It took 3months to get my glasses back though mail, because they forgot to fill the order,Sept. 25,25 not until I call and complain,ask are they ready in Nov,25 they forgot my order🤷🏽‍♀️..Didnt get them back until DEC,31. 25, .Then the glasses were not the correct glasses,or Prescription ..They never answered my calls to resolve this issue up until now please!!!! Resolve this issue Ineed my Glasses corrected or send my money back??🤓😢😭😭😭

Great place to go if you cannot afford to pay the high price for glasses, or if you don't have eye insurance from your job. It's a process you have to go through and it does take a minute to get your glasses back. However, they have a nice selection of glasses to choose from and the price range was like 60 - 55.00 but I'm sure that depends on the glasses that you get. The staff is very informative... bottom line they know what they doing and if you have questions they can answer your questions.

I had an exam done 9/11/25. Ordered and paid for my glasses the same day. It's now 12/9/25 which is 3 months later, and I still have not rcvd my glasses. I've called several times only to get a voicemail. I've left mssgs and still wtg for rtn call AND/OR glasses. This is my first time ever using them and not a good experience.

I like this place but half the glasses are dirty not much to choose from inside thats why I gave it 3 🌟's. They need to clean glasses and replace them better, so we can have options. That's my only problem always nice service from the paperwork to the day of appoinment. T

I had the opportunity to take my client to pick up his glasses from my visit seemed like a good environment and they have reasonable glasses for the price

Place to recycle eyeglasses, hearing aids, and cell phones. They offer free/lower cost eye exams, glasses, and sight-saving surgery.

I was so grateful for them coming out doing the mobile eye exams. It was time to step up to bifocals. I got the progressives and they were really frustrating. I know they say it takes some time to get used to them but I just could not see. I can see better with my single vision glasses. I would not resort back to trying bifocals again. They are just not for everyone. Definitely not for me. I really wanted to like them but just didn't. I had to go back to my old frames.
