The gelato and sorbet here are amazing, it’s hard not to eat an entire pint in one sitting! The owner, Sierra, is so friendly and enthusiastic, she makes each visit feel like catching up with a friend. Can’t recommend Gelat’oh enough!!

Delicious gelato & sorbetto spot tucked away in Eckington. Got to chat with the owner about how it’s made and tried some mint gelato as it was being made fresh. Would definitely recommend.

The gelatos and sorbets here are wonderful! We have been seeing signs for this shop for a while now and were very excited to try it, and it definitely didn't disappoint. We have now bought 8 pints. The chocolate gelato is delicious, and even my finicky spouse agreed it is great. I love the fruity sorbets. And the whole family is in love with the mint cookie. Highly recommend!

As I am sitting here devouring a pint of the "Milk & Cookies" gelato, having only planned to just eat a little bit, then save the rest for later, I'm almost finished and ready to have some more as it is just THAT GOOD!!! The flavor of this is so powerful and intense, with every bite being just pure bliss to savor as I swallow each bite. I've walked the streets of Rome with some gelato made by a local in the country that invented gelato, and it doesn't even compare to this delicious creation. You definitely want to try this for yourself and make sure you stock up on a few pints, as I'm already regretting only getting a single pint, as I'm on my last bites and I'm treasuring each one as this is just pure Heaven in a cup! I'm almost afraid to share how amazing this gelato is, as I don't want all of Houston to eat it all, leaving none for me, but I am sure that I could still get my hands on some pints. Do yourself a favor and go check this out for yourself! If by some crazy reason you don't like it, just hand it over to me, I'll gladly eat it!

I live right across from this establishment. Today I had the pleasure of walking by while the door was open and I got to meet the lovely owner Sierra. She has put in so much work to fine-tune her craft. She went straight to the source of gelato and sorbet making to further perfect her craft. You can tell while you’re enjoying her sweets that she puts in a lot of work, effort, and love with every scoop of delicious cream that she produces. There is absolutely no way someone will have a bad experience with this place. You have to come by! I got three scoops. One of the peanut butter, one of the white out, and one of the chocolate, and I simply enjoyed it at the free access benches right nearby at Alethia Tanner Park. It’s in a great location and it is super easy to get to. It’s located in the brick alley, right in front of Brooklyn Boulders. You can’t miss it. :)

Stopped by for a treat on an unseasonably warm night and ended up enjoying the best gelato I’ve had outside of Italy. Plus, the owner Sierra was as sweet as her inspired creations! I’m so glad to have Gelat’oh! Eckington, AND her pints are available at giant if your sweet tooth calls on a Monday when she’s not open 😉 already dreaming of what to get at my next visit!!

Google
11/10 would recommend. The owner is a top notch person that makes top notch gelato. Sierra enthusiastically described all her flavors while letting us try them…and my goodness they were all out of this world. Trained in Italy, Sierra has expertly crafted classics like vanilla and innovated inspirations like jalapeño lime. The passion fruit and million dollar bar took the cake for me, but I’ll definitely be back for round two…three…and four to try more!

My spouse and I were familiar with the products but we recently did the Gelat'oh tasting experience and it was awesome! We learned the background of the company and got to try a wide range of flavors and experimental treats with the owner, Sierra. Everything was great and the experience felt like such a treat! Highlights were definitely the passion fruit sorbet, the milk and cookies flavor, and the White Out affogato.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this gelato via Union Kitchen in Arlington/Ballston and it did not disappoint. The owner, Sierra, provided samples to try and it was love at first taste. The "salty caramel" is so tasty; not too sweet and full of flavor. They're located in DC but you can buy at select area stores now. Sierra's story is inspirational. And, I just love supporting locally-owned businesses as much as possible. I can't resist trying new things if it helps support someone's passion. Merica's chococate is next up on my list of gelatos to try.

Yelp
I LOVE sorbet on a hot summer day! The server allowed me to sample a few of their flavors first and I so appreciate that. While their gelato was really good, the sorbet stood out to me. I decided to go with their blueberry lemonade, passion fruit, and virgin mojito and WOW. When I say this was the perfect mix I wholeheartedly mean that. The blueberry lemonade and passion fruit tasted so fresh while the mint in the virgin mojito added to it perfectly making it a much needed refreshing treat. The cup was $8 and I got two scoops of each flavor. Worth it and I'll surly be visiting again!

Yelp
Had a wonderful time talking with the owner today. She told us the history of her venture and let us try every flavor. She was actively making a peanut butter stracciatella that was incredible. There were multiple picnic tables outside in the shade to enjoy the gelato on a hot summer day. Can't wait to return again and see what else she has prepared that day.

Yelp
Fantastic gelato and reminded me of my trip to Italy. I opted for the lemon and it was a perfect blend of tart and sweet. Amazing in a word. Thank you for coming to my apartment building and giving us samples. Wonderful way to market your yummy gelato!
