Lovely indy coffee joint, some brilliant roasts available and staff extremely knowledgeable when this coffee snob couldn't decide what he wanted to drink! Prices of higher end beans reflect the market, so don't go expecting a cut price cup of Joe... You're paying for quality.

Delicious coffee in town. The coffee shop was located inside Boston Public Market. The ambient of the place was cozy, there were tables for u to dine in. The staffs were kind and friendly, really loved the fast service. I ordered the vermonter (maple) latte, and it was mouthwatering. The blend between the coffee, milk, and syrup was perfect. There was clean restroom inside the market, but u needed to ask the code to the staffs.

I mainly came here to get their coffee beans because I heard good recommendation from others. Most of the beans I wanted for drip coffee were in stock (Dota and Kanzu 👌) so I was content. I tried their latte but it was ok. I think since this location is located in a hustling market, maybe everyone felt rushed. But if you like this brand and you know what you want, it’s still a nice quick stop. Quincy market is nearby so there are definitely lots of visitors.

Ordered the standard cold brew for $5.30. We parked in the garage, so ended up spending some time here to cover parking costs. Staff was quick and friendly.

The iced vanilla lattes here are so good. They’re pricey but worth it for a treat. I think the use of Crescent Farm milk makes it taste so good because I tried the same thing at another GH location and disliked it. I highly recommend this location!

A simple George Howell spot in the Public Market serving their standard coffee menu. Not much of a coffee shop vibe, but a convenient stop if you're in the market.

The employees are nice and the matcha lattes I ordered were good. My only gripe is that the employee who assembles the drinks does it kind of messy (my drink would have milk spilled on the cup and it wasn’t closed correctly and when I tried to close it, some splashes of milk dropped from milk being stuck on the lid). And also she does not wear gloves when assembling the drinks but touches the inside of the cups with her bare fingers to grab them. It would be better if she didn’t touch the inside of the plastic cups with her bare fingers and instead grabbed the outside of the cups only if she wasn’t wearing gloves. Didn’t get a pic of her doing that because it was fast but had a pic after to imagine what I’m talking about.

An excellent coffee!! First of all, it was roasted properly, and not the partially roasted junk you get at so many places these days. Full. City. Roast. And the coffee was brewed to just about perfect strength, not weak, so the result was absolutely divine! I swear angels were singing! Thank you, George Howell, for your awesome attention to quality and detail!!
