Very very happy with my haircut done by the lovely Giulio Toffano. Giulio knew exactly what I wanted and he delivered it! I am getting a lot of compliments🥰 Also loved the hospitality of George Northwood. Surely recommended!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my new haircut. Giulio Toffano, the hairstylist, was absolutely fantastic. He took into account the shape of my face and created a personalised hairstyle that suits me perfectly. My hair was in bad shape and quite long, but Giulio worked his magic and I felt rejuvenated, younger, and with a much lighter style. Also, I was fortunate to have another professional supervising the session, which made the experience even better. I’m so happy with the result! I highly recommend this salon to everyone! , the service was excellent, and Giulio’s expertise in creating a personalised style made all the difference. Thank you so much, Giulio and team!

Giulio did such an amazing job — he really listened to what I wanted, but also added his own creative touch, which made all the difference. I walked out feeling so confident and happy. Absolutely fantastic! My initial haircut at George Northwood wasn't quite what I'd hoped for, but the salon's response was exceptional. They immediately offered a complimentary redo, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. And then there was Xavier. He completely transformed my experience. Not only did he deliver a truly stunning haircut, perfectly tailored to my preferences, but he was also an absolute pleasure to chat with. His skill and warmth made the entire appointment a delight. I'm incredibly impressed with George Northwood's dedication to excellence, and especially with Xavier's talent. Highly recommended! Five stars all the way!

I booked in with Abbie to go copper from previously being brunette with balayage blonde. I was nervous before as I have never done such a drastic hair change before but Abbie talked me through the whole process and the two colour mixes she prepared. The whole experience was so great and I loved the result - so vibrant but also natural. Exactly what I was after. And 3 weeks post appointment, it is just as vibrant because I have been using the aftercare shampoo and conditioner Abbie recommended. Will definitely be returning 🍊🧡

A very upsetting and off-putting first experience at this salon. I walked in, with my miniature daschund, and wanted to know who I would be in safe hands with, to discuss blonde highlights and a hair makeover. I was told that Rebecca was the blonde expert that I needed, and was guided upstairs, to have a sit down initial consultation and chat with. I don't think in my entire life, after being at many top hair salons, including Hershesons & Josh Wood, have I been made to feel so uncomfortable, and like I just want to run out the salon. Rebecca did not listen to me, even though I tried to very sweetly explain my current hair experience, my concerns and my end goals. She just spoke over me, was passive aggressive, rude and condescending. I actually left the salon feeling she must have deeply disliked me, even though I had been nothing but polite and gentle. I don't know how people like this excel in their careers, with such an obnoxious and arrogant attitude, but then again, maybe she hasn't, because she's not a top colourist at the salon. Who is the best senior colourist for blonde hair please? Thanks so much.

I have been seeing Rebecca for absolutely years and she has always done the most amazing job with my hair - the colour is always so beautiful, glossy and natural looking. I am constantly told how gorgeous my hair is and I always give her the praise as I only grow it :-) I would highly recommend Rebecca - she is fab!!!

5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARDS! Been going to Rebecca for Color going on 3 years now and the journey I had with my hair has been a 360! She’s help me get the color I want to achieve with the most care for my hair health as well. I have 3B hair texture and it’s very hard to find colorist and salons that can manage and George Northwood has gotten me covered and will be going there as long as Rebecca is there. If I can give more stars I would!

I LOVE this salon. Roi is genius cutter, Stephen world's best for men, Eliott, Frankie, Bennie all superb at blow drys. Phoebe and Demi brilliant at colour taught by the amazing Sally. Everyone friendly and on time. Great coffee.

I went in to get my normal haircut by Fabz and left crying. He was rude, sarcastic and incredibly unpleasant - when I went up to pay I was given a free haircut so I don't believe this is the first time he has acted this way. Avoid cuts with Fabz.

I wanted to be blown away by this place and unfortunately, I left feeling that I had wasted a lot of money on so-so highlights. I asked for a half head highlights and the color seems right-ish but it's only been 6 days and I can see the line where the highlights start already. She did not go close enough to the root and almost felt like she was in a hurry. I've been getting my highlights done for 18 years and usually wait 12-14 weeks between sessions. I feel like i'm ready now for my next set and it's been 6 days. The cut however was right on the mark with what i asked for. The shampoo was also great. The shampooer was so meticulous and very customer-focused. So I'd recommend them for the cut and the shampoo, just beware of the highlights. Again, they weren't bad - just not worth the amount of money that they charged. I expect near perfection and this was not that.

Modern yet casual salon. Friendly, warm staff. The shampoo/head massage was worth visiting along, then I had a fab cut by Frankie and left so pleased. I tend to leave salons at 85% happy, wait a few weeks till the cut feels right. This was instant 100% pleasure and satisfaction. Frankie listens, is talented, and "gets it." After 1 year in England, I found my hairdresser/salon!
