Excellent customer service by all the ladies that work there. Is my second time I get glasses here and my sister too and love my new glasses. LGBTQ+Friendly, the ladies there are very courteous, patience, explain everything in a very good way that regular people like me understand. Great selection of frames. Appreciative of the receptionist being patient and measuring my prescription. Was pleased with price. The only drawback was I had to call to see when the glasses would be on and they were already in. The other drawback was even though the frames had to be adjusted I wasn't "tested " to see if I could comfortably read or see out of them. I was just given the glasses and told allow about 2 weeks to get used to them. Overall it's a great place to get affordable glasses.

The staff is very professional and friendly, my reception was good, the wait was minimal and the frame selection was good, I found two frames I liked in no time. Dr Shin was so nice, she explained everything in detail. Once my measurements were documented, the checkout process went smooth. My whole experience took an hour. Thank you GLLH for your service.

The Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation is awesome. It is the largest organization in the world. This organization helps people all over the world by providing glasses to the underprivileged. Sometimes, I go and volunteer to help clean and do reading at the eye clinic. I am a Lion at the Norcross Lions Club.

The receptionist gives out misinformation and rarely answers the phone. The female Asian American optometrist does not change her gloves she will go from patient to patient and transmit germs when there is a large box of gloves on the counter. This behavior is indicative of her being dismissive of the right of all patients of low socioeconomic status who receive services from this foundation. When asked to change her gloves she seemed to act indifferent as though all of the counts are dirty why should she be inconvenienced with a clean give practice there are many infections one could catch in the eye fro unsanitary practices that could complicate any existing eye issue their patients might have. There are online eye glasses services and sales one could use that would not expose the patent to eye infections as this location does pretovir is a online service that does excellent work it's from the UK and they ship quickly many online glasses places charge 10 dollars a pair

I was so grateful for them coming out doing the mobile eye exams. It was time to step up to bifocals. I got the progressives and they were really frustrating. I know they say it takes some time to get used to them but I just could not see. I can see better with my single vision glasses. I would not resort back to trying bifocals again. They are just not for everyone. Definitely not for me. I really wanted to like them but just didn't. I had to go back to my old frames.
