Google
Easily THE best place in LA to find or host a D&D game. The space is constantly expanding, they’ve had full on Magic tournaments happening and you’d never know it from your game space. They also have a huge selection of board games available to play with your friends whenever you like. Show up, pick a game, and play. The staff is super helpful and their stock is well priced and extensive. Their in-house $8 dice sets are some of the nicest I’ve ever seen south of $50. Do yourself a favor and stop in, even if just to peek in at the private game rooms. This place is a treasure.

We rented their large private party room for a game night. Everyone had a fabulous time and we loved being able to bring in our own food. Just make sure you close the door to keep the shop cats out 😊

Wow, this is such a cool place. I am not a gamer, but I can appreciate gaming and all of its nuances, and this is a very special space---it's affordable. It's accessible. There is tons of parking. The vibes are good--this is the type of place that keeps vulnerable people safe. My husband and I organized a day of gaming and a dinner for our good friend's birthday; he and his wife are avid gamers. We drove up from Orange County and we are really glad that we were able to spend quality time here. It's such a cool and welcoming store, the staff were all so kind and sweet and helpful, and the game rooms are fantastic. I really think that anyone who wants to game should check it out. Five dollars gets anyone daylong access to a huge library of games, and I love the theme rooms. I don't think I got to see all of them, but from what I did see, there was something really cute and Bridgerton themed, a cat room, a Disney room, a giant and super awesome Battletech/Warhammer space, and several others. We were a foursome, and we did not have a reservation, but that was OK, because one of the staff were able to find us room at a communal table. We spent several hours playing a variety of games, and then left to go get some dinner at Porto's nearby, and then we came back until 10:30 PM. We were surprised and delighted that our table was reserved with a sign. Over the course of many hours, we bought snacks, candles, tea, and ended up purchasing a couple of games. We loved seeing Mr. President wander around, and the closed off/private area for kitties waiting to be adopted was super precious. We saw folks from all backgrounds here, enjoying themselves. I don't believe the owners were there that day. But, they have done a marvelous job at creating an amazing place. It was gorgeous. It was clean, it was inclusive. We look forward to coming back, we hope that maybe there are plans for a coffee shop or café or something next door.

Google
A captivating labyrinth of a local game store easy to get lost in (either physically or track of time). Even with 2 full days here I felt like there was PLENTY more to explore in store.

Google
This is the best game store I have ever been in! It is HUGE. They have several private rooms with different themes, a huge play area for warhammer-esque games and a separate room that connects to it for painting your miniatures, 2 large rooms for playing tabletop games with the option to borrow games as well, and lastly the main store room with their products for sale. Everything was well dusted and organized, with even more artwork to view. Mr. President a tuxedo cat has free reign of the place and is the cherry on top of the best game store I have ever entered.

Google
Wonderful mix of a friendly local game store and play space. Great mix of items for tabletop or board games.

Jason D'Alberti

Google
This is a great spot for groups of tabletop players to get together and enjoy games in either the private rented themed rooms or the general open area. They have a good size game store area that has a ton of variety as well as minis and accessories to purchase. You can get fresh made loose teas made to order and there is a vending machine for snacks but you can sneak a couple things in as long as you don't make a mess. There are also some cats that roam around though I haven't seen them yet.

Google
The best game store in the world! The friendly and knowledgeable staff has helped us many times find the perfect game for ourselves and others. We’re so excited about and happy with the new space. So much room for tables and gaming! The showroom is always well-stocked with a wide variety of games for groups of all sizes, interests, and skill levels. So grateful Geeky Teas is our local spot. We look forward to coming back over and over for years to come!

Yelp
This place is a total gem that more people need to discover. I was invited by a colleague to a game night and had no idea what to expect. From the outside the building looks pretty bland, but once you go through the front door as you enter into this amazing world for gamers.Geeky Teas and Games is not only a place to purchase unique games and accessories, but also for a community of game-loving individuals to get together. There are communal tables, private rooms; some with unique themed decor. They even have a small auditorium space that can be rented as well. The snacks are packed and British themed; plus the loose teas they sell as well. There is no cost to come in and shop at the store. If you reserve a room or want to play at a communal table for game night, there is a per person charge depending on the time of day. The shop also has a fondness for their cats, so you make catch a glimpse of one hanging out on the counter top. If you're not an avid gamer, do not feel put off to visit the shop. It is the perfect place to come for a casual experience, or to be introduced to a new hobby that you didn't know you would fall in love with. Geeky Teas and Games makes the experience a welcoming one for all enthusiasts at all levels.

Yelp
If you are coming here to shop, you dont have to pay the $8 to enter. The $8 is for Game play or to use the rooms. Each time I come here, I always have to see the kittens! Theyre so cute and they're just babies! Most of the time they're sleeping, but this time, they were playing and eating. They have a very wide range of RPG books and figurines for sale. Husband says he's never seen so many. Follow their Instagram page because they had an RPG event a few weekends ago where they give out free rpgs to people who go there. I will always be returning!

Yelp
I hesitate to write a review about this place because there are things about this store that I enjoy, but the price gouging here has gotten extremely out of hand. To be clear, I've been shopping at Geeky Teas since they were at their first Magnolia location, and I always dug the vibe of the store and the crowd. I mostly bought board games, and they would usually go for a higher price than what I'd find at a big box store (Amazon, Target, etc) but I was happy to be supporting my FLGS and it was typically only 5 or 10% more than what I'd find online or at a major retailer. According to the owners own words, they sell products for MSRP. I'll even attach a screenshot of another review which she responded to that says so. A couple months ago when the Final Fantasy Magic the Gathering set was announced I knew I wanted it, but once again, instead of going through a big box store, I wanted to support my FLGS, so I hit up Geeky Teas and preordered a play booster box, a collectors booster box, and all 4 new commander decks. When I asked the store associate how much that would cost, she quoted me the MSRP I had seen on the official mtg website. When I asked if I needed to pay up front, she told me they weren't taking money for preorders just in case their were stocking issues, so I didn't pay ahead, but as I said, she did quote me on the price being at MSRP. Fast forward to this past Friday when I went to pick up my preorder. Lo and behold, they told me the actual price was now going to be $235 for the regular booster box, $90 for each commander deck, and a whopping $650 for the collectors booster box. The play booster box was being sold as if I was buying each pack individually as opposed to most retailers (even other LGSs) who were selling it for around $185, over a 25% mark-up, the commander decks were marked up almost 30% from their listed MSRP of $69.99, and the collectors booster was marked up almost 43% from the MSRP for 12 collectors packs $455. These mark-ups are insane, and can't simply be attributed to the current tarrif situation. I really wanted this set, and it was too late to find the product anywhere else (especially the collectors boosters which have a limited run) unless I was going to turn to scalpers/resellers, so instead I paid the exorbitant price for the items I preordered even though it was definitely a case of bait and switch. So in the end I ended up paying scalper prices anyway. This will probably be the last product I purchase from Geeky Teas. I'm mostly mad that I was told one price and expected to pay another when I showed up, if I had known that ahead of time I would have preordered elsewhere. I hope the ownership takes notice and changes their business practices. It feels like they've forgotten that the F in FLGS stands for friendly, and these are not very consumer friendly practices. I want to support local business, and I understand they have a higher cost of doing business than big box stores, but this sort of price gouging and misleading behavior is unacceptable. *Note in the images provided I payed with 2 forms of payment, hence the two receipts

Yelp
Geeky Teas & Games, we re-meet again in the city of Burbank, but this time on a new block... Bigger and bolder with even more fun and wonders to explore from the full parking lot #Upgrade #EvenMoreInTheBack - to the front door... Looking for the Doctor/the Tardis? You can find it inside right when you open the door to this new lavish Geeky Teas Cavern along with a huge shop, check-in/register area, tons of rooms, tables, hidden gems and more. This board game spacious cafe house has it's signature green walls, game filled shelves (beyond tall), loads of hands of deck and that same nostalgic feel from it's Magnolia Blvd/Lincoln day, now on the corner of Alameda Avenue/Main Street - with The Original Yaki's Teriyaki Bowl in front and some small neighboring businesses next door. GT&G is still very much the main star of the show as the biggest and main spot in this unique plaza. They're definitely making this longtime 818/San Fernando Valley place in a new spot feel just as inviting as before. A veteran/women/lgbtq+ owned safe space with free Wi-Fi (see postings in front and near the entrance) is very much forever open to all. You'll definitely see families, chosen families, friends, acquaintances, significant others, and all enjoying themselves. A lot of board game groups meet up here regularly and reserve tables in advance, including a group I'm in GWF (via my friends Sean and Fabrice) - an all queer board game club/group I've been in for the past few years and getting back into. Enjoyed Dixit (and not just because I always win lol), Sushi Go, other party games and learned about as well as watched quite a bit of new games from RPG to moderate and/or advanced. Some fun things to note: They prefer no outside food and sell tons of snacks here. Additional you can find local restaurants (like Yaki) close by as well. Recommend having a meal before and/or after. Outside beverages are okay, just no adult beverages. I had so much Celsius, which I believe they might also carry here now. I brought my own, but the cold fridge with all the bevs had a lot of variety. Extremely ADA compliant and even more room the ever to navigate and enjoy your gaming experiences. It's $5 a person, and you can sign up for their points/rewards system for occasional perks/discounts/freebies. Geeky "T" & Games sells board games, board game pieces, collectibles, role-playing accessories, clothing, loose leaf teas (but of course), posters and all sorts of fun stuff available to purchase before, during or after your Geeky adventure. Incredible staff, including someone I quite fond of and have known for years, who I didn't realized worked here and felt bad for distracting him for a hello doing non-stop amazingness helping his fellow GT & Games crew, all the customers and multi-tasking like no other. Go Reid! Go! Cool themed roomed and places throughout - so much more to explore! Weekends are absolutely the busiest with peak hours seeming to start around 230/3pm and beyond - plenty of space, but do recommend Open all the days in a week from Noon until 10pm Monday through Thursday, Noon to Midnight on Friday and as early as 11am on weekends (Saturday until Midnight, Sunday until 11pm). Check out their website for events, deals, discover their full inventory and to link up with their Discord. Stop in, tea, game, converse and have some fun!

Yelp
Chose this location to play some board games, was incredibly excited to see the wall of loose leaf teas they had available. The teas were reasonably priced, about $13 per bag. The selection of board games was great as well, many walls filled to the brim and the games were in excellent condition. They also offer a variety of snacks and bottled drinks to purchase while playing games. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
Geeky Teas is a true gem of a place, I first went (2019) when they were at their previous location. It was great then and is still great now. It is by far the biggest board game store I've been too (only rivaled by Game Empire aka Odyssey Games). The staff is incredibly friendly and the selection of games substantial. As the name implies they do sell tea here and it is quite good! Every flavor is named after a nerdy show/movie/etc. They also have a selection of British snacks that make good compliments to the tea (I am partial to Digestives). Even with the new bigger location the all day pass still remains at 5 bucks and you can use any of the several shelves of games. Lastly I would like to mention the private rooms they offer, I've rented them before and they are quite nice! Each is themed differently and there are several to choose from. I just recommend you book ahead of time if you have your heart set out on a specific room as it may be booked if you wait till the last minute. P.S. They also have some adorable store cats and a rescue as well!

Yelp
Amazing Amazing Amazing. How did I not know this place was here?? I mean - games, cats, tea, a TARDIS. That combo either goes immediately to your soul or it doesn't. If you have a group you can rent one of their themed rooms which are incredible. They have a "game library" where you can play all you want for a fee. Would absolutely return!
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
What do you mean??! A tea shop that doubles as a game store that also does cat adoption while simultaneously being a safe space to play TTRPGs !?! Literally was in awe as my friend toured me around the space to see all the different rooms with their uniquely, perfectly decorated themes. My only regret is that I only travel with a carry-on so I didn't have the space to fly back with bags upon bags of cool dice. However, I did walk away with a Critical Role shirt so that's pretty cool. Would it be wild to move back to Burbank just so I could be a regular here?
google avatar

Alyssa E.

Yelp
Ok walking in was already so cool with the Tardis and Dalek in the front but the cat sanctuary and staff make it even better! Fitz helped my mom and I buy cards for my brother who loves Magic the gathering and currently in hospital. We wanted to get him the edge of eternities boosters and had no clue what to even grab really. Fitz made sure to explain everything to us and had so much patience the entire time. They also were so kind to give a little card with a frog on it to my brother so that my brother could have another little surprise. Thank you Fitz for making the whole experience so easy and being so kind with us. You are a rockstar!

Yelp
Many hours have been spent here in the efforts to build community by manner of boardgames and dice throwing. I can proudly say this is my go to spot for all the above and more, as this place is the definition of cornerstone to fun and friendship.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this place so much. I wish it was closer, but it's so awesome that I kinda don't mind spending an hour to drive there. The employees are so professional and kind, the selection of goods is great, and the decor is unforgettable. Memories are made here. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Yelp
Great space for playing with your friends. Board game library available for using while you're there, but you're also allowed to bring in your own to play as well! Small selection of snacks and beverages available. Great customer service from any staff member I've encountered and overall clean and tidy. Will return with friends for future occasions!

Yelp
I came for a game night meetup. There is a $5 cover charge to play. They don't serve food but I did see some drinks to purchase and possibly snacks. It was a wonderful space. They have a plethora of games to play and to purchase. They have private rooms (I believe you have to call ahead to reserve) they have 2 resident cats and currently to the are trying to find a forever home for. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely return for game night fun.

Joseph B.

Yelp
Since their opening on Alameda, I occasionally stop by to buy things here and there because: 1. they have cats and 2. support small business. I've accumulated 828 points through purchases. I think it's a point for every dollar spent. When I tried to redeem some of it for Dragonshield sleeves, the guy behind the counter said they discontinued the point system 2 months ago due to tariffs and what not. I was like awww damn, I had over 500 points :(. He just shrugs. The reason for this review is not because of the points lost. I get it, the tariffs suck and changes were made. It's being shrugged off with an idgaf attitude.

Alicia C.

Yelp
Huge collection of affordable dice and high end dice! Lots of cool extra DnD stuff too (dice trays, minis, candles, apparel). They also have a board game and model painting tool section which was cool. The staff there are very friendly and helpful as well. The best surprise part was they have kittens in a gated room you can look at that are up for adoption :)
google avatar

Jason H.

Yelp
Geeky Teas is the best board game store in La, hands down. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, selection is fantastic, and there are now TONS of private gaming rooms in addition to the huge amount of public gaming tables where you can sit down and game. The selection of board games, both for sale and to pull off the shelf and play, is incredibly large and vast. Often times there are even Kickstarter editions of games, which I haven't seen anywhere else. So head over there and play some games already! Oh, and grab a chocolate bar from their European chocolate section while you're at it.
google avatar

Yelp
I love Geeky Teas and Games. It's a great place whether you are a novice gamer or an experienced one. They even have crafting spaces available for painting models or knitting. Plus lots of cool tea blends for sale. Did I mention the kitten adoption room and the store cats? Very welcoming place for everyone, unless you're a jerk.

Yelp
Have been shopping here since thw older location on Magnolia. Today when I went in to buy some paint and supplies, the girl who rang me up decided to be rude as hell to me for no reason. Didn't return my greeting, pretty much said nothing but the total for my merchandise and then tossed my change into my hand after I paid. No thank you, no nothing. Seemed really friendly to the customers ahead of me though, but literally scowled at me through her lame John Lennon glasses. Not sure what her problem was, but won't be back to find out or spend any more money here. There are several other stores nearby that carry the same products where I won't have to deal with rude cashiers. Update* What's unwarranted is being rude to a paying customer for no reason at all. Attempting to gaslight said customer who had a negative experience into thinking it was somehow the result of some imagined bias is a pretty novel approach though.

Yelp
Do you like board games and card games? Well, shit they got it. From the moment you step in, you're welcomed by a cozy and inviting atmosphere that really can make any kind of nerd feel like they are home. Do you like tea? Well, shit they got it. The staff is awesome chill and know how to make some pretty unique drinks while you play or browse. The front of the store features unique vendors offering a variety of nerdy merchandise, adding an extra layer of charm and variety to your visit. Do you like animals? Well, shit they got that too, they have adorable cats available for adoption, making it a perfect spot for animal lovers as well. What truly sets Geeky Teas & Games apart is the immense effort put into every room, floor, and even the bathrooms, creating an immersive and delightful nerdy atmosphere. If you are looking for a nerdy little game universe with a lot of different outlets to stimulate yourself with this place has them.

Yelp
This is the best place to get some 40K games going. I live far but coming here is worth the drive Would recommend them to anyone !

Yelp
So this is a review based on experience with MTG events at this store. The vibe is generally not bad. Everyone who plays is pretty chill and welcoming. The main issue is the price they charge for sealed MTG products. When Tarkir Dragonstorm came out, it they charged $175 (approx) for a play booster box and about $27 for a collectors booster pack. That was pretty high even for an LGS markup. When the Final Fantasy set came out this weekend they wanted $60/pk for English collector boosters ($50/pk for Japanese) and $8/pk for play boosters. Look I get it, the shop needs to make money, a markup is understandable but charging over 2x the MSRP is inexcusable regardless of the secondary market. If the concern is that the buyer will just go scalp it themselves, you can limit the purchase volume and/or require that they open the product at the counter (charge the inflated price if they decide to take it home sealed). I spoke with some players at the prerelease event and one of them mentioned that they preordered the collector booster box early and the shop said it would be sold at MSRP, only to find that it was marked up $650 (for preorders) when they came to get it. When they asked why the price changed, they were told "booster boxes have no MSRP, only booster packs do". This part of this review is clearly anecdotal and should be taken with a grain of salt. I am personally a bit torn, I generally like the vibe of the shop but the price gouging leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I also feel bad about even writing this review, the people who run the events are nice. Ultimately though I may start looking for another shop to do mtg events at.

Yelp
$5 per person, unlimited time, and super sweet staff. This place seems to get busy so I definitely would recommend making a reservation before you go. Such a nice and affordable activity for anybody.

Yelp
1000/5 stars This review isn't for the store itself, but for the cat rescue within the store that helped me take in an abandoned kitten I found on the streets. I called a couple of cat rescues who never got back to me and a colleague of mine suggested Geeky Teas & Games. So, I called the store and spoke to a wonderful lady, Donna. She agreed to take in the kitten and, for that, I will always be super grateful! The staff are incredibly kind, too! The kitten is sweet and spicy and deserves a loving home! I believe they renamed her to Tauriel (LOTR). I'd keep her if I wasn't allergic to cats.

Yelp
Wow!!!! This was such a fun Game Room!!!! I thought they came with a cafe that sold coffee and tea drinks, but they literally just sell British tea brands and bags with tea leaves in them. What an extremely fun find here in the heart of Burbank, CA. I'll be back next time I'll be in Burbank, CA and more other upscale cities of LA. Anyways, the staff were extremely welcoming tonite from the folks who worked tonight on 01/01/24. I spent about a half hour browsing their entire first floor, but they own two stories as the second floor are board game rooms for rent. They also provide first floor rooms for game room rentals. I'll definitely be coming back to try another canned coffee drink which I bought 1 flavor to try today. When I stepped into the restroom, it was decorated into the Jurassic Park movie theme, which was amazingly fabulous. I have not been to a game shop that applies 'Jurassic Park,' into their restroom wall decorations!!!!! What an innovative idea that was as well as refreshing. They sold games such as from the cartoon versions of 'Star Wars,' and more but I didn't pay close attention to the exact board games they sold since I was focused on taking pics this first visit. I walked out with a mini blank notebook and a canned coffee drink. This was my first visit, so not quite sure what I was getting into just yet.... You had me intrigued. Will be back!!!!

Yelp
Mr. President :3 Anyways, the place is has a very nice environment with many board games. The shop has a variety of items and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended

Yelp
I loved geeky teas going there in the previous locations but on my first time in the newest location last Saturday night it was another type of experience. Heading inside it looked amazing but when it came to acquiring a table for my husband and friends we were met by rude and very uninspiring staff. Purchasing some goods from them felt like we were nothing but a disturbance. It also came to my attention while my husband left something in the car to grab while we sat at the table which we payed for the front staff was trying to deny him entry to our table asking if he had paid when had just paid not five minutes before that. Honestly the people shopping there were more inviting and friendly than the staff. Very disappointed and won't be going anytime soon.

Yelp
This must be my favorite game store ever! First of all there are such cool games in there that I've never seen before. Such a selection. Bought the Mantis Shrimp game made by the Oatmeal and it was so fun and adorable. There were so many more games I wanted to buy. There's something there for every nerd in there for sure There's also cute decor to check out and little easter eggs like the Stephen Hillenburg signed Spongebob portrait!! Was very exciting for me The person assisting us was super chill and helpful. However, I would say the BEST part of this store is that they use a spare room to foster rescue cats and get them adopted out. Plus there are some resident kitties that wander the store, one wanting to play fetch! 11/10 vibes all around

Yelp
X really made my day today, all the staff here are just awesome, knowledgeable, and happy to help you make the best informed decisions tailored to your needs. It's been a while since I left a store smiling, so thank you, I didn't expect an errand for picking up sleeves to turn into an experience. p.s. correct me if i'm wrong but it looks like this place has a cat room, and also potentially a good place to look to adopt :) there's also a mini food section where you can find foreign snacks, AND they have a rewards program that's really thoughtful and fun. Honestly, 10/10.

Yelp
Big space. Lots of games. Lots of parking. Lots of nerds. Good air conditioner. Great price. Very excited to attend events in the future.

Yelp
This place is run by good peoples. Love ripping Pokemon packs with my girlfriend and have been pressed to find anything close to MSRP lately. They care about the actual gaming and collecting part of it and love them for it. Great and fair prices against what everyone else is making one pay currently. Will always recommend this place!

Yelp
Your new space is 100% awesome. You have real gamers working there also. Your service and selection are great and reserve gaming rooms - brilliant. I am the dude who came in with his Son. Wearing the "Commanders" hoodie. Not a "Bot", LOL

Yelp
Fun all round vibe & friendly staff. Every game you can think of the shelves. Sales item shelf too.

Yelp
Came here on a rainy afternoon and was impressed by the sheer number of games, how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are, and how chill they are in terms of just letting folks hang out and play games... I was delighted to hear that they're growing out of their space! They do sell games, accessories, some snacks

Yelp
One of the most fun places in Burbank. And crazy cheap to rent a table and play games. I love that you can find odd stuff like things from Labyrinth next to Dr Strange. And of course, there's a Dalek. What else do we need? Ah, if they only had a Tardis. Wait, what?.... They DOoooooooo!

Yelp
I loved this store so much! My husband requests visits to game stores on every vacation so he can fulfill his dice goblin tendencies, and we ended up stopping by Geeky Teas *twice* on our weekend trip to LA. I'm used to just tagging along, but I had a blast browsing the tea section - my inner Browncoat squealed when I saw Mudder's Milk tea blend and I can't wait to try it! Husband loved the mystery dice bags and was thrilled at the quality/coolness of the dice he got. As a woman, I'm used to feeling pretty out of place in most game stores, but this one was so dang welcoming. There was plenty of other women shoppers and employees, and it felt nice. We'll absolutely stop in again next time we're in SoCal.

Yelp
Seriously amazing and definitely coming again! Came w a group of friends and the tea selection was super fun. Decorations throughout the store that definitely scream fandom (the women's bathroom was Jurassic park themed!) $5 for a full day access to a huge library of board games is seriously a board game lover's dream. Also, there are themed rooms for dnd that I def want to rent out someday. I'm taking my dnd loving friends here!

Yelp
Geeky Teas & Games is a gem for the Burbank community and a wonderful local store. The vibe in the store is welcoming and they have cats! Their game selection is amazing and I've found a lot of games that I haven't found at normal retail stores that have become favorites during game night.

Yelp
Really cool place to hang with friends and run some board games. They sell snacks and beverages separately as well. Close pretty late so they accommodate to any schedule you may have. Overall really chill spot and would definitely come again.

Yelp
LOVE this place! The private gaming rooms are phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Just wish they had more food options and/or healthier snacks!

Yelp
TLDR: This place is great! It's cheap. The staff are nice. The games are organized well. The place is clean. There are cute cats in the back. I will definitely come back again. There were plenty of places to park on the main street and the small street adjacent to it. In the front, there were small tables set up with people selling stickers and other small items. The inside is broken up into two main sections--the left being the game rooms and the right being the store. It costs $5 for the whole day, and you can leave and come back if you wanted to. They allow reservations too, so you can guarantee a table for your crew if you wanted to. They don't make you wear masks here, but they do check for your vaccination card. There is one part of the game room that is designed to look like Will's house from season 1 of Stranger Things, which I found super cool. There's a lot of cool wall art and soft music playing in the background. There is a cleaning station for the games as well. Every game has a label on it that tells you were to put the games back, which I thought was a very good organizational idea. There were multiple copies of popular games and various table sizes to choose from. There are a lot of things in their store like paint, dice, board games, card games, stickers, pins, etc. The staff were really nice and helpful. The cat at the front was really chill and definitely used to getting a hundred scratches a day. For a Saturday afternoon, it really wasn't all that busy either.

Yelp
Love it. Great atmosphere. Very welcoming and good vibes. Great selection of high quality games and variety. Excellent sorting and system for finding games. Clean environment, noise level was appropriate and not distracting (no music but that's for the best). Importantly the $5 per person for all day deal is amazing value for what you get. Had a good selection of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices as well. There's also a cute cat roaming around which was nice and a few cats in a separate area to look at/adopt. I'd come every weekend if I lived closer but will try for at least once a month! Hands down the best board game shop/gameroom I've been to. A must for anyone interested in boardgames or looking to get into them. P.S. I think the tea is only for taking and making at home unless I'm mistaken.

Yelp
Such a fun store! Tons of board game and TTRPGs, lots of play space and must be hundreds of games available to try out. New location has themed game rooms. There's also a geeky cat rescue! Adorable.
