Appointment only. Overall, it’s a good place. They usually load within about two hours. Loads are heavy, and there is plenty of room to maneuver. Parking inside is not allowed. If you arrive early, you must park on the street. Sleeping in the truck while parked on the street is not allowed—you must remain sitting in the driver’s seat, otherwise you may receive a ticket.

Check in 30 minutes before appointment. 2 hours for loading. 30 minutes to check out. Get in line for checkout and they take sweet time.

Easy in easy out, lots of room, loaded trailers in back, empties up front (in my experience)

Always a great time the the gard is super nice. Shipping office was fast to get me on a door in an out in about a hour

Worst customer service at the check in/check out. Absolutely zero sense of urgency regardless of how long the lines are. Took about 45 mins to check in and then dealt with the attitude from the workers. Good luck if you have to deal with Scott or Monica. Worst people to represent the company!

shipping and receiving are located near door 77. as soon as i arrived, i was immediately given a door. i stood at the door and after 1 minute they started loading me. loading took 30 minutes. for the first time great 👍

I come here a lot, at least twice a month and most of the time I come here the tandems are over really people. They have yard hostlers but they never seem to scale the load. I get it The Hostlers don't weigh like our trucks do but the tandems are the same hello people 2000 lb over at the 40 ft Mark do your job you have a scale check. Why eat up the driver's clock take away time for our breaks because your people don't want to do their job.

From checking in to getting unloaded it was a seemless process. The lady at the guard shack was very nice. I tried to come early but they told me to come back at my appointment time for a live unload. So you may want to call before arriving
