I had pretty high hopes for this place from looking at the pictures and reviews. I recently just stayed in room 203 and when I went to go to bed there was hair in my sheets and little dirt specs. Not changing the sheets is absolutely disgusting. The next morning I get up to shower and there’s hair in the shower. Would not recommend as it’s not sanitary. I understand being busy but changing the sheets is the one thing that should be done every single time.

Clean room, friendly staff. Not much in the way of extra amenities but it's inexpensive and a great place to stay for a couple of nights relatively close to downtown. The only negative is that the front desk staff locks the front door when they have to step away, which happened to me twice while I stayed, locking me out entirely for a couple periods of 10+ minutes. This could be alleviated by adding an electronic RFID lock on the front door that opens with your room key--I have stayed at a number of hotels that do this.

Yes, the hotel feels a bit dated, but it’s clearly well maintained. Everything was clean, and they’re on top of the details—like the seal around the toilet and tub being freshly done. Little things like that show management actually cares. Staff was friendly enough, no complaints there. The rate felt a bit high to me, but I guess that’s just Seattle pricing. My only real gripe—completely outside their control unless they upgrade to thicker, noise-reducing windows—is the street noise. The hotel sits on a busy corner leading to the I-5, and we were woken up several times by wannabe Fast & Furious types revving their engines at the light. So yeah, we didn’t sleep great because of that, but overall the hotel itself was solid. There is onsite parking that can fit a full size truck.

Although this Inn is a bit of a drive from downtown Seattle, it is worth it. No frills rooms, but very quiet and the staff was awesome! Very reasonable prices, decent light breakfast and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Love the area of Georgetown, WA.

It was my first time staying at the Georgetown inn. I enjoyed my stay, immensely, the staff was very friendly. My room was cozy and clean. There is a continental breakfast and long term parking for travel is also offered. I will definitely stay again. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find.

Wonderful and very helpful Staff! It is compact & easy to get around, both in the hotel and in the driving/parking, and in the location area of Seattle (Georgetown). The best rest I’ve had in a long time at a hotel ! Comfy bed and quiet halls and lobby. Easy check in and out.| I highly recommend it!

Google
Near highway and stadium, location is not the best but travel wise its perfect. Dated but good enough since the staff is great and location is well secure with gates. Perfect white noise with traffic but if traffic bothers you it may not be the best.

Google
The inn is a nice little place in a very charming area. It's right by the I-5 exit so convenient as well. The room was decent sized, clean and quiet. It was at the back of the building so no road noise. The rooms don't come with a microwave and if you want one, there's a small daily charge. There weren't any specific wheelchair accessible rooms but the room I was in had a walk in shower instead of a tub. The building has an elevator as well. The staff were really nice and helpful when I had to extend my stay due to an emergency.

Yelp
We recently hosted a wedding in Georgetown. Many family and friends stayed at the Georgetown Inn. Staff were amazing! rooms, ready early and very clean. Prices great. Coffee and muffins cherry on top! I highly recommend the Georgetown Inn!! Shaun and Michelle, Seattle WA

Yelp
I love this place! My long distance boyfriend uses this as his landing zone when he comes into town and everyone who works here is so nice. Highly recommend this place for a clean no-fuss room when you're visiting Seattle. We've never seen trace of the dreaded b-word and the heaters work really well. We havent stayed over the summer yet but the windows are big and they do open. . We're two very obviously queer folks who mask up and they've never given us any problems. We rarely run into other travellers. Even the cleaner who inadvertently cleaned our room while we were out, when the front desk said they didnt need a sign to skip us, was absolutely lovely about the disheveled state of our room and very good natured about the whole thing. . It can be a little confusing getting into and out of the parking lot, but it's also extremely convenient to and from the highway. I do wish there was a hot water kettle and/or a microwave in the rooms, though I understand why theres not. . Also not all rooms are equal, so if you're a frequent visitor, you'll probably figure out which rooms work less for your preferences. And if your room isnt a perfect fit the first time, Id give them another shot. . For non-locals: alongside being convenient to the highway, there's plentiful onsite parking and a few great bus lines that cross within a 5 min walk. There's at least one that goes straight downtown. So its really easy to check in, park your car, and transit to whatever event brought you into town.

Yelp
First time at this lovely inn. Wonderful staff. Clean. Free parking. Decent breakfast. Clean room. Very reasonably priced. Really enjoyed our stay. We were here on emergency notice for our son. This place provided a calming atmosphere for us. Close to Harborview Medical Trauma Center.

Yelp
When we showed up for our reservation the gentleman at the front desk, Ethan, informed us our reservation was made for 5 days earlier. Lovely, I thought. We already had tickets for a show that night so we just booked another room. Ethan did say to check with one of the owners the next morning and see if there was anything they could do to help. Well, I did check with Trin the next morning and she actually transferred my no-show charge/payment to the night we actually stayed so we didn't have to pay for the mistake I made booking the room. Needless to say we were thrilled! Everyone we encountered during our stay was super friendly and helpful! Now on to the room...we got a Queen room which for one night worked for us. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. As other reviews state, there was no microwave, but again for us for one night was not an issue. The fridge in the room was a mini retro 1950's in Aqua! The continental breakfast is basic (pastries-cut up into pieces and fruit). Coffee is available 24hrs. And there was water and soda available for purchase. They are starting remodeling on the rooms as of 11/6 and we are planning on returning and are looking forward to seeing the remodel.

Yelp
Jamie W. chose what looked to be a nondescript spot for our recent weekend accommodation in Seattle, and my initial response involved head scratching and finger pointing as it struck me as a rather inconvenient location from most of Seattle's major sights. But alas, I was proven wrong yet again as Georgetown turned out to be an industrial hip neighborhood that turned out to have nice places to sip some hot tea and listen to some cool jazz (photo: http://bit.ly/2pAv6nm). They even hold a monthly event in the immediate area called the Georgetown Art Attack where local artists display their work both visual and aural (photo: http://bit.ly/2pNeWCo). This cozy inn was more motel than hotel as it had plenty of parking but few amenities. There was no concierge and no coffee shop, and the views left something to be desired such as the Shell station with a popular mini-mart right outside our window. However, for $152 per night, the Deluxe King in our room was pleasantly comfortable (photo: http://bit.ly/2r7Wvgt), and the flat-screen TV had all the cable channels we could possibly want. There are tables in the lobby where you can have tea and a packaged snack or in the morning, take advantage of the standard continental breakfast (photo: http://bit.ly/2qlo2Iy). Besides, it's only twenty minutes to the Space Needle.

Yelp
Ended up choosing this place to stay at for the first time being in Seattle and I got to say, it was a lot better than I had expected and I am usually one who may be picky about a room being clean. 3 nights and 4 days we walked through the cool breweries and ate at restaurants in Georgtown! More than pleased as downtown and all our attractions were 25 min away at the most either by private car, Uber, or even Link/Bus Transit. Another plus was that they offer free Laundry service ! Super cool staff. Stay here and get the best bang for your buck!

Yelp
We booked a stay at Georgetown Inn while staying at a concert. It was during one of the heatwaves in the Pacific Northwest, and I was so glad that they have the AC at this location. It's a really cute room, with great amenities. In the morning, they had muffins at the lounge. I think they are from Costco? Nonetheless, they were delicious and great way to start the day. Through and through, it was a lifesaver to have an AC in such a hot weekend.
google avatar

Yelp
I'd love the give this place 5 stars. The bed was comfy. Staff super nice and helpful. TV not glued to the wall so I could hook up iPad. Really great AC/Heat unit which was whisper quiet. Only prob is- it's under the flight path of Boeing, there's an industrial junk yard next door and they are moving huge pieces of scrap metal, and it's right on the highway. If you're a heavy sleeper you'll. Be super happy here. I'm a light sleeper so was tough to sleep.

Yelp
Stayed at Georgetown Inn for 3 nights in mid April. Needed a place close to Beacon Hill and decided to give it a try based on reviews and glad I did. I've stayed at more upscale Seattle hotels but did not want to spend $300+ plus a night and then pay for parking too. My room was less that $150 a night and free parking, close to the airport. Rooms were clean, simple. The view outside was of the Shell station, but that was okay. Bed was comfortable - I slept well every night. One of the things I liked, besides the delicious coffee and continental breakfast every morning, were the assortment of complimentary newspapers. The first morning, most of the guests eating breakfast were international (overheard Swedish, German, Chinese?) Just be careful when you leave the hotel as its easy to make a wrong turn and instead of going around the block, you end up on the freeway since the road in back of the hotel is an on ramp.

Yelp
Stayed here for a week and loved it. I think the location and the customer service were the best part of this place. Tons of cool Georgetown bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff here was awesome. Everyday was almost a new face and they were all really cool. Very helpful and friendly. I started in a room next to the road and it was a little loud. They moved me to a new room no questions asked. They actually moved my stuff for me, it was awesome. If you do stay here it is an older hotel and not very soundproof. Between the rooms was quiet but outside traffic noise and some crane recycling thing made a lot of noise. It wasn't unbearable and worth the stay to be so close to everything. The price might be a little high but with breakfast and cool staff and close to stuff, it was worth it to me.

Yelp
Nice clean place, super friendly and helpful staff. Only reason not 5 stars is because no coffee pot in the room. As a heavy coffee drinker I didn't like going to lobby every time I needed a cup. Other than that nice place to stay. And as others have said... FREE PARKING!!

Matthew C.

Yelp
Visited for a couple nights for a wedding. The man running the counter was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area. Allowed us to store our bags behind the desk because we were way to early for check in. Then was able to find us a room about an hour early. Very clean and nice room. Lots of cool things to do in the area within walking distance.

Yelp
I am here visiting my nephew and his new wife. They live down the block. This establishment is really special. It is very clean, very comfortable, reasonably priced. Staff is professional and friendly. There was only a shower in my room and I so badly wanted a bathtub. I called the desk and they changed my room within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place. The continental breakfast is very nice.

Yelp
Where do I begin with this review... We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Driving all the way from Port Angeles back to city was definitely tiring.. We checked in around 6 at night. It was our last hotel during the trip and we aimed for this hotel because it's close to Seattle. At the check-in counter, we were greeted with a warm smile. Staff was friendly to us. Transaction was smooth. The room was clean and there's a fridge. Microwave is in the lobby. We got the room close to the end of the hall. Being situated in an industrial area, you'd think that it would be difficult to get some good zZzzzZ, but the area was really quiet during night time. They have a washing machine and a dryer for travelers who are running low on clean clothes. Pods are free, just ask the front desk. Breakfast: They serve breakfast. I'm not sure of the time though, maybe sometime between 6:00 am to 10:00 am. They serve muffins, bread, cereal, fruits, yogurt, orange juice, tea and coffee. There is a shopping center across the street for some take out but we never tried. We always ended up coming back late past 9:00 pm when all the businesses were closed for the day. They also took care of the postcards we mailed back home, since we couldn't find a post office closer and within our area of roaming around. Up until our last day, the staff at the front desk was friendly and check out transaction was smooth. Will come back here again if we need find ourselves back in Seattle.

Yelp
We stayed here for 2 nights on a recent trip (April 29, 30-May 1). Our activities were in Seattle, but I didn't want to be right in Seattle and this was perfect. Quick drive to downtown activities and lots of great restaurants and breweries nearby. Front desk staff was really nice and helpful. Clean comfortable accommodations. Bed was super comfortable!! Very happy with location, surroundings, our room, great breakfast bar and lots of parking. My only negative is that there was a lot of traffic noise, I had a tough time sleeping at night because of the honking and big rigs. But I'm also not used to noise at night :-) Overall, great place to stay.

Yelp
Theres nothing great about this hotel, but nothing horrible either. I did appreciate that the continental breakfast was free and served until 11, which is is later than most. The coffee was good and they offered real creamer. The room was adequate. Parking is free and onsite (small lot with small spaces though). I did not care for the Georgetown area. It is only 5 miles from most of what you want to visit in Seattle, and supposedly and up and coming area, but I just didn't get it. It's mostly industrial with a few small restaurants and breweries. I would stay in the city next time.

Raygina K.

Yelp
Close to the airport, but the little noise we heard from the planes was about what we'd hear from road traffic at home. The room was clean and far more spacious than I was anticipating. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We pretty much picked it for the free parking, but it is a really nice hotel and I would be pleased to stay there again.

Yelp
We stayed here last year on our trip to Seattle and we're very glad we came here for a night. Our room was clean and we had no issues aside from spotty wifi. The staff here was the highlight for us and they were incredibly kind and we really enjoyed talking with them. They even gave us a complimentary mug before we checked out and it was a great way to start our Pacific Northwest road trip. I would definitely stay here again on the next trip to Seattle!

Yelp
Great place and nice staff! I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were very clean. Free continental breakfast in the morning from 6am-11am. Check out time is 11am. The whole hotel is non-smoking and no vaping. which is great! There is fresh coffee 24 hours in the lobby, no pets allowed Free parking and free wifi. There are 2 buses within a block of the hotel that will take you downtown. Also, the hotel has a good relationship with the Veterans Hospital and hosts many vets. The hotel front desk can assist in your printing needs, directions etc. I enjoyed my stay and hope you will also!

Yelp
I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed! I have been in a LOT of hotels around the world. The Georgetown in is not a fancy place, but the price is reasonable, especially in Seattle at the start of the Tourist season. What was truely impressive is the entire place is spotless! I could find a scrap of litter not even a cigarette butt in the parking lot. They have only one door in and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. So no one his hanging out around the place. Georgetown is a trendy place, which made my experience even more impressive. The staff were fantastic, as good as a Ritz Carlton!

Yelp
We spent 2 nights here. Comfortable accommodation. Excellent shower. Easy on/off I5. Just moments away from Boeing Air Museum. The free breakfast.... well, it was simple. If you have children, there's nothing really nourishing. But, as a coffee lover, it was excellent.
google avatar

Ray L.

Yelp
Staff was very nice, Room was very clean. That all I can say positive about the place. The neighborhood isn't good to say the least. Its on a busy intersection that goes ALL night long and you hear it like you on the sidewalk. If someone in the next room drops a toothbrush you hear it. Regretted this choice as soon as we pulled up.
google avatar

Paul P.

Yelp
From check in to checkout, the staff here is professional and accommodating. I enjoyed the room, bedding and quiet climate control. My only negative was the thickness of the carpet in the passageway made it hard to pull my wheeled bag and roll my walker. The full time desk and hot, fresh coffee made up for that. The neighborhood is an interesting mix of historic buildings and modern dining.

Yelp
Not familiar with Seattle - I chose by good old Yelp. Many reviews led me here. Let's go alittle backwards. Breakfast Not the usual - Costco muffins loaded with sugar, white flour and preservatives and a hearty tea trying to be passed off as coffee. Nope - organic, delicate fresh muffins from ?? bakery - just wonderful. Yogurt parfaits in perfectly measured portions for those of us who don't want to eat a lot. Fresh fruit, juice, coffee (REAL coffee), and a wide selection of teas, muffins, FRESH granola, parfaits.....oh just good food. Room: I had the King room. Nothing fancy just basics, even the alarm clock just an alarm clock. Bathroom accomodations fine and CLEAN. Lots to be said for cleanliness. Bathroom soaps are from "Pharmacopia". And, the nice sheets, with light down comforter, and exceptional pillows are great. Area: I am here on travel. So small stopover before I head home later today. Will I come back - oh yeah. On business travel - I'd love to come back here. The street is busy but there are ear plugs in the bathroom with cotton balls & swabs. I walked over to Starbucks, across the street, and discovered (2) restaurants. Overall: It's a very thoughtful hotel. The staff is delightful. Anthony's smiling face and the sweetness this am over breakfast is heart-warming. I feel like the staff is genuinely proud of this establishment and want your stay to be safe, warm & comfy! If that was your goal - you've achieved it!!! Thank you!!! I will see you again.

Yelp
for being this close to downtown Seattle (about 20 minutes by Transit Tunnel Bus), you cannot beat the Georgetown Inn. Owner is very hands-on, and the pride of ownership is evident in all phases of operation. The staff is helpful & friendly, the amenities are plentiful. Downside is the yucky and noisy location. The corner of two busy streets, don't expect to spend much time in your hotel room -- we were there to visit Seattle, not watch TV in the room. Another negative (not for us, but most people who watch cable at home) is the lack of HD on cable channels. All of the channels were in a grainy 480p picture. If you want to see "Game Of Thrones" on a Sunday night, I suggest you book elsewhere. However, we were OK with the HD service for KOMO, KING, and KIRO, the three main network channels, and the large flat screen. The continental breakfast was excellent. All of the items were top notch. Beds are comfortable, and the AC works flawlessly. The double pane windows keep out the very noisy traffic and honking. It is nearly impossible to stay in Seattle for 3 nights for under $500.00 (including taxes). I'd like to thank them for the free washing machines and laundry soap pods. We had been traveling for almost 2 weeks, and we really appreciated this nice amenity. Note also that is very close to Sea-Tac Airport, the Museum Of Flight, and the very trendy Georgetown restaurant and pub district. We ate at several nice restaurants in this area, within a very short walking distance.

Miranda R.

Yelp
I liked this place, especially for the price, however there are some things to note. Cons: We were put in room 315, right across from the elevators. Its an old building, the walls are thin, it sounded like the people were in our room with us when they walked by. Also we were on the side of the building facing the busy street, also noise from the nearby Boeing Field. Tip: Bring earplugs! Because its an older building, old pipes = toilet troubles. Not an issue to the point of moving rooms, but something to keep in mind. Pros: The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy, the water pressure in shower was good, the jetted tub was very relaxing. The breakfast (although basic) was open til 11am! And coffee and tea was available 24 hours. The women at the front desk was very friendly and refilled our water bottles so we didn't need to purchase waters from the vending machines. We also got a later check out. Location was a little rundown, but Airport Way was within walking distance and had restaurants and breweries. Overall, I'd stay here again but I'd ask for a room further from the elevators!

Yelp
Great place to stay. About 10 minute drive to Seattle downtown. Free parking. Simple continental breakfast. Good coffee and good tea. Clean room and friendly staff. Formerly industrial area. Now it seems artsy and hip. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Yelp
Consistently excellent experience. The Georgetown Inn never disappoints. We stayed here two nights this weekend while the Mariners were in town. The 106 & 124 bus lines pick up just a few blocks from the hotel at Doris and Airport Way and take you to within 2 blocks of Safeco and Qwest Fields. $2.75/person for 3 hours. We got a basic queen room which was just the right size for this weekend stay. Love having the mini-fridge which is tucked in the dresser / TV stand. Ice on 2nd floor. We were on the 3rd floor which was no problem. The elevator is quick and the stairs are quicker. The room had a recycling bin -- yay! And I love the high quality toiletries: shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, facial bar of soap, cotton balls, Q tips, and a make up removal towelette. Very thoughtful. And thanks for helping me out when I realized I forgot to pack my toothbrush! I talked about the continental breakfast in my first review. It amazes me how well-stocked the food is no matter what time we stumble downstairs. What I forgot to mention is how all the breakfast items (cutlery, bowls, plates, etc) are biodegradable! That's awesome! And there's brewed coffee, tea, and fixings available 24/7 in the lobby. It was great grabbing a coffee for the road. I love how QUIET this hotel is. Judging by the parking lot and the people I saw coming and going I sensed the hotel had high occupancy and yet our room was silent. We heard nothing from either the rooms next door or the hallway. Glorious. We slept like babies. Thank you Georgetown Inn!

Yelp
As others have said, a reasonable priced motel with a central location. Room was nice, coffee and breakfast were good. Very pleasant front desk people. Appreciated the effort to be Georgetown hip.

Yelp
In the words of my grandparents, "ooooofta namen!" This hotel was scouted as a place for the whole family to stay in for Rachel's wedding weekend. Sure, it's easier to have all heads accounted for under the same roof, but for the price -nuh uh. I was the first family member to arrive at about 3:00AM. The hotel was an easy drive from the airport and parking is free. I'm pretty tough, you guys. I've traveled to a lot of places by myself but this was one of those rare moments I wished I had a companion. There were lots of people roaming the streets around the hotel and the scrap metal lot next door didn't scream safe. I quickly parked my rental car and ran in the hotel to checkin. Keys are old school actual keys instead of keycards which give some implication on when the hotel was updated last. When I got to the room, it encompassed an odor of mildew. Our family made it through the weekend and everything was OK. Every single staff member was extremely kind. Bottom line for me was the price did not match the quality of the hotel or location. If the family decides to stay here again, I'll bring febreze and pepper spray.

Yelp
It's a small hotel but very pleasant. The rates are excellent and the staff are sweet. My husband and I spent a week there for vacation and we had no complaints. It's right off the freeway and about 2 miles next to safeco field and 3 miles from pikes market. So it's right in the middle. They were enough to let us print game tickets there. If we were to come back I would definitely stay here again
google avatar

Yelp
I stayed here while Bran was at the VA hospital. This home away from home made me so happy! Quaint and super cozy. They also gave me a special rate since I had family at the VA Hosp. I had encounters with 3 different desk clerks and they were all amazing. The bed was heavenly and the comfy chair with matching ottoman were just so right. Love the 24 hour coffee!!! Thank you for the phenomenal stay. So glad this is s local business.

Yelp
This is a very affordable hotel with a friendly staff in a convenient, cool location. It is about 10 miles away from the airport ($32 taxi) and 5 miles from downtown ($20, Pike Street). Yes, taxi is a very expensive form of transportation in Seattle. Public transportation is relatively expensive as well (bus ticket is $2.25 but you get a free transfer for about 3 hours), yet I would recommend taking bus from the hotel (bus stop located .3 miles; 5-10 minutes walk) to Amtrak, airport, and downtown. The area hotel located is called Georgetown and it was very cool neighborhood. There were nice cafes, bars and restaurants on S. Bailey street (the crossing street) which were open 24 hours a day. Our room was a standard queen room, but the bed was a king size actually, which was very comfortable. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious for a couple. I saw the rooms with two queen beds, and they looked very spacious as well. The hotel was quiet generally in that we did not hear anyone else while in our room. We paid $194 includes tax, for two night's stay and continental breakfast (had a nice variety of hot beverages, orange juice, cereals, and muffins) was free. Wifi connection was pretty good, too. It definitely worths the price. I would come back here in our next trip to Seattle!

Yelp
First time poster. The Georgetown Inn was such a great experience I feel compelled to write about my stay. I had business to attend to in the neighborhood and found this hotel on the web. My stay was quality from start to finish, a great staff and bright, clean rooms. Good coffee and breakfast in the mornings and plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. And if you're into comix and music, the Fantagraphics Bookstore and Georgetown Records just down the block. Say hello to the Georgetown Inn's jefe Richard, he will take good care of you! I will be staying here every time I'm in town!

Jerald B.

Yelp
This review is way past due... I stayed at the Georgetown Inn for 4-5 months in 2016 and found it to be an exceptional place to stay for someone who doesn't need all the "bells and whistles" that a more pricier place may offer. The inn is well maintained and clean, a courteous staff, (all though, some are a little sensitive?), great management, (Richard, who treats you like a good friend), and has many perks that I found attractive for my stay...Their parking, the great continental breakfast, and plenty of "Seattle" pamphlets / information at your finger tips, plus music serenading thru the lobby...Rooms were comfortable, with OK bedding, kitchenets, and a desk top and cable included. The price for rooms was reasonable. All said, I was a great place for my stay in Seattle and would be comfortable staying there again..

Yelp
Pros: Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, 24-hour STUMPTOWN coffee, Georgetown, price, witnessed new carpet being installed, free wi-fi. Cons: It's not a problem for me, but I couldn't see someone like my mother staying in this neighbourhood. No TCM on the TV. The owner gave me an earthenware mug, emblazoned with the hotel's logo. I like it.

Yelp
Nice little hotel. Clean, convenient right off the freeway, reasonably priced. Staff is super friendly. Our queen bed was more like a full, even after we asked to make sure, which was weird. They provided a pack n play for our baby which was very helpful. The view of a rooftop wasn't great and outside was noisy maybe because of construction? Would definitely stay here again on a budget.

Yelp
Stayed there for 2 nights. Slept pretty well there. We enjoyed the morning breakfast. Free parking is a must for us. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. In fact, we walked down the back street for dinner. Behind the Inn is a hip little strip for a little night life.

Yelp
Great value in a clean, progressive atmosphere. Decent-sized, spotless rooms and free parking with easy access from Interstate 5. It's independently owned, which is obvious from the get-go, with artwork that features local attractions and a decidedly unpretentious staff. I've stayed at the Georgetown Inn twice now: once during the Sub Pop 25th Anniversary Jubilee festival about a year ago and most recently in April 2015. If you don't need to be downtown, this would be a great option. Georgetown is quaint, with a mixture of industrial buildings and artsy bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Yelp
I travel frequently all over WA state (and the country) for work. I have stayed in many a Marriott, Hilton Suites, privately owned locations. Just last week I stayed at a place in Kennewick for the same price per night. I also stayed at a Silver Cloud in Bellevue, and then the Georgetown. Three hotels in three days. This place wins! For under $100 a night IN SEATTLE, I got a wonderfully spacious room, a deep tub, super clean linens, non-stuffy decor, and free parking. I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff, and I loved being in convenient walking distance in an artsy, nightlife-able, neighborhood. They have a good attitude, knowing that they aren't the fanciest place in town, but they clearly take pride in maintaining a very clean, very approachable, very welcoming hotel. Not overly ambitious, but excellent for their price point. Compared to the place I stayed at in TriCities just two nights before, for the same amount mind you, this place was modern, well-kept, solid continental breakfast, and took care of me and my guest. I was very pleased and will always recommend this for out-of-town guests. What's not to love when there's breweries, a chocolate factory, and clean, crisp bed to fall onto?

Yelp
I cannot speak to the state of the hotel. I can speak of the extremely rude front desk worker Anthony. The charge to the room was booked on hotels.com. This room had been booked for an employee traveling to WA with my card. However the charge went to my employee's card he used to check in. I called to talk about the problem and was met with a man mocking me about asking questions and needing help and called me a "bitch" because I was being rude by asking for a bill with the correct information on it. When I asked Anthony why my person was not told at check in he simply said it's on the website that we don't so I should "go read that". When my personb checked in there was not payment verification process as it says they will do upon check in. Nor does it say anything on their website about not accepting 3rd party payments. The receipt/invoice I received has that my cc was charged (it was not). I have not been able to get a correct receipt/invoice that is itemized with the correct information.

Yelp
We traveled to Seattle for a cruise, and arrived the night before. Aiming to stay in hotel partway between the airport and the port, this hotel was exactly what I wanted. Clean throughout, a comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a great continental breakfast included - breads, English muffins, a wide variety of spreads (jams, Nutella, Almond butter, jellies, etc.), bagels, freshly made fruit parfaits, fruit, cereals, oatmeal packets, juice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. It feels in line with the overall character of Seattle. They compost everything (utensils and plates included) from breakfast! A perfect start to our vacation; we wished we could stay longer but would definitely recommend to others. You're only about 20 minutes south of the city.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Very clean. Great location - 5 Fwy is 1/2 a block away. The place to stay in Georgetown.

Yelp
This is an inexpensive hotel where your experience will probably depend on your preferences. Pros: Cheap, but the rooms are still nice Free parking Friendly and helpful staff Cons: In a more industrial part of town Compared to most places you can stay across the country, the surrounding area and hotel customers tend to be on the rougher side. That makes this place less ideal for women and families, but the niceness of the rooms relative to the cost is still a great deal.

Yelp
We departed Vancouver Island via the Washington State Auto Ferry, leaving Sidney, sailing to Anacortes, WA, the final leg of our journey to the Pacific Rim. While back in Seattle, we chose the Georgetown Inn, again, due to logistical necessity and attractive rates. We would be visiting with a family member in the suburbs of Seattle, close to the Inn, as well as wanting to be close to SeaTac International for our flight home. (The Inn is NOT at the airport.) Although skeptical over this booking, the Georgetown Inn appeared to cater to a mature group of travelers who took advantage of using mass transportation to tour downtown Seattle. Located on the outskirts of an industrial area of town, King County METRO bus serves the area with routes that bring you directly into downtown Seattle. Bus routes 106 and 124 are only several short blocks from the Inn and run frequently. (www.kingcounty.gov/metro) Surprisingly, we found the Georgetown Inn to be somewhat quiet and clean, with excellent house keping. Bedding was very comfortable with more than ample furnishings. A good-sized flat screen TV and fridge with free Wi-Fi were also nice perks. The bathroom was a generous size with a full tub and shower. A generous complement of quality towels were stocked on the bathroom shelves. The front desk staff were more than accommodating; arriving a day earlier than planned, we were offered a standby room other than having us look elsewhere. Full, complementary breakfast foods and beverages were placed out each morning. Fresh muffins, baked breads, spreads, fruit, coffee, teas, cereals, hot and cold, were more than ample to start the day as well as the morning newspaper. Parking at the Inn was made easy with safe, illuminated parking areas located directly in front of the building. Note that a bank with a walk-in ATM is located directly across the street, including a full service gas station, a nice touch and good to know. Interstate 5 is one block away. The front desk quickly printed out our boarding passes upon request to prepare us for our flight home following check-out. Pros: - Good rates. - Great breakfasts. - Helpful front desk staff. - Clean, fully equipped rooms. - Functional, quiet A/C in the wall. - METRO bus service only blocks away. Cons: - Avoid booking a room that borders the industrial building to the rear as there may be some low-level compressor noise during the evening. Tip: Use your AAA card when booking direct, or thru booking.com

Yelp
Stayed here for 4 nights recently, and it was a great stay. I have to say that EVERYONE at the front desk was ALWAYS super friendly and warm. We had the corner room with the kitchenette, and it was roomy, clean and comfortable. I do have to mention that it is pretty noisy outside between the cars, motorcycles, planes, etc. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this room/hotel. The breakfast was very good with different breads, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, etc. Good quality teas and coffee available at all times. Great perk of FREE laundry and they even give you a laundry detergent pod for free too. Thank you! Unfortunately we had very spotty Wi-Fi in the room. I had to go to the lobby to use my laptop effectively. I told the girl at the front desk, and she said she would look into it, but it never got better. :(

Yelp
Good value for the price. We stayed one night while passing through Seattle. Small, definitely nothing fancy, but everything was very clean, comfortable, and updated. Room smelled like B.O., but I'm sure that wasn't the hotel's fault :) The area is a little sketchy, so we made sure to get all our stuff out of the car and had no problems. Staff was courteous and helpful. The light continental breakfast was very fresh and tasty. We'd recommend, but only if you have a car. It's not close enough to downtown to be worth trying to coordinate public transportation, IMO.

Yelp
Very satisfied with this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, and, best of all, the breakfast is delicious (included). They have an amazing assortment of toast with various spreads including almond butter, Nutella, jams, etc. It is an affordable and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended.
