Google
TAKE OUT ONLY. Was looking for a Chinese restaurant saw this on Google maps but when we got there it was a sushi place. Apparently Genghis Khan works out of the back of the kitchen so to speak as take only. The beef and broccoli 🥦 was good not so much sweet like other places, the chicken was fried with a sweet sauce and the pork and cabbage was really good.

Google
Absolutely disturbed by the way I was treated. The lady behind the counter told me I could only order takeout. There were others already seated and eating. As I was leaving the area, I watched another couple of people enter and sit down to order. As US NAVY VETERAN I am totally shocked at how I was discriminated. I was wearing a tan hoodie with the American Flag and I had my Retired Veteran ball cap on. Does this offend them? I will never recommend a restaurant that treats Veterans that way.

Too tired to go out in the cold for dinner, we lazy bunch did the smart thing to order out. When asked for non-pizza options, our hotel offered us two options of Chinese menu, with a personal preference recommendation of Genghis Khan Restaurant. The order over phone was not very smooth, almost impolite when we were told the order cannot be delivered before 60 mins to us hungry folks. However we were plesently surprised when it was delivered less than 30 minuets. We ordered 2 portions of chicken Wings, served with a very American mean mustard sauce, a sweet tomato sauce & some sesame seeds to throw in. Wings with skin are not my personal favourite, but still loved these. Succulent, meaty & got over in seconds. The chownein was really nice, flavourful & we all loved it with the Kung Pao Prawns & the Mongolian Chicken. The chicken fried rice was very flavourful & equally good. There were some neat vegetarian options that we ordered as well, overall a great meal to end the day & these guys had also packed some fortune cookies as a part of the deal. Must visit to try some of their pork & lamb sometime, in this visit.

Google
I got the food delivered through the uber eats. In the food delivery app the rating was good so I have not checked back here. Anyways the delivery was on time. But the major annoying problem was there was no spoons or forks or tissue! Omg, I had the fish water bowl and how can I eat that without a spoon? The food quality was decent and the portion size was also too much for me to eat alone.

Hanna

Google
Decent food for the price. Nothing special. I got take out and thought for a moment that they gave me the wrong order with two sweet & sour chickens, instead they just didn't put the sesame sauce on the sesame chicken before hand. I've never bought Chinese takeout before that didn't have the sesame chicken already covered with sause. Dissatisfied that the meals didn't come with fried rice and had to order it separately. That being said, the rice and the green beans were better than the chicken.

Google
Ordering online was easy, but when I showed up they had no record of my order. And then I got my food. The potstickers were greasy and bland. As orange chicken apparently can't be bothered to be cooked in the sauce? Never returning.

Eliza A.

Google
The food is subpar. The mu shu chicken had no sauce and just coleslaw mix dumped on top of it. Very disappointed with the low food quality. It is cheap for a reason. The soup was eerily thick and viscous.

Monika W.

Google
Got some delivery and while the edamame appetizer was good, it was just downhill from there. The noodles were undercooked and stuck together, the beef was very chewy, one dish came with jalapenos instead of bell peppers, and food was exceedingly spicy despite selecting "medium" for the heat level. We ate some of the stir fried vegetables and left the rest - felt like a total waste of money!

Yelp
I enjoyed the place. I've always eaten here for years and probably will continue to. Love the egg foo young.

Yelp
I've probably ordered from Genghis Khan 20 times through UberEats, over the past 3 years. The food has ranged from fine to terrible. If you are wondering WHY I keep ordering from a 2-star Chinese place, here are the tragic details. 1) My wife is a very picky, very conservative eater. She will only eat the MOST Americanized Chinese food. Genghis Khan serves what she thinks Chinese food is supposed to taste like. 2) There was a pandemic! Genghis Khan was open for Uber Eats delivery the whole time, and is scrupulously careful to follow added notes and directions, which is not very common at Chinese restaurants and vital when dealing with my wife's dietary restrictions. This is where they earned the 2 stars. Out if the 20 times I ordered food here, I ended up throwing my food away four times. I hate throwing away food, but it was a glutinous, nasty mess. Any dish with gravy seems particularly risky. In the end I found three dishes that are reliably ... okay: General Tsao's chicken, BBQ pork fried rice, and string beans with garlic. If for some reason you need to place a delivery order here, I would recommend sticking to those and similar basics.

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Ordered at this place and took 4 DoorDash drivers and food was still not ready. Been waiting for food for two hours and drivers kept changing as the food wasn't ready. Ordered here from this restaurant couple times with DoorDash and no issues. Restaurant blames DoorDash but I had never had issues from DoorDash drivers, and don't want to take responsibility. Food is good but not worth it unless you go pickup the food yourself.

Yelp
My husband and I LOVE this place for 2 reasons! 1. They have the best Chinese food for delivery in downtown area and they deliver to SLU where we live. We usually find ourselves ordering delivery from them around 8-9pm and it's so delicious! 2. They have both American Chinese and authentic Chinese dishes! My husband especially love their fried rice and sweet sour chicken. And I am always ordering their green beans and sezchuan eggplant. It is made right. Prices are reasonable. This is the Chinese place we eat at in this area. Probably not dine in though as it's hard to find parking right in front of Pike Place. I walk over for lunch though sometimes from my office on weekdays.

Yelp
When I read Yelp reviews, I generally take low-rated reviews with a grain of salt and give the establishment the benefit of the doubt. I wish I'd taken the low reviews more seriously for this restaurant. Overall, everything was superbly mediocre. *Super* salty -- salt is the only thing you could taste. Suspicious meat -- really chunky tough bits and tendon/fat that left me cringing. TONS of sauce, leaving the veggies and meat drowning in incredibly salty "gravy" (honestly it's too thick, and should just be considered gravy). The consistency of the chicken was...oozing? The peas and carrots in the Mandarin Chicken clearly came from a generic can of Del Monte, consequently adding absolutely zero flavor or substance to the dish. We got the Crab Rangoon, Mandarin Chicken, Beef with Chinese Broccoli, Chicken Chow Mein, and Mongolian Pork. I wouldn't order any of it ever again. My partner and I both took a couple bites of each dish and threw out the rest. I was bummed to waste food but it genuinely was not worth trying to save it. I'll be honest, I typically LOVE Chinese food. I'll stuff myself full and 20 minutes later I'll go back for leftovers. Not here. Will definitely never be returning here. I don't care if it was an off day for this restaurant or not, nobody should receive food like this.

Yelp
Reviews seem harsh but maybe I got lucky. I ordered their special fried rice and a pork egg roll. Was it out of this world? No. But for the price, it was good quality and good portions.

Yelp
I picked up a delivery for. Customer. The gal peeked from the kitchen but was not friendly. She just pointed the bagged order on the table from across the room. Nature was calling and I asked to use the restrooms. She said the Restrooms were closed. It has been a very difficult situation with very little public restrooms available during our CVID Shutdown.

Yelp
Really great Chinese take out! At first, I was confused picking up our order because the restaurant has a different name (urara) on the outside. Honestly didn't even know it existed despite walking by daily. We ordered Mongolian beef, general tsos chicken, and an order of pot stickers. I was really impressed with the quality of the ingredients. Everything was very well prepared and flavorful. The portion sizes were huge as well - a really great value.

Yelp
I have ordered from this place many many times with the best results and great food for the past year and a half. Tonight was a different story. When our food arrived I removed the bbq pork..... looked like zombie meat discolored and slimy, the smell was like a rotting corpse. All of the other items in the meal were foul as well. Pork fried rice sweet and sour pork. Disgusting. Too bad. I will never eat from my favorite Chinese place ever again. Serving rotten food and telling us over the phone that it is fine is a no go for me. I don't plan on spending a Friday night in the E. R. Because they had their power out for a week and they dontwant to throw the food away. This was not just rotten but many days rotten like falling apart when you touch it rotten. It practically grew legs and walked out of the apartment on its own.

Yelp
Amazing dishes very flavorful not what you d expect. Taste really authentic home cooked not the expected Asian American fusion . They do have plenty good authentic Cantonese and Szechuan dishes too and the beef and tendon appetizer is so good , next time gonna try their version of spicy pork ears as a side too The boiled fish with sour cabbage is good too very hearty and comes with rice too . The service is great they call to make sure you know what they substitute with and use their own drivers so delivery is super fast and friendly and never any issues like with grub hub drivers or door dash The only thing you can't see the driver on the navigation map , it doesn't update well

Yelp
It was a quick grab and go after a long day of work. It was raining pretty hard (imagine that) and the place was empty. I ordered a couple dishes to go and it was some really tasty food. It's no Blanda Express, but there are those types of items on the menu if that's your thing. I ordered: Ma Po Tofu - Diced bean curd, green peppers and sweet onions, stir fried with lean ground pork, in a hot and spicy szechwan sauce. 5 Spice Beef Shanks - Beef shanks marinated and cooked in a 5 spice soup until tender. The beef shanks are thinly sliced served in a house sweet 5 spice sauce. Served as a cold appetizer. Both tasted fresh and delicious. It hit the spot at the end of a long day. In the same situation I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Yelp
Let's waste no time, take it from a chef: - Service: rude and unprepared. I have visited this establishment FOUR times in all of which the interaction between me and the waitress has been unpleasant to say the least. Walked by the restaurant and wanted some fried rice to take home? YOU SHOULD CALL OVER THE PHONE NEXT TIME SIR on a very angry tone is what you get. We're not talking Michelin star rated eateries here, of course, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Every single time. Apple Pay is a HASSLE, not because of the easy to use equipment but rather because the waitstaff seems to have a personal issue with it. Be upfront, if they charge you more per transaction I would understand and go out of my way to make is easy for you, BUT DONT GIVE ME ATTITUDE FOR IT. ITS NOT MY FAULT. Avoid at all costs just for the service I would suggest, not worth it because... - The food: greasy and old/stale taste and smell. I don't need to elaborate much here. Wanna give it a shot? Go for it, but I warn you, the OKAY rating they got is there for a reason. I will add, I ordered food here four times because my fiancée likes the place for some reason but I would rather fry some rice after a 14 hour shift than step foot in this place ever again. That's how p*seed I am. Peace.

Yelp
There was a fly cooked into my food! I saw the black shape and didn't think much of it and was about to take a bit but something told me to inspect it further. I Pulled the breading back only to discover it was a fly!

Yelp
My husband and I ,are from out of State(Oregon). I had surgery at Virginia Mason hospital and can FINALLY eat regular food. We ordered and it was delivered. All I can say isYUMMY,IS YUMMY, AND,YUMMY. The prices were reasonable as well. The hotel were staying in, closed there restaurant due to covid. Trying to find good food in an e stranged place. Yes, it's so worth it. Ty.

Yelp
So the niece and I are just wandering around, trying to find somewhere to eat, looking on my Yelp app, having Google maps fail us over and over...and then we see this place. Yelp says three stars...I am wary...but we're starving so we go for it. Place is empty. At like, 7 PM. Hmmm...now i'm even more wary, but the niece wants Chinese so we sit down. I order Sake. The waitress (who I think was younger than me) freakin grills me on my ID...yes, my hair is longer now, no, my hair is no longer black...OMG I am 27 and I just want a freakin Sake! Okay, she agrees to serve it to me. For dinner we get...veggie egg rolls, broccoli & beef, & general tso's chicken. Everything was great! The egg rolls had a yummy flavor, although a bit mushy. They were served with hot mustard, ketchup, and toasted sesame seeds - I would have liked sweet & sour, but it worked. The broccoli & beef - the broccoli was steamed perfectly, still had a bite to it, the beef was really tender and fresh tasting, and the sauce was perfect. The general tso's chicken was the best though. Huge pieces of white meat chicken, coated in a light, fluffy batter that was slightly crunchy, sweet and spicy due to loads of red pepper flakes. Chinese chicken perfection. I have never had general tso's chicken this good before! My niece and I really enjoyed this place...yummy hole in the wall, somewhat sketchy looking Chinese place you should definitely try!

Yelp
Perfectly serviceable Chinese food. Nothing more and nothing less. Delivery from Uber Eats arrived on time but the sauce front the containers spilled into the bag. My vegetarian fiancée did not like her food sitting in meat juice. The Szechuan Beef was spicy and garlicky but nothing exciting. The meat was a bit tough. If I'm being honest I probably won't order from here again, just because of all the above average options in town.
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered delivery by Uber Eats. Food was prepared fast but sometimes that can be a warning sign that the quality isn't going to be great. Beef broccoli and cashew chicken was horrible, rubbery meat. Threw it all in the trash without a second bite. White rice and fortune cookies weren't terrible so they got that going for them.

Yelp
Ask a Chinese (Hong Kong-er to be exact) to rate American Chinese food...never gonna be good. I ordered beef chaw fun i believe. Which is a very famous and popular dish in Hong Kong. I basically grew up having that dish. Let me just simply tell you, Horrible. Even if you never been to Hong Kong and never had this before else where, you will still able to tell this is not good. So I don't even need to describe the details about how the noodles texture or the sauce or even the "fire" burnt flavor for the dish. Nope, non of that even in it and nothing really to talk about... I guess just oily, grease, soy sauce, they-bought-the-noodles-in-chinese-grocery-just-when-you-ordered-so-they-all-sticked-together wide rice noodles. Plus the price is wayyyy too much for this portion. Done. As long as I want to write a longer, better review, this is all I can say. Please don't go/order to go. Don't do it. Horrible.

Yelp
I tried this place again after not having them in awhile. They still suck. The orange chicken is still pretty bad, and I'm not sure if my husband liked his dish. At least they brought me Diet Coke.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food, good price, difficult to find location, but good eats once you're there. I've ordered multiple times and have been impressed each time. Be sure to get vegetables with your noodles! The balance is great!

Yelp
Tried the on line ordering, was a great experience. The food was delivered early and it was great! Everything was cooked perfectly, hot, crisp, flavor some. Very tasty indeed!! The vegetable combo had a nice variety, not soggy or over cooked....Yumm! Their walnut shrimp was excellent, the garlic chicken also delicious Highly recommend these guys!

Yelp
I have been dining here and ordering delivery from this establishment for over 20 years. I ordered delivery from them tonight, and the food was completely different. I am not sure if Genghis is using a ghost kitchen to backfill orders, or if they completely just changed their food products. Every single item was different than how it is usually prepared. the pork in the pork fried rice was 100% fat that was trimmed off of the meat. The deep fried prawns tasted like they were not fried. It seemed as though the prawns were cooked in a microwave or steamed. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this place again. This makes me sad.. It's the end of an era.

Yelp
I ordered delivery from this place and it was horrible. The food came soggy and cold. The pot stickers were soggy and flavorless. The wonton soup was literally two wontons in this yellow water; no flavor what so ever. The crab ragoons were cold and stale. It was just such a horrible order. Never again.
google avatar

Kenan S.

Yelp
Avoid. Quality of food and service was poor. I'd be willing to bet cleanliness standards are not up to par. I wanted a simple sesame chicken dish with fried rice. They advertised the sesame chicken at 8.50 and the fried rice at 4.50. I thought ok 13 plus tax for Chinese food is fine. Chicken ends up being 12 dollars and rice 4.50. So sesame chicken and fried rice ended up costing me 19 dollars. I've never lived anywhere where a dish would cost this much. Not worth it. Go to Chipotle or somewhere else. Cashier ignored my complaint and didn't refund me the difference.

Yelp
The woman at this restaurant is plain rude. Doesn't wear a mask/follow COVID guidelines. The gentleman is very nice and courteous but often not present at the restaurant. The food is below average because they are serving tourists who are never coming back. I am a local and writing this review after picking up food from here 4 times at the new location and couple of times earlier at the older location. I am done with this place, many other (probably better) Chinese take out places available in the area.

Yelp
This is the sort of Chinese food that I expect when I want to be lazy and get it delivered to my door. Loaded with MSG, this is the type of stuff that those cool people in the movies eat. Out of white folded containers with red scripture and dragons on it. Food-wise you get a lot of options. Dining for one? Get the "dinner for one" Two? "dinner for two" Three? Well, you get the idea. Those are fixed options, but there is a bountiful of dishes from which to choose. Obviously I have not tried them all, but I intend to.. if it is my life goal to have every dish here, I'll do it! So the food.. I personally like it a lot. It's not gonna be "gourmet" Chinese food, but it reaches a standard that is expected of a delivery place. The grub hub estimate overshoots the actual delivery time by a long shot, and you get enough food that you can divvy it up into a couple different meals. Just mix and match and make a fried rice the next day.. delicious! Price is right. [ba-dat-dat-dat-da-dahhhh, dat-dat-da-ahhhhh...]

Yelp
We ordered delivery to the hotel for about 8 people. I can't remember the name of the family dinner, but we got mushu pork, cha siu, fried rice, fried shrimp, mixed vegetables and some other assortment. I don't know what kind of Chinese restaurant it is inside or the quality of Chinese food in Seattle, but it was horrible. What kind of cha siu do people in Seattle make?! It was dry, freakishly pink and tasted like cardboard. As a Chinese American woman whose father used to work in a Chinese restaurant, I am offended. I hope others don't think this is the "best" Chinese place in Seattle. This was heavily heavily Americanized Chinese food. Disgusting.

Laura H.

Yelp
I ordered delivery from the restaurant via Grubhub. I got the Water Cooked Fish and the Pork Kidney Flowers, both of which were not quite authentic. The fish wasn't fresh, and their "spicy" is actually quite bland, and had none of the spices I'm used to from Sichuan food. Also for the price, it was a little ridiculous that the food did not come with a side of rice.
google avatar

Mary L.

Yelp
The one good thing is the amount of food they give you. I got their house chow mein, which was decent. The pork they use is good, but other than that it wasn't really good. I also got the kong poa chicken, which I don't recommend. The chicken was rubberish.

Yelp
The nicest, sweetest ladies work here. They are always smiling and friendly and checking in to see if you need anything else. The food is ok, typical Chinese food nothing outstanding a few not so good items, note stay far, far away from the crab ragoon's so bad, so very, very bad. Their lunch specials are a pretty good deal, soup or salad, fried rice, chow mein and your choice of a list of items to pick from and it's about $8.95 and usually this can make two meals for me. Today I ordered a bowl of hot and sour soup to bring back to my desk, their bowls are enough for two big meals, three small ones when you get it to go and you can't beat the price, less than $6.00. Their egg rolls are extremely greasy and when dipped in their hot mustard sauce will cure any ailment you might have or cause a stomach explosion. They also deliver (minimum $10 order) which is unusual for a non sandwich shop to do downtown but I'm never that lazy to use the deliver I'll go pick it up myself. The food is gets three stars but the service makes them a four star place in my book.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I ate here at about 6:00 on a Saturday night. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The owner promptly came out and seated us, and took our order as soon as we were ready. I got the beef fried rice, minus the carrots and peas, and with bean sprouts added. It was pretty good, although it didn't have a whole lot of flavor. The rice was just the right texture, and the beef wasn't bad. We also got the deep fried chicken wings, which were fried perfectly and slightly sweet, just the way I like them. The sweet and sour dipping sauce they came with was a nice complement. The prices were very reasonable; $7.50 for a full order of beef fried rice, and $8 for eight huge chicken wings. The owner was friendly and attentive, and we didn't have to wait for anything. It's nothing fancy, but it was warm inside, and it's a pleasant place to get an affordable dinner.

Yelp
It was a dark and dreary October evening, and we were hustling between shows during City Arts Fest, looking for a place to eat. Some place. ANY place, because most everything in the vicinity of Pike Place Market was already shuttered for the night (even though it was no later than 8 PM), and the places that were open had menus that might not have made Bill Gates bat an eye, but considering we earn approximately $1 billion less than he does, we simply could not justify those types of prices. There was a Subway, and we were pretty close to giving in and going for a footlong, when we stumbled upon this hole-in-the-wall Chinese place right next to the Showbox. By this point we were starving, and happily slid into a booth. Despite our initial misgivings - the place isn't the most aesthetically appealing, either inside or out - we were happily surprised with the food. The Orange Beef was like nothing we had ever had - choice tenderloin marinated in a sweetly tangy orange sauce and then fried in the wok. It was downright amazing. The Sweet & Sour Prawns were just as good - not overly breaded like some places, but just the right amount of batter and a nice ratio of sauce/veggies/etc. Thinking we might have been swayed because we were so hungry we probably would have gnawed our arms off at that point, we returned on a future visit to Seattle (we're actually Portlanders who are in town often to visit family) and were every bit as impressed. We have now been back several times, and on our last visit even took a self-professed foodie, who also raved over the food here. Everything we've ever tried has been wonderful, though we always seem to gravitate toward our initial choices, maybe adding a Crab Rangoon here or a potsticker there. Granted, you might bump knees with a couple of hookers at the next table or overhear the kitchen staff arguing in Mandarin (both true stories), but if you can overlook the atmosphere, this is really good Chinese food at a reasonable price. If you can't overlook the atmosphere, that's why they invented those little white boxes with red lettering and metal handles. Get it to go!

Yelp
Thanks to the Eat24Hours suggestion, this is perhaps the most reliable Chinese delivery on Thanksgiving Day! I couldn't drive, yet, post-surgery so I needed the food to come to moi. My targets were the string beans, 2 brown rice and the beef chow foon. I mixed 1 rice with the BCF and it was good, hitting the spot. I did add a bit of seasoning just to kick it up a knotch when I was almost thru with it. I had the string beans and the 2nd rice for brunch the next morning. If sealed right, they are rather good after nuking a bit; the string beans retained sufficient garlic moisture (these were closed and tied tight in a plastic bag in the fridge). The BCF just right and the string beans weren't tough or mushy. The delivery dude was satisfactory, neither awesome nor rude. For the 45-60 min claimed delivery time, I'd say it came about 5 min early. I'd repeat this the next time I feel up for Chinese delivery. PS, Don't forget to rinse your paper containers and recycle! :D

Yelp
We checked into a hotel without a restaurant during the massive heat wave. We ordered delivery from Genghis Khan through an app after our first order from another place was messed up. In spite of another ridiculous error by the app, a horrible high temp in the city that must have made cooking miserable, and a lack of adequate drivers on an extremely busy night, when nothing in Seattle was coping, they came through with delicious food that was even better the next day as leftovers. It was a notch or two above above lots of other places we have tried. Really appreciate them.

Yelp
Very average food. Ordered delivery with Yelp. Orange chicken didn't taste like orange chicken. I had to add tons of soy sauce to it. They give the orange sauce on the side, but would prefer Panda anyday. Noodles were pretty regular (chow mein). Tofu mooshu was decent. Advantage: They are open late.

Yelp
I ordered via Grubhub....wonton noodle soup, potstickers & side of rice. First, the grubhub driver was super rude....giving me attitude about how he has to actually do a bit of work & get out of his car. Helloooo....I'm at a nursing home & disabled, if I could walk out there I would. To make matters worse...potstickers were all soggy, rice all dried up tough, and wonton soup tasted sour bad, like they're already expired. The $5 promo for 1st order just not wort all of it. People safe your money & go somewhere better for good chinese food. I've contacted Grubhub & apparently they couldn't get in touch with the restaurant for my refund since it's closed already. Now the whole process is pending....might have to call my bank to stop payment for the order if it's not resolved. Update: as of today 11/24 the restaurant refused to refund my money back, according to Grubhub. Grubhub just wanted to give me 20% off my next order.....which I refused, my exact word was heck no. I let them know I will call my bank first thing tomorrow to stop payment on the charge. HUGE WARNING....BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ORDER THROUGH THIS RESTAURANT AND GRUBHUB.

Yelp
Was walking around looking for some Chinese food as I was staying just up the street at the Sheraton. I'm from the San Gabriel Valley of Southern California where there are Chinese and other Asian restaurants galore and so during my long stay here in Seattle I was craving some good oriental food even if I had to pay a little more (being in a downtown city setting). Walked by this place and was hesitant to walk in as it looked like a pretty dark and empty hole in the wall place. By the time I finally decided to walk in to this place I had actually walked by a couple of times in the previous few days but because it looked so dark, I thought they were closed those both times. When I finally mustered up the courage to actually walk close to the door, I realized they were, in fact, open. Walked in to order to-go and there was a homeless beggar sitting on a "waiting-to-be-seated" chair. The restaurant itself was pretty dark lit but I pressed on to order. I order some chow mein and some sweet and sour chicken and wow....... The chow mein was like that out of a 'add-water and warm up in the microwave' type of thing and the sweet and sour chicken could be found better in those frozen dinners. It was HORRIBLE!! Never again.... And to think I spent $20 on that.... Sigh...

Yelp
We just ordered delivery to our hotel from here and we're very impressed! Delivery took about an hour, but it was worth it. We tried the honey garlic wings, the chow mien and spicy beef. The wings were top notch. Huge and size with a great texture and flavor. We were really big fans of the wings. The noodles and spicy beef were both good as well, average Chinese food flavor. Not bad for late night delivery.

Yelp
We ordered take out (we were staying at a nearby Air BnB); I used the Yelp feature to order and scheduled a 7:45 pm pick up. I was ahead of schedule and they quickly accommodated me. The food was fresh off the Wok even after i brought it home. Based on some of the other reviews, i wasn't expecting gourmet - but, it was very good! Had the spicy Mongolian Chicken (4 out of 5 for their hot scale) and it was spicy! We loved it. Had another dish with chicken and veggies - that too was very good. Brown rice was average and the egg rolls (albeit tasty) were very small. Overall: excellent experience and would order from them again.

Yelp
I was craving Chinese, and bumped into Genghis Khan wandering around down town. Despite my vegan leanings, I ordered the veggie egg rolls and Mongolian Prawns, 4/5 hot (well, it was happy hour, so also purchased 2 Tsingtao's for 4). The heat was a little low, but pretty close. The mustard with the rolls was fsntast Despite the average rating, lower than mine, I had a top notch experience here. The service was speedy, the Mongolian Prawns were cooked such that the veggies were the ideal point of cooked, as well as the prawns. The sauce was delectable. I asked for a spoon to collect a few more tastes. I forgot to mention the Macaroons: a medley of distinctively flavored frozen cookies, sprinkled with powdered sugar, that were not disappointing. I'm not sure why the average is so low. Maybe I came on a good night. But maybe they're better. I was impressed. I don't imagine my Yelp T gave me away...? Seriously, a delicious experience

Yelp
To be honest, I came here because of the name genghis khan. Haha. The food is decent. Customer service is alright but still reserve for my taste. Nice atmosphere.

Yelp
The General taso chicken is served in a great serving size, very fresh and wonderful flavor. The breading is thin and crisp yet captures the unique spice flavor perfectly. Highly recommend this great place for meals.

Yelp
The fact that they deliver is really the only redeeming quality. The food is not that great. However, if you are finally able to keep food down after a week of fighting for your life as a result of a H1N1 exposure, the hot & sour soup will get you through until you can find something more suitable. The egg flower soup will only remind you to buy Kleenex.

Yelp
The food was a good average American Chinese experience. The speed of service was so fast we didn't even have time to put down our menus. A great deal for the amount you get and a great location in down town Seattle. Won't be going back all the time but won't be avoiding the place all together.

Yelp
I went to dine in everything was horrible and left a bad after taste in my mouth like it was old. The sweet and sour left my fingers stained. The Mongolian beef the main event) was awful no rice noodles or green onion in sight just a whole bunch of cabbage and low quality beef.. even the soy sauce bottle had dust on it.. The egg drop soup horrid as well. I ordered a side of chicken wings they were the only star I could give too bad it was only 2 flats. Never going back

Yelp
I just had Genghis Khan deliver my food using the Yelp app delivery feature. Even though I ordered only a few minutes before they closed, they still delivered it after they closed (on time). It was hot and packed into the containers. Can't complain and tasted great.

Yelp
Decent for delivery! The other night we were looking for some Chinese delivery staples: pork fried rice, wonton soup, General Tso's chicken and crab rangoon. Eat24 pointed us to Ghengis Khan, a restaurant we've walked by plenty of times, but never ordered from. The pork fried rice was good enough to order again. The wonton soup was surprisingly light, fresh, and you could tell the pork dumplings in the soup were made from scratch. The broth wasn't as salty and bland as a lot of Chinese takeout places back in Cleveland, OH. The crab rangoon I'd pass on. I didn't like the wrap they used... it was almost more pastry-like than wonton. And the General Tso's chicken looked homemade but was prepared a little differently than I expected for takeout or delivery. Overall, I think we'd order again.
