For an airport cheesesteak, you can’t expect much. But cmon now. I'm here on a slower day and wanted to enjoy a cheesesteak in philly. I wasn't able to go out of the airport but thought this would at least taste good. This was lacking flavor, and some parts of the sandwich were dry. The cheese was melted find and the bread could've used more toasting. The quantity of steak was fair, no issue there. Just wish the flavor profile was there. I was disappointed, but hey its airport food. All in all there should be some level of high standard so people don't feel like they need to go out of the airport. The price was $20 after tax and would've been fine if the flavor truly hit and the bread felt better.

I gotta say, this is some really good airport cheesesteak! Was here on a Monday in late April 2025, and got some seriously good food and service. Better here than downtown Philly at a regular restaurant. Served hot and meat was tender and juicy. Fries hot and crisp. Best airport food.

Had a cheesesteak combo and while the food was okay (I've had a better cheesesteak in TX, and the fries were better than the sandwich) It was $30!! and they wouldn't even do a drink refill, absolutely ridiculous.

I had high expectations for a restaurant in Philadelphia that specializes in cheesesteaks, but unfortunately it fell far short. The sandwich was dry, lacking flavor, and nowhere near the quality you’d expect from the city that made this dish famous. Honestly, I could have gotten a better cheesesteak at Subway. On top of that, I paid $4.50 for a drink and was surprised to learn there are no refills—something I would expect at a quick-service spot. Between the underwhelming food and the overpriced drinks, this was a letdown from start to finish. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Philly cheesesteak experience.

I was really looking forward to trying out the famous cheesesteaks in Philly, but unfortunately, this place didn't quite live up to the hype. Even though it's an airport restaurant, I believe they can do better! The meat was bland and tough, the roll lacked cheese and was too soft, and don't even get me started on the sky-high prices for bottled water! Plus, I couldn't help but wonder, why wasn't the meat chopped? There's definitely room for improvement here, and I hope they take some serious steps to up their game!

$20 for bread with a bit of steak on top. Never been ripped off this badly before. Avoid this place.

This place is hit a mostly miss. Maybe it’s who’s on the grill? Sometimes perfect amount of meat and whiz and onions cooked right and other times barely enough meat and dry and raw unions. I’ve had it when it’s perfect and then excited to return and it’s a complete fail. Wish it was more consistent. Today was a fail!

I ate here 3 years ago and I will repeat what I said back then. The worst "Philly " cheese steak i ever had. Cold bread Not cut Very very chewy meat Very not representative atleast make it look more like it's not animal food.
