This is the real deal!!! From Bologna, Italy. Cinco ranch is very lucky to have a branch here. Had the dulce de leche and rocher flavors……. OMG, I thought I was in Italy!!

The shop was clean and well-organized, and Danna made sure everyone was served efficiently, even during a busy rush. Customer service like this makes a big difference. And of course, the gelato was amazing especially the mango, which I probably wouldn’t have tried if it weren’t for their suggestion

We absolutely love Gelato & Co. in Katy! The flavors are incredible – rich, creamy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every visit feels like a special treat. The staff is always friendly, and the variety keeps us coming back for more! Please get “hazelnut” flavor back!!! That was the best!

They are one of the best gelato spots there is! Every single flavor is spectacular. I don’t care for chocolate but theirs is off the charts. Coffee is delicious too! Their desserts are great also and excellent customer service. It’s the best place to take your guests from out of town. Highly recommend them.

Best ice shop in Katy in my opinion. Been having the gelato here since they opened years ago and keep coming back. Favorites are the affogato with stracciatella and the new coffee cream.

Best affogato in my opinion. It’s not often you find a place who make their affogato with gelato out here so that’s a major plus. Downfall is service. I’m not sure if it’s only because they are busy or because they just aren’t personable. 3.5/5 stars for service.

Love this place. The coffee flavored gelato is the best. William is warm and welcoming and knowledgeable on all of the flavors. Great customer service.
