I absolutely love the gelato here! It's some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried gelato in several countries!). I’m especially a fan of the pistachio, so rich and flavorful. The staff are always kind and welcoming. Today, I had the pleasure of being helped by Ali, Danna, and Christian, and they were absolutely wonderful - just like every time I visit. Thank you for consistently providing such a great experience! ❤️

Whatever else people say, they must know the owner. This tastes like gelato you can buy at the grocery store, and it's way overpriced. An hour and a half before closing, we tried to order a double affogato, but they said they don’t make coffee anymore because they were about to close. The whole place was full of adults acting like royalty and spoiled kids. Avoid this place if you want to have a good night.

This is the real deal!!! From Bologna, Italy. Cinco ranch is very lucky to have a branch here. Had the dulce de leche and rocher flavors……. OMG, I thought I was in Italy!!

The shop was clean and well-organized, and Danna made sure everyone was served efficiently, even during a busy rush. Customer service like this makes a big difference. And of course, the gelato was amazing especially the mango, which I probably wouldn’t have tried if it weren’t for their suggestion

Hands down fabulous gelato. I had pistachio and my hubs had coffee. Coffee gelato was definitely strong. He loved it! I had the pistachio and it's the best I've ever had! Service was kind, store is a fabulous design. They have coffees and pastries too. I'm not sure how often they are made or if they outsource them. Can't wait to go back!

Fast and somewhat friendly service from this location. Note: although portions were substantially smaller for the price , the quality was right up there for the pistachio and almond. Since recently came from Italy, could compare the beautifully delicate flavors reminiscent of a day in the Italiano countryside. Small area to sit inside and many tables outside if choose. This place was busy and they still served us quickly. Could tell their young staff was slightly tired and it was a Sunday so can understand they probaly might want to be doing something else. Friendly service. Limited seating indoors but a great place to stop in to get a sweet treat whilel shopping. They offered a nice variety of gelato flavors and had multiple size options. Overall tasty.

Tiramisu ice cream changed my life. Also, I have never had a pistachio ice cream so rich and nutty. The extra pistachios on top are a wonderful textural touch. Darrell did was patient with me while I tried two different flavors and contemplated which ones. I love the different size and portion options. Exceptional service and delicious treat to end off a day.

Okay the gelato is on the pricey side. I paid $6 for one scoop in a waffle cone. On the plus side, it was so delicious!! The pistachio gelato consistency was sticky, creamy, and lots of pistachio flavor. I will be honest that I didn't have high hopes but if I were shopping in the area, I would definitely come back!

I tried this place because of the high reviews, but honestly, I don't get the hype. These reviews are pretty misleading, people clearly don't know what real gelato should taste like. The texture and flavor were mediocre at best. Won't be ordering from here again. Nice service though. For taste, no go. I've had better

Great spot to get gelato in Katy. Not too many ice cream or gelato spots around so good to have one here in the plaza. The gelato was very creamy and I love how they have a kid scoop. I would come back.

Tried their ice cream for the first time today I had the Oreo ice cream cup it was really good the ambiance here was cute and the service was very good! The staff was very friendly and welcoming

Stopped by this cute lil gelato shop after lunch. Small tables for seating inside. You'd definitely have to eat it before walking outside bc that would be a hot mess lol!! I opted for a small in a cone and chose cookies and stracciatella as my flavors. Loved the stracciatella- had a nice milky taste. The cookie flavor was okay! Doesn't necessarily scream cookies. My gelato was leaking out of the cone halfway in, and it started to get messy and soggy, but it was still enjoyable. Extremely friendly employees! This is a great place to grab a sweet treat. They have a wide selection of desserts from their gelato to coffees to pastries. Parking can be a hit or miss, but there's always enough in the garages or surrounding areas- just may need to go for a little stroll.

Gelato & Co is a great place to be in especially on a summery day like today. There are tons of seating and a variety of selections. They also have a gelato cart for decoration inside which is quite cute. The workers are very kind and do not hesitate to help you out if you have any questions. The cookie flavor tastes just like cookies, and the stracciatella is simply divine. I got the small size in which you can choose up to 2 flavors. The flavors I chose were stracciatella and ferrero rocher chocolate which perfectly complemented each other. Great place to place to visit with friends or loved ones.

They are one of the best gelato spots there is! Every single flavor is spectacular. I don't care for chocolate but theirs is off the charts. Coffee is delicious too! Their desserts are great also and excellent customer service. It's the best place to take your guests from out of town. Highly recommend them.

Amazing Gelato place located in Katy. This has to be one of my favorite spots to go to if I'm feeling Gelato. My go-to order would be their rocher flavor (taste literally like the candy). Staff is friendly and will let you sample out flavors they offer. Cute spot for a dessert date and I will be coming back for more !

Cute little shop, very popular and noisy on the inside. Got the small cup with 2 flavors - coffee stracciatella. The coffee flavor was bold and the stracciatella was creamy. Asked for the ice cream in a cup with a cone.

I've been here two separate times - didn't realize I never wrote my review! Not much to say here besides, DO IT! Some of the freshest and testy sorbet I've ven had. The first time I visited I had the guava and passion fruit sorbet. The guava was amazing and so was the passion fruit (was a tad too tart for me). The second time I came, I got the mango and passion fruit. This time the passion fruit has the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The mango was amazing as well, tasted like I took a bite out of a ripe mango (I'm so serious). I also got the tiramisu. The employee told me is was good and that it was made in house. Haven't tried it yet but it looks great! I'll report back once I try it! To sun it up, I love this place! Service is always quick, employees are polite, clean bathroom etc. Make sure to give it a try the next time you're in the area.

Overpriced ice cream, nothing out of this world. 1 cone with one flavor $6.5 and one kids small cup another 6$.

I had previously visited the store and not had good customer service. However, after meeting with the manager my faith has been restored in this company. He was very fair and understanding and was very apologetic at the service we had received. This does not take away from the fact that this is by far the best gelato place here. I have been to Italy and had gelato and this was like being right back there. The flavors are amazing and delicious and I can't wait to go back. I can highly recommend Gelato & Co! Thanks again!! (I can personally recommend the mango and the chocolate gelato!!)

Went here first time I was out with the my wife on a date at lacenterra since we are new to the cinco area. Didn't think much of it, but we were both blown away at the how rich the flavors were. The coconut and strawberries both hatasted almost as if you were eating the real fruit only 10 times more juicier and tastier. Went back a second time when they had the farmers ma

If you're looking for ultra fresh, creamy gelato with a variety of flavors, this is the place. My friend & I decided to stop by Gelato & Co for some dessert last Friday, and we were not disappointed. The quality was top notch! I ordered the mango & coconut, and she went with the Rocher & pistachio. The mango stood out to me the most - it actually tasted like a real, perfectly sweet mango in the form of gelato. I also really enjoyed the coconut. My friend liked both of hers - the Rocher tasted like hazelnut, and the pistachio was good but less strongly flavored than she imagined. I will for sure be back for more mango gelato!

I had not been here in ages. Really great selection, in a nice space with good service. My only issue was the price which seems high versus similar businesses, although in fairness, this is based on experiences in Houston versus the sub and exurbs. But the gelato itself is flawless, smooth and rich enough to almost suggest the texture of soft serve albeit with more substance

STAY AWAY. Gelato is gelato, so we can't say it was out of the world. But the owners have some terrible rule of 2 flavors try per customer. Paying 5 bucks for one scoop I should definitely get to try what I want. I would rather go to another place vs this place. I did buy 1 scoop per child without trying. So definitely I should be able to try couple before deciding.

The ice cream here is absolutely delicious! I love grabbing a cone and walking around La Centerra or using the place as my dessert spot after eating in one of the restaurants there. Whichever your choice, you won't regret coming here. Their flavors are crisp and refreshing, I could eat a whole tub full!

My family's favorite gelato spot! Service is always great. They let you try (just about) as many flavors as you want before making a decision. I usually go with the Pistachio and Rocher combo (SOOO GOOD) and my children like more fruity gelato. The restaurant is also nice and clean and has a good amount of seating. Convenient location too. We love coming here!

Nice Gelato and decent prices. They had a fair amount of variety, I enjoyed the stracciatella. There's not a lot of space inside but they also have outdoor seating. I'll definitely be back.

I must say upfront that I am biased towards GELATO. I love it and prefer it to ice cream. Having said that I have tried gelato from places ALL OVER THE WORLD and picky. I have seen a ton of gelato establishments come and go in this area and I am hoping this place survives because I LOVE IT!!! They had a great variety of flavors (passion fruit, lemon, and Rocher are my favorites) and all are made with top quality ingredients and are absolutely DELICIOUS. I will be back!

They have a great variety of flavors and kids size and a small size is really nice to have for a control freak parent else my kids will be sugar hyped and go crazy. The mango, tiramisu, pistachio are great flavors.

Enjoyed my visit to this establishment when we were looking for a place to escape the Texas heat for a minute. Parking in the area is easy. I really liked that their flavors are not overly sweet and it is creamy. By far one of the best gelato establishments we've been to!

I love this place!! The customer service is unmatched and the place inside looks great! I love taking any one here with me because I know we will always leave more than satisfied ! There is no rush to pick a flavor and the workers give the best suggestions:)

Y'all should check this place out if you are craving a gelato. The service is excellent. If you request samples, they give you two different samples of your choice. They also had coffee which is a big plus for me.

The service here is terrible, the African American employee is racist to Hispanics, very rude as well. The employee who served my ice cream kept ignoring me and helping other customer's while it was my turn in line to get my order, she did horrible servings where my ice cream overflowd and was everywhere. Didn't even get a receipt either. First time & LAST time coming !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING !

Loved it ! Been seeing this spot and finally decided to try them out ! Tried different favors before I picked one . Strawberry I believe . And loved it . It had this natural fruity taste to it . Also tired the plain croissant! Very tasty! Will be stopping by for sure . Staffs are very welcoming and friendly

Atrociously slow "service" and that is putting it nicely. Zero service is more like it. A family of four held up the line because apparently it requires a pHd to order gelato. There was only one employee serving customers and the other two stood around. I asked for a sample and the employee disappeared. Their vanilla is too sweet and not on par with the quality of other locations outside the US. Would never come here. We left without ordering anything. Total waste of time and dont recommend.

I'm actually surprised the reviews for this place is so good. The gelato of ok and could stand to be richer in flavor. My favorite gelato is mango, and what I got here was not where it's at. There was only an hour left before closing and the workers were not in the mood to take care of clients. They're asking people to wear masks but it's definitely not enforced. We decided to go in because they were still requiring masks but it wasn't until we were about to order that I realized the 3 men in front of us weren't wearing masks. A client came in asking for the bathroom key and when he returned, the cashier took the key from the person who just went to the restroom, did not wash her hands, and proceeded to get people Gelato and spoons with that same unsanitary hand.

We tried the gelatos today and it was delicious. Light, fluffy and decently priced. We had the strawberry cream, mango and coconut gelato.

I've seen this place every time I've been in La Centerra but this is the first time I came in. The gelato is AMAZING! I regret waiting. So I sampled everything in the freezer before making a decision. Amy was extremely patient and very helpful. Loved her, very nice and sweet kid. I ended up going with two flavors, Pistachio and Rocher. The pistachio is the best thing I've ever tasted. I'm a big fan of Blue Bell's Pistachio Almond and this is much, much better. The Rocher tastes identical to the Ferrer Rocher gold foil wrapped chocolates. It even had bits and pieces of the candy in the gelato. Texture was smooth, creamy, and very thick. I'd say it's even better than Talenti you can buy at the grocery stores. They have other Italian food items as well as several different coffees like espresso, Americano, cappuccino, lattes etc. They also do pops and cakes. Crisp and clean interior. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality Amy!! We will see you again soon. 5/2/19 Came back to Gelato & Co to hang out with Amy and this time tried the Secret Flavor after asking her what I should try. Was not disappointed. Had coconut, almonds, and white chocolate. Blended very well and no one flavor was overwhelming. Will be back again. Thanks Amy!

$4.50 for a small Gelato. Ok. $4.50 for a small cup with a "spacer" is not cool. It was ok.

Delicious gelato! The service is also excellent. Turns out this place is a chain from Bologna, Italy and this is their first location in the United States. Fun fact, my very favorite gelato ever was a peach one in Bologna, Italy and the consistency and flavor of this one was spot on. I got passion fruit and coconut and you could tell it was flavored with REAL fruit. I look forward to visiting this place more and hope they'll have peach one day!

I love gelato and been to a ton of gelato places. My favorite place was Almode in San Antonio. I now have a new favorite place and it's close to home! I tried a handful of flavors and the consistency and of every flavor is so creamy. 10/10

Love having this gem in La Centerra especially on lovely nights when we want to go out for a stroll after dinner. Staff is always very attentive and great with recommendations. Coffee quality is wonderful. During covid, be sure to ask for recommendations since tastings aren't allowed, the staff can pinpoint just what you may like! Love that they also have vegan options and containers to take home. We loved the take home containers during quarantine. Also love that they require masks to keep their youngest customers under current vaccination age safe! Thank you!! You're setting a perfect example of compassion and it is noticed.

Taste good yet on the sweet side and way too soft even for a Gelato and on a cool day. Service was good and the place is clean. Price is on the high end for a small serving.

Never had gelato before and visiting a friend while we are here. It was a quiet atmosphere I was able to charge my phone and the tiramisu gelato is amazing! Definately want to come back and shop in this area when I have more time!

Pretty mediocre American version of gelato. It was tasty but didn't have the oh my goodness craving flavor punch that good Italian gelato has. If you want some good ice cream come here. If you want good gelato any random gelato shop in Italy has this one whipped. I now see why the cup with the inverted bottom is the main pic on this page. They do take about a quarter of the perceived volume away with their miserly engineered cups.
