The brioche doughnuts are absolutely amazing - I visited the spheres back in fall 2024 and they had seasonal maple flavored doughnuts. 10/10 would recommend. Now, unfortunately the coffee, on the other hand, is absolutely godawful and you'd have to be a total masochist to want to reorder any drinks here 💀 I ordered a simple mocha and I'm no coffee snob, but breh it tasted like bitter mildly cocoa flavored super watered down coffee. Idk how you can mess up a mocha of all things that badly, but just based on the reviews, my botched mocha wasn't (and still isn't) an isolated case. I went with friends and they weren't happy with their coffees (lattes) as well. The coffee ain't exactly cheap either. Aaaand to add insult to injury, the barista who handed off my coffee plopped it really roughly on the counter. The lid wasn't even put on all the way either so that plop made the coffee splash out of the cup and make a mess on the counter. I did try to get his attention but he did such a quick 180 after "handing" off my drink and only faced away from the counter after that. So I ended up having to grab napkins and wipe up the spill on the counter myself. TLDR: If you go here, just go for the doughnuts and avoid the coffee at all costs unless you're absolutely dying of thirst or enjoy wasting money on mid dirt water. Just spend that money on another doughnut honestly lol

Unfortunately this is not a public location. Why advertise as an open donut shop in the neighborhood if locals can’t walk in and try your products? I can walk to this location would love to try it, but apparently I need to make a special plan just to visit. I’ll stick to Doce or Top Pot since they will serve a local anytime.

Super light donuts 😋 You can enjoy the premium feeling by having it along with the Amazon sphere visit.

Absolutely love their chocolate marshmallow donuts. So much that I haven't tried any of their other flavors. Was happy to see them in stock late afternoon at the cafe in the Amazon spheres cause they usually sell out pretty early in their other stores.

The vanilla custard doughnut is not as good as I remember. Although I did get it at the end of the day, so I think the sugar dusted onto doughnut had melted into the donut itself and in general the donut was less fresh. If you wanna get a wide variety of flavors, I would definitely recommend going earlier in the day rather than at the end of the day where they typically run out of flavors. Their drinks are definitely average. I ordered a Matcha, both hot and cold, and they both were very underwhelming. The service is fine. There can be a line so you just have to wait. When I do order the drink, though I don’t feel like I wait too long for my drink to be made. The inside is really nice because they’re in the middle of the spheres, and the spheres is like an artsy greenhouse. And it’s so bright and wide open, so I like coming here for the atmosphere. I would go back here for the donuts, but definitely not for the matcha.

NOTE: only open to the public on 1st and 3rd Saturdays with a Spheres reservation. Must book timed tickets 15 days in advance. Delicious donuts! Their seasonal flavors are currently blackberry and huckleberry. We ordered a blackberry and vanilla custard. Little pricey but fantastic quality and taste.

A MUST try! So we thought they were only open to the public certain Saturdays of the month but this is NOT true! There are several locations in the city!

Coffee was foul. Quality is not there, and to top it off there was hair in my coffee. Only noticed halfway through the drink and couldn’t speak to anyone who made it because they were closed already. Would not recommend the coffee here.
