A special mention to Alexia she is simply amazing! So fun, professional, and attentive. Can’t wait to return!

The GB roof garden was a great place to enjoy dinner with the best view of Athens. Request a table by the terrace and you will be able to see the Acropolis, Parthenon, Erechteion, the Panathenaic Stadium and the Presidential Palace. The staff were very friendly. They didn’t rush as at all. We enjoyed an appetitive and then dinner. There were vegetarian options. I highly recommend the burratta with peach and the ravioli. The desserts were good too, we liked the tiramisu. The servers took some time to get our food order after the aperitivo but they gave us the desserts as a courtesy for the delay. All in all a great experience that I can recommend for a romantic dinner to see the sunset.

We had dinner here as well as breakfast every day of our stay at this hotel. Dishes were all excellent and we enjoyed the selections served during the buffet breakfast. The view of the Acropolis can’t be beat, and the service was consistently excellent every time.

Best panoramic view in Athens!! Definitely draws a bit more tourists but that’s what we’re all here for! Food is amazing - catch of the day never lets us down! Thanks GB!!

Elegant restaurant with a fantastic view but very expensive! 3 glasses of wine, 1 cocktail, 2 salads, 4 mains and 2 desserts cost 368€! Portions were very flavourful but small except for the steak. King Crab pasta, stuffed sole, celery ravioli and ribeye steak. They forgot to bring the grilled vegetables for the steak but service otherwise was excellent. We appreciated the gluten-free bread for my hubby and the free desserts (two of which were gluten-free). It was a lovely place to celebrate my mother’s birthday.

A great view of acropolis, even though we feel like they put us in the corner but still have a good view.. food was OK, service also.. will we get back next time? Maybe if we can have better table..
