The Gelato here is amazing! We got blueberry, green apple, fruity pebbles and pineapple. All of them tasted amazing but you have to try the blueberry!! The gals working here are also super friendly. All around a great place

the store clerk was so nice and the single scoop was big (I live it). you can freely try all the flavor before buying. it's $6 for a single scoop with no topping.

I have been coming to Gelato Bar for the better half of a decade and I gotta say it’s my favorite dessert spot in town. Lena always welcomes my girlfriend and myself so warmly, she’s honestly the heart and soul of this place. Their wide variety of flavors are always in rotation so there’s always something new to try. If you want to spoil yourself get yourself a crepe with an extra side of gelato!

Let me start by saying, Jacob at the front is amazing! He welcomed us in energetically and was very polite and helpful. We had a couple of sample tasters, and every flavor was great. We opted for an Almond Gelato Affagato, scoop of Taro, and a scoop of Red Velvet. We'll definitely be back!

Not only is the Gelato incredible, but so is the service, and the decor! What a great experience! Try the Taro, I am happy I did!

I've been a regular customer of Gelato Bar for years, and I can honestly say that their gelato is the best I've ever had. The flavors are creative and inventive, and the texture is perfect. My favorite flavors include passion fruit, unicorn, and marshmellow. In addition to their delicious gelato, Gelato Bar also offers a variety of smoothies and other refreshing drinks. They also have a small selection of macroons. If you're looking for a great place to enjoy a delicious treat, I highly recommend Gelato Bar. You won't be disappointed!

Service was good but all the flavors were bland and tasted super artificial. If you've ever had real gelato in Europe/ Italy, you will be highly disappointed by what is served here. Very hard pass.

A decade of deception, and counting. "Gelato" Bar is a misnamed place that obviously serves ice cream. They don't even try to hide it with the ice cream scoopers instead of spatulas, regular spoons instead of gelato shovel spoons, and all those toppings which scream sundae rather than gelato. And even if it were gelato, you wouldn't want to pick a place that has all the food coloring which they use. I tried two sorbets, passion fruit and lemon. Neither closely resembled the fruits closely enough the way a sorbetto at a proper gelateria would. I stuck to sampling the dairy-based flavors of ice cream afterward, and eventually tasted enough options to feel comfortable with placing an order. The Triple Scoop, $10.25, is clearly priced for gelato and not ice cream. It was very obvious that all three ice cream flavors I tasted had too much overrun (air) for gelato. The rum raisin was decent and didn't contain a lot of alcohol despite the employee's warning. The hazelnut had the right flavor but obviously tasted less pure than a gelato, and the bits of actual hazelnut would never be present in hazelnut the gelato. The black sesame was actually quite good, but it contained the crushed sesame bits that aren't even in a good black sesame soft serve. I have to assume that the crowds that filled the store are there because there isn't much else in the way of dessert in the plaza, and that they don't care about the difference between gelato and ice cream. I did enjoy hearing a bunch of Billie Eilish songs at the shop at least. Gelato Bar is a dessert option that can be a reasonable for their creamy flavors if you can't drive to a great ice cream shop. I might rate them higher if they didn't resort to straight up false advertising.

Wow! The flavor options are awesome and you get to taste test too! The service was incredible, the sweetest ladies behind the counter who helped us and I gave her a big tip because she was a real gem, thank you! It's nice to grab and go or you can sit inside as well. Glad it's close to the house too!

I visited the Gelato Bar and ordered a vanilla shake. It was really nice--creamy, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. Yummy! It's been a long time since we've been here but each time we come we enjoy our experience. The gelato is not as rich and creamy as authentic gelato places but it's good for what it is. They have an assortment of flavors which makes it more fun.

The Gelato Bar is a sweet stop in a strip mall in China Town. They offer all natural gelatos and sorbets. The portion size is also generous and they also offer lots of toppings. We both tried a chocolate/hazelnut. It was rich and creamy but slightly milder with flavors than what we are used to. This flavor was still good but reminded both of us of a "Frosty" version of chocolate/hazelnut. The person working there was very polite and offered samples.

We were driving around Chinatown and looking for a cold treat as it was 113 degrees outside. We saw Gelato Bar and decided to give it a try. The cashier behind the counter was very helpful and offered many samples. I must have sampled six or seven flavors. I decided on pina colada and watermelon. Two scoops for $8.25. My hubby got mango and passion fruit in a waffle cone $9.25. The extra dollar was the charge for the waffle cone. The gelato from this place is superb. It wasn't too sweet and the fruity flavors tasted like the fruit itself. There were even pieces of the fruit in the gelato. I took a bite of my hubby's waffle cone and it was super crispy. I would have gotten my own if I knew that it was that good. The cashier told me that they switch out the flavors everyday. My favorite was definitely the watermelon. If you like watermelon, make sure you try it. It didn't have that artificial flavor like so many watermelon products have.

Open till 1am, this place is truly a gem in Las Vegas's Chinatown area. Everything they've got is out of this world incredible.

This place is open until 1 am how convenient is that?! if you're craving ice cream late night and don't feel like going to the strip this is it! They offer coffees/smoothies , gelato, boba teas, and crepes. We ordered the coconut gelato and coffee gelato, both were sooo yummy! we both mixed the coffee and coconut together and it was so unique tasting it definitely tasted like coffee with coconut creamer when mixed together that is our new favorite! We came in here at around midnight, a hour before closing and it was quite busy, however the guy who served us our ice cream was very nice and very enthusiastic! he had lots of personality even despite it being very busy for himself. this is such a cool late night spot and definitely worth it for a little late night date or something :)

My FAVORITE late night spot. The amount of times I've come here after a night out is crayzee. Gelato bar is a cute, charming dessert spot with a wide variety of gelato, drinks, and yummy treats. The smoothies and boba are great, and everything is customizable too. I always ask for half sweetness and they're perfect for my taste. Definitely a must try is the crepes here. You can add any toppings you like, and fill it with ice cream free of charge. The ladies who work here are soo kind. They seem like they really enjoy making fun delicious treats for people. They ask you if everything tastes right, and they put a lot of love into your treats. Please visit this spot, our favorite 10/10

First time at Gelato Bar. The place is small in a long plaza of food, drinks etc. The selection wasn't bad. I didn't opt for the gelato but the sorbet Lychee and Passionfruit. I have to say I'm hooked. So refreshing and had a punch of the actual flavor of the sorbet. I'd definitely go back when in Vegas! Can't comment on the other flavors but they looked delicious and had options for toppings.

I love this gelato shop. This review is from a visit on 6/8/24. - Selection: nice variety - including several dairy-free sorbets for those who don't do dairy. I got to taste the key lime pie gelato, green apple gelato, watermelon sorbet, and mango sorbet - all were refreshing and delicious. - Service: quick, efficient, and friendly. - Games: my party of four sat at a table to enjoy our gelato and play a rousing game of Scrabble which was in a pile of games near the entry. I love that this shop had games for its customers, and we had a blast. 10/10 recommend this place!!

I love that this spot opens late because it was the perfect dessert after a late night dinner! The staff was super friendly and allowed us to sample as many flavors as we liked. I ended up ordering a strawberry banana nutella crepe with a side of strawberry yogurt gelato and it was divine. The crepe was filled with a generous amount of fruit which I loved! The strawberry yogurt gelato was well balanced, not too sweet or rich. There are tables to sit and enjoy your dessert and we all enjoyed our experience here!

This is absolutely one of the best shops to get gelato. Forget the touristy spots in the hotels along the trip. Fantastic array of flavours, always friendly staff. So good, I threw away a gelato from another shop right up the street, and came here to get some real gelato.

1st time here and would come back again. They let you sample flavors and the gelato taste exactly like that flavors name. Banana pudding was good but we decided on the fruity pebble tasted exactly like fruity pebble. The gelato was dense and very smooth texture also like how they're open late night a lot of the dessert places around the area close a little earlier. Worker was also very nice.

AMAZING! Jacob is amazing. It was our first time here and Jacob explained all the flavors to us , what flavors would mix well together . My daughter had a strawberry / matcha latte and I had the sorbet. It was very delicious . Before leaving I wanted to try and americano coffee and told him what I wanted and he gave me a suggestion and I had him do what he recommended. It was very good . He provided top notch service . Also the restroom is very very clean !! Thank you Jacob

Came here late night, I had the cake batter gelato and the texture was actually creamy and the flavor was good too. We really like the service and was very appreciative of the staff being careful as my neice have bad peanut allergy and they noted on our order to make sure to use a clean scooper. Not a lot of places are allergy aware and this made our experience even better. Definitely a cool spot to hang and enjoy some gelato!

Let's just start with the incredible customer service that Jacob provided if I can give him 100 stars I would do that. I ordered the banana pudding and coconut, but I also tasted cherries a few other flavors. They were all delicious. The mango lime ambience schedule will be back.

My group and I visited Gelato Bar after dinner for dessert. We were greeted at the door and luckily were able to be service immediately because they started getting a line almost out the door. We sampled a few flavors and I ended up going for 2 scope bowl - chocolate hazelnut and salted caramel - I also added a waffle cone on top. The hazelnut flavored ice cream was also good but I was crazing chocolate so I was glad they had a chocolate hazelnut flavor. I also sampled the passion fruit and would recommend if you want something more tart.

My family and I wanted to get dessert after having a nice dinner elsewhere and we found this place not too far from our dinner spot. This is located in a small strip mall off of Spring Mountain Road, between Valley View Boulevard and Wynn Road. Well, good luck trying to find a parking spot on a weekend night...we got here some time before 8:00p on a Saturday and found the parking lot completely full. We were sooo lucky to find a car pulling out in front of us! My goodness, it was an endorphin explosion upon entering the shop! I was hit with a sweet smell of gelato and super friendly staff. The display case of gelato also made me happy...just looking at the colorful Willy Wonka-esque wonderland made me salivate. The staff let us taste any, if not all, of the flavors and they all tasted so good. I opted for a double scoop cup ($7.75) and chose Tiramisu and Biscotti with a crumbled Biscotti topping (50 cents). Everyone else got a double scoop cup, too...I don't know what happened, but we totally got sucked in to the magical aura even though we were still so stuffed from dinner, lol. This place is open until 1:00a daily so anyone can fulfill their late night sweet cravings.

The only reason I'm giving a five star is because of Natalie I came in around 9:20 on Sunday and Natalie was really nice to assist me. Let me try all the different flavors and she was really nice just in general and you know the line was back in Europe and a lot of more people are coming in and she didn't rush me. She still took her time and took care of me and I just wanna say great up for their customer service and Natalie. I really do think you deserve a race

I've been to Gelato Bar on Spring Mountain numerous times. Every day there's different flavors. You can come in and try them all if you want. They have free samples. The employees are always super nice. Over all it's a great place to stop by and sit to get some work done or meet with friends. 10/10 recommended.

I was here on New Year's Eve last year and I realized I never left a review. And about 10 months later I'm still left thinking about it! The gelato was so delicious, I've had gelato in Europe and other "authentic" gelato spots and it sucks cuz nothing still to this day holds a candle to Gelato Bar!! What's even better than their gelato tho... there workers are the sweetest people in the world, definitely caught me off guard but there so nice and friendly please tip them well cuz they deserve it! This little hole in the wall boba and gelato spot is the best place to get dessert in all of LV, say that with total confidence 10/10 would eat again. You know that scene in Ratatouille when the rat was eating and saw colors, that's it !

Got to try many samples and ended up with strawberry yogurt, tasted really fresh! Workers were really nice and helpful, sometimes I feel nervous going to icecream/gelato bars because I want to try multiple flavors but I can feel the impatience coming from the workers, this was not the case. I always come here when im craving sweets! Their gelato ice cream flavors in my opinion are the best in the city. My go to is their pistachio, almond, and salted caramel but if they have pistachio I always get a gelato smoothie. Trust me get a gelato smoothie also my first time trying their crepes & was delicious, I just wish they had more fruit options. They also have boba fruit teas and smoothies. Oh did I mention you can add boba to your gelato smoothie lol. Also all gelato experts that work here are amazing, they're friendly, patient and super helpful. I think this is my 10th time here

My husband surprised me by bringing me to this gelato bar and they didn't disappoint, this spot is in China Town. There's several flavors to choose from and friendly staff ready to offer samples. What's cool about this spot is that there's other goodies that this gelato offers like boba teas, milkshakes, and macarons.

All- around absolutely incredible experience. Best customer experience I have had in a LONG time. Ale & Esmi embodied service with a smile even to some of the grumpiest customers (people in front of my husband and myself). Not only that... We asked if they had water cups and they got us water at no extra charge since we explained that we were passing through on our way home to Utah AND THEN they offered to pack our gelato on ICE so that it would stay cold/ frozen on our way home! Whatever they're getting paid isn't enough. Gelato was incredible. They had a GREAT variety of flavors. My favorite was Amaretto. Ambience was adorable with games on a shelf for a little date night! Wish we weren't just passing through because this would be our new go-to ice cream/gelato place!! Will be stopping again!

Normally i dont get sweets, but i saw they had boba green tea, so i popped in. It was about 12am and this place was packed. Line out the door and wall to wall people. Behind the counter was one super sweet woman. She was so overworked, but she gave the best customer service. Details on each item were on point. She was super friendly in such an extremely stressful situation. She deserves a raise! Apparently, someone called out she said. I was just very very impressed how she kept her cool. You guys have an outstanding employee!! Mango green tea boba was amazing. I even got gelato, and the coconut was amazing!!!!!!!

Impressive display of Gelatos. They were created and presented in a very imaginative style. Service was awesome. Young lady was friendly, helpful and professional. We tasted several flavors before making final selections. Gelato was good, though expensive. Interior was well lit, clean, properly maintained with an appetizing array of Gelato. Lots of clean tables and benches. We couldn't finish all our ice cream, so the young lady put lids on our cups and packed our son's Gelato in a bag with ice as he wasn't going directly home. Very nice touch and service!!!

Went here after getting some hot n juicy and it was pretty good! I got the strawberry flavor with fresh strawberries on top and it wasn't artificial tasting which is good. I love how many options they have to offer and all the sweets that they have on top. Def a good place to go after dinner when you're in the mood for something g sweet

Love this place!!! They change the flavors every two days, so that's just another reason for us to come back tomorrow! We sampled a few different flavors, and all were vibrant and delicious. A nice variety of options! Amazing customer service as well!!!! I found it a great touch that they also have a bunch of fun games you can play while eating your gelato!

So many amazing flavors to choose from! This ice cream shop is such a treat, with something for everyone. The young people working here are really nice and encourage you to taste any of the flavors. Of course doing that made me want multiple flavors! I ended up getting a triple scoop to go and they packed it up with a bag of ice to keep it cold while I waited to consume it. When I finally got to it about 40 minutes later it was only slightly melted. I will definitely keep this on my list of must visit places as there are more flavors I would like to try!

Gelato, crepes and service are so sweet! They were happily working on a major holiday serving up handcrafted crepes with their delicious gelato. Crepe texture was a little thick but help up well with the filling. It's a worthwhile stop off the crowded strip. Spot was clean with several tables. Service and gelato is 5/5!
