Gelateria Deelite Italian Gelato

Gelato is great but I unfortunately cannot get past the rudest customer service experience I’ve ever had in Costa Rica. The man was extremely rude to the point where it doesn’t matter how good the ice cream is I won’t go back. He was very nice to his hipster friends in front of me in line and very nice to the little boy behind me in line and just made me feel like a very unwelcome tourist. I was really excited for the ice cream and actually even own my own ice cream company and another business in a tourist area in NYC and pride myself on customer service in my stores even to those who are not local, everyone should feel welcome and not talked to like a piece of garbage.

Very nice place to get a dessert 😋 Would definitely recommend. They have tables outside and it’s located in a town centre. Good view, tasty ice cream. Their prices are very fair, for 2 rolls if different tastes you pay less than 4$.

Delicious Acai bowls with granola and really good ice cream!

Wanted to try Cass ice cream. Were not disappointed. The Gelato here was fantastic and the atmosphere very cute and welcoming. We eneded up taking our Gelato to the beach nearby.

We didn’t check the bathroom. • Service: 5 out of 5 • There was a friendly person at the time that served us really well; they explained to us how the dynamic of the ice creams worked.

Great gelato with many special blends! A/C inside for enjoying your cappuccino too! Right near the waterfront! We went back every day!

Many flavours to choose, very good quality of ice cream with intense flavour. For me this is the best icre creams in Puerto Viejo!
