George’s Greek Cafe Review - Long Beach - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"There are a couple of George’s around Long Beach, but we like the Belmont Shore location best for its painted murals, fake columns, and general Greek kitschiness. It’s busy all day, with a mix of tourists, local moms having lunch together, and regulars sitting at the bar. Most everyone is here for the saganaki, which comes out in a skillet and is quickly lit on fire. We’re not sure the flames actually do anything, but the saganaki is great, and so are the lamb chops you should be ordering too." - Jess Basser Sanders

I came here a little bit later in the night expecting a long wait but it was surprised that I could get right in and also have a great meal. I had with the waitress suggested which was the gyro, and it definitely didn't disappoint I would definitely come back here again and make sure that I try other great menu items that I didn't get to try on this trip. The special price that they have also didn't disappoint

Everything about this place was great! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was even better! All the servers would stop by to see if we needed Anything even though they weren't assigned to our table. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful when picking out our food. The pita bread was delicious. The atmosphere is great. Romantic little string lights and get to see the people cruise through the main street. I love it. I would definitely go back!

Google
The CALAMARI!!! I cannot say enough. By far the best calamari I’ve ever had. If you get anything here get that!! Staff was friendly, atmosphere was great. We sat outside. We really enjoyed everything we ordered. No complaints! Had the lamb skewers, salmon and calamari, which as you know was delectable!

Google
George's Greek Cafe is in a decent area, and I had no wait when I visited. The food was served quickly, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the Hummus and Tzatziki dip, and I’m pretty sure I had the Stuffed Falafel Sandwich, which was very filling. Overall, the food was very good, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Google
Excellent Greek restaurant. The Food is very good and the staff are super kind. My wife and I had an appetizer combo and small Greek salad and lamb chops 4pcs and beef kabobs. We loved all food of the appetizer combo. Especially kalamari was so good. All sources were good as well. Lamb chops (medium rare) were very good, I recommend it. We were full with them.

Google
The service here was excellent, and customer service was well above average. The food was fresh and well made. We came at 10a and they accommodated us with the Lunch menu. Warm doulmades, fresh tsaziki started out the meal. Sizzling cheese with flambe tableside. Then the perfect Greek salad with gyro meat. Fantastic , all served with a smile. (Though the waitress had to beg the cooks for some portion of the meal, we heard them. Lol) .

Google
Been eating here for over a decade and I have always enjoyed the food service and atmosphere. I truly enjoy their salads and their gyro plates. If you're ever in DTLB make sure you check it out

Google
We came here for Father's day lunch and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive - they were able to accommodate a group of 8 of us as a walkin on a Sunday with 4 very hungry children ranging in ages from 6-13 on the patio. The flaming cheese (Saganaki) was a highlight and the Avgolemono soup was perfect for a chilly day.

Yelp
Made a reservation on yelp, confirmed reservation. Showed up and was told they had closed the kitchen. So maybe don't have reservation system solely through yelp? or close the kitchen while open for another hour. Had to find somewhere else for my birthday dinner.

Yelp
Good service. I was so enthralled, I forgot to take pictures. Fried calamari was awesome. Gyro was stuffed full, with a good amount of meat. FULL. The feta/garlic fries, Wow! Greek salad was a perfect compliment to the gyro.

Yelp
We visited this cozy restaurant with a nice covered outdoor patio seating. For appetizers, we enjoyed the tzatziki, melitzanosalata, and hummus dips with pita bread--all delicious! For our entrée, we had the medium-rare lamb chops accompanied by rice and seasonal vegetables. The lamb chops were perfectly seasoned and incredible. Our server, Rafael, was friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service! ---

Yelp
The dolmates are great. Staff is awesome. Although its a chain, that location has a very local vibe.

Yelp
I ordered the Greek salad with calamari. Upon opening g the container. The lettuce was wilted had brown pieces of bas lettuce m8xed wotj the good lettuce. The calamari was not ther usually calamari. The legs and the rings very well seasoned. The calamari on my sale was thick, no flavor tasted frozen. I don't even want the salad. This was my favorite salad....not anymore They also switched their seasoned thick fries to shoe string fries. Maybe to save cost, but highly disappointed with my food.

Yelp
A great place for an early dinner. The happy hour is from 3-7 PM and includes drinks and appetizers. A great way to try a lot of different items. Tawni took great care of us and helped us choose great morsels. My wife really enjoyed her martini. At half the price of the bar at the Hyatt and just as good. We enjoyed the flaming Saganaki table side. Hot, creamy, and stringy cheese. Spinach poppers were crunch on the outside and tasty inside. The hummus and tzatziki were also good, though we had way too much pita bread at our table. The beef dolmas were also a hit. The only thing we weren't crazy about was the Avgolemono soup. It could have used some chicken and more lemon.

Yelp
I'll preface this by saying George's has been a local favorite. Their "street fries" are wonderful. The issue is, when the Ceva convention came to town, everything changed. We were offered one of two seating options outside street-facing (totally okay). Once seated, we sat over 15 minutes waiting for anything. The table itself was bare besides our menus handed to us. My SO asked "hey when is happy hour?" I noted it probably then, and had to google it and pull up the HH menu for us. Meanwhile, the other table option we had been offered had been filled, and already waited on. Waitstaff had been passing by us repeatedly, catering to the convention-goers in their suits. At some point someone came by asking if we had been waited on - nope. I clarified if it was HH, yes, we placed our order. A Greek Village salad + chicken kabob, falafel sandwich with zero greek pico, spicy feta dip, and two iced teas. The spicy feta dip arrives. There's still zero tableware, zero napkins, zero plates for sharing the aforementioned appetizer. The large table beside us immediately is cleaned for a waiting Ceva party, and dressed for them. They're immediately also waited on. Our food comes. We're asked if we want anything. I mentioned tableware, napkins, sharing plates. My SO opens his pita sandwich and there's greek pico on it as asked to not have. My salad is a regular greek salad (with lettuce vs the rustic feeling of a village salad that is all veggies and protein if asked for) - it's also $1 less which does matter when I order something more expensive. *When my salad was placed down, I was asked if I wanted anything "extra dressing?" I said sure, and NEVER saw the dressing. Anywho, when someone did ask about the food, a sweet male server, we got it redone without the pico (as originally ordered). It showed up looking like a diaper blowout with hummus spilling out of it. At THAT POINT the manager finally showed up, said some words about comping our $5 HH spicy feta and our drinks (iced tea). The bill came , the dip was comped, nothing else. Not that I'm necessarily looking for free stuff anyways, however, getting both orders wrong from the get-go, leaving patrons to sit there staring at each other with poor service, and lacking complete quality control on food, i'm honestly pained. It's a matter of them choosing to cater to the convention people, vs other patrons, when quite frankly had the service been better, we'd have spent more than $40+ easily.

Yelp
They have a nice selection for breakfast. We had the breakfast burritos with a side of fruit. So tasty! And the service was so fast. Amber offered us great service and was very attentive, which I appreciate. They have a decent amount of space. I like that they have a patio area. There is a paid parking lot right across the street. I'd like to go back for lunch and/or dinner to try out the gyros.

Yelp
A solid ok. Nothing was wrong, but nothing was great. Service was ok. The kind where they don't fill your water up. The positives: Spanakopita was good! Dolma was good! Fries and rice was good. The just ok: My Greek salad was just OK, there was copious amounts of green bell pepper, could have been more dressing and feta cheese. The red onions were very wilted. The euro plate was silly because the pita was cutting into triangles so that makes it hard to build your own pita . The gyro meat on both plates was incredibly dry. It was 11:20am. The calamari was over fried, and does not look like any of the other pictures on here, I wish I'd taken a picture .

Yelp
It was a Monday night, and there were a lot of closed restaurants in the area! I ran into George's Greek Cafe after driving around to look for a restaurant. I am glad I ran into this restaurant, and it was happy hour! Their happy hour is EVERYDAY from 3pm-7pm. They also have a special on Mondays for 1/2 of their wine selection! I ordered the dolmathes, gyro falafel, and the signature lamb chops from the happy hour menu. I also a bottle of the Serial wine for the 1/2 off special. The food came out and was tasty and delicious. The wine was recommended by the bartender and ended up being a great wine! The bartender was attentive and made sure everything was good. The ambiance is good and this is a good place to meet friends for good happy hour food and drinks! I would definitely come back again to try the other menu items!

Yelp
This place has really gone downhill and you can tell as this place used to be packed everyday for lunch but was nearly empty. The service was poor but more importantly the food quality was terrible. The calamari has no flavoring whatsoever and was over breaded, the two side sauces it came with were also super bland. My gyro had no taste and the pita bread so very rubbery and difficult to tear apart. The garlic fries it came with barely had any flavoring and were very soggy. My friend ordered something that included a soup, but the soup was so mushy (like rice soup) and thick she couldn't even eat it. The price has gone up significantly ($65 for two dishes and a side not including tip). I don't mind and understand price increases but not when the quality plummets becomes very disappointing.

Yelp
The staff are so so sweet and very patient, props to them, they really made our night :) !! Today we had the combo appetizer and I totally recommend getting it so you can try different appetizers. It was my first time trying spanakopita and oh my god.... DUDE. ITS SO FRICKIN GOOD it's my favorite thing that I tried today. I tried the Greek Pasta and it was not bad, it definitely had those Greek flavors tho! My favorite main is definitely still that flat iron steak hehe. For dessert we tried their baklava and it was so yummy, such a sweet treat . I can confidentially say this is my favorite Mediterranean place :) For parking it's either street parking or paid public parking. There's one across the street it's like $20 and there's one on the same block that's a parking garage for $15. I like parking at the $15 dollar one because it feels safer and closer to the restaurant, especially at night.

Yelp
My colleagues took me here last Monday for lunch since it was my last day in PW before going to the Water Department. We were seated right away since it wasn't busy. The server got us water, and I noticed a food fly inside my cup. I didn't make a big deal, but I got myself a new cup of water since our table was next to the drink/aloha station. Our food came out quickly, but one of my colleagues didn't receive his order, and I'm assuming the server forgot to put it in because it took a long time for it to come out. When he received his order, the order was incorrect, and mine was too. I ordered a beef plate and received chicken. The food and service were nothing special. Meh.. just like my old job.

Yelp
Morning service is a little slow but the staff is friendly. Which makes the wait not so bad. I had the Zeus omelette. It was just ok nothing to brag about. Now the waffle, that's a different sorry. It was nice hot and fluffy and taste great. I will come back and try their lunch and dinner. Lunch started being served before we left, more staff came in and the dishes that I saw looked and smelled delicious.

Yelp
4.5 stars and 2,600 reviews should say a lot about a local restaurant, and I was hoping all of that would deliver in spades when my family and I were in the area visiting. So I reached out to see about a large reservation during what I expected would be a very busy time of year, and if I was basing my review on the experience booking that with George's alone (or the lamb chops frankly), this would be a solid 5 stars, but unfortunately that friendly, welcoming, and responsive service didn't carry through to the actual meal, which left me and my guests wondering what happened. First off, George's offers a family style service which includes hummus, tzatziki, choice of saganaki or spanikopita, pita, rice, Greek salad, gyro and chicken souvlaki in an all you can eat table service format for $30/pp. You can add lamb chops to your meal for $10 additional and you are not required to add it for all people in your party, which is nice. This option is offered on the regular menu and doesn't need to be prearranged, so you can show up with a crew and get down! Along with the great looking food and reviews on their Yelp page, this was a big draw because it meant we didn't have to order and could just eat and enjoy the company at the table, so I booked the reservation. We arrived on a drizzly evening to find a relatively empty restaurant (2-3 tables) which never really got busier as the night progressed. That turned out to be a blessing because when we checked in with the hostess they seemed to have no knowledge of our reservation or a table ready and a bit annoyed when we arrived, but put the table together quickly. That vibe kind of carried over to our server, who was initially happy to talk us through the family style service so everyone understood how it worked, but then seemed annoyed that our group of more than 12 had additional requests for refills of food and beverage during the meal. I think that was because he seemed to be the only waiter on the floor and had to address at least two large parties at once and another table on the patio. Once we confirmed the lamb chop orders, the food began to arrive quickly though. The hummus and tzaziki came relatively quickly, followed by the salad and gyro, then the saganaki, followed quite a bit later by the chicken souvlaki. The saganaki was the highlight of the meal. The presentation was wow for the kids and the cheese was nicely cooked. I wish we had thought to ask for more of this during the meal but we didn't. The hummus and tzaziki were ok, but a bit bland for me, and they came in small quantities so they had to be requested multiple times. The hummus was homemade but I was looking for a nice lemony garlic kick, but this was definitely more middle of the road in terms of flavor. Same could be said for the tzaziki which did not have a real pronounced dill or herb flavor nor that tang from the yogurt. The gyro was the exact same cone of pressed meat you find at any street cart or fast casual Greek restaurant, and came out pretty dry and to me, this stuff never tastes good. I was really hoping for something special given all the rave reviews, so this was a let down, but I was looking forward to the chicken. The chicken was unanimously loved by all, and came out hot, succulent and juicy, but in such a small portion (four small skewers per 5-6 guests) and so long after the initial set of food that it was gone in a flash and more had to be ordered immediately, along with more of the sides as well. All of the individual requests and reorders seemed to annoy our server further during the meal, which I can't explain because it's part of the service. It also could have easily been avoided by bringing slightly larger portions to be shared by the table, as we ended up passing many dishes up and down our group of 12. All in all, the meal was fine and we all got to enjoy our time together thanks to this format, but I really expected better based on the glowing reviews and wonderful service I received while booking. I spoke with the GM at our hotel and he shared that George's once was a local business but now has grown into a big franchise, which I wasn't aware of, and I'm guessing in that process they lost a bit of that personal touch that made them so beloved and would've made this a truly memorable experience for all.

Yelp
Food was...acceptable. Not special. A bit over salted. Expect to be thirsty later. Service is less-than. Even after the crowds were gone. Expect to wait Servers would ask if you needed something but then did not bring it, menu, drinks, desert, bill, etc. Facility is a nice old school restaurant. Lots if windows. Crowded tables. Noisy, lots of hard surfaces. I'm unlikely to try it again. Too many others to choose from.

Yelp
Great service. Food was average. Happy hour! So drinks were the best part of this meal. Street parking. No wifi. Chill vibes.

Yelp
Ordering the Saganaki was a fun experience and I appreciated that our waitress offered my boyfriend and I Greek wine samples to try. This helped us a lot as we were not familiar with Greek wines. The gyro plate and Greek salad that we shared for dinner was yummy and filling. Ambiance and service was good. We especially liked the outdoor seating right on second street because we were able to enjoy some good people watching.

Yelp
I catered for an event from George's. I worked with Irene, who was great. She was helpful and suggesting how much to order and was good at communicating. I had a group of about 40 but I ended up ordering year, chicken, souvlaki, Greek salad, and a bunch of dips. This was more than enough food for the group I had. Everything was delicious except the chicken was a little dry. I also had some people with food, allergies, and a lot of vegetarians and so they accommodated me pretty well except that they mixed the veggie and meat dolmas and didn't label them so I could not take the risk to serve Domas to my vegetarian friends. Overall, though, their delivery was on time, their food was delicious, and their service was good.

Yelp
All the good reviews of this place must be from a long time ago, as I would not say that this is good Greek food. It's not inedible, but it is so clearly not fresh which is super disappointing. Here's a quick rundown: - Calamari - should be crispier - hummus - no flavor - Falafel - very light, with cheese in the middle, which is a bit odd for falafel but it wasn't bad - dolmades - decent - tzaziki - not good, very runny and the cucumbers aren't properly salted to remove moisture - souvlaki - decent flavor but tastes generic (like it was from a food service company, not seasoned in house) - rice - salty, also tastes like cafeteria quality - side of vegetables - definitely frozen (you can tell by the texture of the carrots and broccoli) and drowning in butter to cover up the frozen aspect Fresh ingredients is a hallmark of Mediterranean food so it's really disappointing to have this experience. They need a bit of a menu makeover ala Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. Service was also slow and inattentive, but our waiter was nice enough when we actually saw him. It wasn't even busy so I'm not sure what was happening, but it was very underwhelming as a restaurant. Maybe it's better as a bar?

Yelp
Went here many many years ago, and wanted to come back to see if it was good as it was the first time. It wasn't. The sampler plate and the gyro platter were okay but just average. It was a $50 lunch and should have been spectacular but it was average. Would I eat there again, probably but it's still gripe about the price.
google avatar

Christopher L.

Yelp
While the service was friendly, this was a disappointing experience after having come here in 2021 and enjoyed it. Strange vibe, with no music, no other diners, and we were informed of a list of dishes that were not available at the start of our order. The food was salty and lacked other flavors, and the lighter for the "flaming" cheese never actually lit so it was smoked but not warm. I felt bad for our server who was clearly trying his best, but I will not be returning here.

Yelp
This is right on the pine street , they have happy hour 3-7 pm , decent ambience, good is tasty, friendly staff, service is good! They do have soup and salad combo which I like. Street parking is available. Give it a try!
google avatar

Therese R.

Yelp
The food was a bit disappointing. The gyro sandwich was lacking flavor and seemed quite small for the price. The meats were dry and for a Greek restaurant there were minimal vegetables and condiments.
google avatar

Linda V.

Yelp
Wow!! You need to come during happy hour! There are so many good deals on appetizers and drinks. Our group of 6 got seated on the spot, no weekend rush! The outdoor patio is very open and well ventilated and shaded. As for the food, it came out pretty quickly. Overall, very tasty but I would not get the chicken sandwich again, the lamb was scrumptious! The salmon didn't really have much flavor, but the hummus was wonderful. As for the prices, it's very reasonable! I would come back again!
google avatar

Bryan H.

Yelp
I've been here a few times before, and usually came away enjoying everything I had, but this past time was a little lacking. As usual we sat outside, which is always nice, save for the random homeless people passing by. But they must've been short staffed, as the drinks that me and a friend ordered never came until we were finished. And when they came, they were table. I ordered a Paloma that tasted nothing like one. My chicken gyro and Greek fries were good, but the drink situation kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. But shoutout to management, they came at the end and apologized for the delay in service, comped the drinks, and even took half off our entire bill for the group I was with, so Thai you for that!

John W.

Yelp
Lamp chops were amazing. Services was good and reasonable. Parking is tricky, but they validate if you park in the structure.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was great! We stopped by for their breakfast burrito specials which was 15 dollars for two burritos for two people! It was delicious and filling. The place was empty at 9am and I don't know why this place was empty but I would definitely come back for sure
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing food and service! The outdoor patio seating was fantastic for us with Kuma, our Alaskan Klee Kai. The vibe is very chill, and Francisco and Loren were top-notch. The lamb was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the Combo Appetizer platter had a bit of everything (the dolmathes were insanely delicious, the spanakopitas were light but full of flavor, I could go on and on). We'll be back many times and can't wait to try new items (and get some favorites).

Yelp
A Sunday around 1:00pm. We were seated quickly in the bar; to watch the football game. Fast and friendly service. You can sit inside or in front. Our food came fast. We did not care for the sauces that came with the fried calamari. So I took them to my hotel to eat later with a better sauce. The lamb was tender and marinated. And the stuffed grape leaves were heaven. Delicious. We will be back.

Yelp
Soooo delicious! I'm in town for a conference and wanted "real food" for lunch. This cafe is beautiful, indoor and outdoor seating with a breeze and sun (I'm from upstate NY and we are still wearing wi get coats so this trip is really refreshing!). The staff are on top of it - there were 4 people checking on me, refilling my coffee, etc. exceptional service! The dolmathes were fantastic with the ground beef and cucumber sauce (that I can't remember the name of...). I ordered the salmon with the spinach and feta filling. They fried it with the skin on, yummy crispy skin full of omega 3s, and a savory filling of spinach and feta. It was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the perfect amount for lunch. It came with pitas, rice and veggies - I barely ate the broccoli - so much food. Perfect meal, so happy! I may come back tomorrow too.

Yelp
I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I absolutely love the area and the people! The staff is so amazing. I honestly have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. Today I had the fried shrimp and a glass of wine. I appreciate how the staff is attentive and very respectful. It is in the heart of downtown Long Beach. Lalo and Francis were very nice! Please come. You have the view of the street as well and you can go and dance at any surrounding locations. It's an open environment and I love the environment. Thank you George's!
google avatar

Michael K.

Yelp
They have 50% off beers every day 1-3PM, 50% off wine bottles for Wine Wednesdays, and some other deals as well! The LBC IPA for $4 each was delicious! UPDATE: I came back 2 days later for the Gyro and salad plate ($16)! The gyro came wrapped and I opened it upside down, so it became a fork and knife meal! The salad has mixed greens, red onion, fresh tomato slices, feta cheese, olives and green bell peppers. Very tasty! The gyro has lamb and beef (as traditional), tomato, cucumber, tzatziki, and lettuce I think. The wrap fell apart so definitely just ate it all together in a big plate. I topped it with Tapatio and black pepper and everything was delicious! Heat lamps for outdoor seating or quite a bit of seating indoors!
google avatar

Adeeva M.

Yelp
Came to dinner on a Wednesday and they had no wait and live music! I had the Lamb Pita Wrap which was really good and I opted to upgrade my fried to the garlic feta fries which I highly recommend because they were delicious. Also tasted the lamb chops and they were really good! We had a hummus platter for an appetizer and the hummus was also really tasty and fresh! This place will be added as a go to for Mediterranean.

Yelp
For over 20 years I have been loyal to George's Greek cuisine. Unfortunately, the quality of the Pine location has changed drastically. The gyro meat was in small balls resembling ground beef and drenched in bad oil. The one thing that was consistent was their salad dressing. Now they changed the recipe and it's 90% oil. It turned into a block of fat in my refrigerator. So disappointed.
google avatar

Eri E.

Yelp
This is one my favorite places in Long Beach's Restaurant Row. There's very few of these in SoCal and I could always go for legit Greek food. Even my partner of Greek descent approves. I usually order the steak with a side of soup and vegetables. While I love the fries (and they are a must for any fries fan!), the vegetables are gently cooked and seasoned. The soup is very comforting; I love me a soup on a winters day. The steak is just juicy and is pitch perfect!! Dine indoors or outdoors - you can't go wrong. The outside is really nice with urban greenery. The inside is very nautical and cozy. I never had a bad experience here. The service is amazing and I would definitely come back here again!

Yelp
Popped in for happy hour on a Saturday. They offered food and drink specials. We ordered a side of lamb chops, falafels and fried shrimp with spicy feta dip. Portions were petite but the food was super tasty and fresh. I knocked off a star for service.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was barely mediocre and service was extremely slow. The waiter was nice, but we waited for our check longer than it took to eat our food.
google avatar

Yelp
Tried this place out for the first time and I will definitely go back to try more. We did the flaming cheese app (worth it!). I ordered the horiatiki salad with the chicken kebab plate and selected the lemony chicken soup as a side. All were wonderful. The soup stood out the most, I think I'll be doing a much larger bowl of that when I go back.

Yelp
Nice and friendly service but very average food, were debating about sending half the order back Slimy sides, tasteless spanakopita, weirdly tasting cheese fired in brandy Lamb chops were juicy but tiny pieces Really disappointed considering all other reviews

Yelp
Love George's! I've been eating there for like 20 years. I usually go for happy hour service is good food is good. Good location nice for date night or family night. They have happy hour 7 days a week ,on Saturday and Sunday that's a rare. I recommend the Gyro fries, Gyro sandwich, lamb chops and the flaming cheese appetizer (Halumi) is delicious!

Yelp
Where should I start, I love this restaurant and have been coming here for years but today was the worst experience ever. We were greeted by a gentlemen who aside of taking us to your table, brought us our water too. Not sure if they're short staffed or not but we waited in our table for more than 10mins and nobody came to take our order. Looked around and the only person I was able to see that was actually working was a Latino guy refilling water to a few tables. Turned around to see if there was anyone in sight and I see the waitress at the bar, having what seemed to be a lovely conversation with the bar tender and the gentlemen that greeted us and took us to our table and having a drink. Continued to wait and still nobody came over to take our order, decided to walk out as they were not going to be attending to us at all. Definitely won't be returning here after this lovely service I was not provided.

Yelp
The staff was super friendly. Ordered MAIN EVENT-BEEF KABOBS- with feta fries and salad- I like the salad and salad a lot. Need was in , but the salmon in my friends dish was yummy. GRILLED SALMon- the salmon was super tasty and tender Hummus- this was just ok to me.

Yelp
We came as a party of fivd around 8 pm on a Saturday. There was a private party inside, so outdoor seating was all that was available. The patio was covered with heaters, so that was fine. Our food came quickly and was quite tasty. Service was good until it eat time to pay our bill, and we had asked to split the check, but the server dropped off the check and disappeared. After 10 minutes we had to ask someone to find her. Then she came and we took care of the bills.
