I absolutely love Georgia Louise Atelier. It is located in a fantastic part of the city and truly lives up to its reputation. I was searching for a new esthetician after leaving my longtime provider and, after hearing so many great things and reading countless rave reviews, Georgia Louise felt like the obvious choice. I can confidently say the hype is real. Natalia has been my esthetician for several visits now, and every single appointment has been exceptional. Each time, I leave with incredibly soft, glowing skin. She takes the time to educate on what she is doing and explain skincare tips and simple maintenance techniques to use between monthly facials, which I genuinely appreciate. I have been getting high-quality facials for nearly 10 years and thought I had heard every tip out there, but Natalia shared a few easy, practical techniques to calm irritation and inflammation that have truly been game-changing for me. The appointments themselves are deeply relaxing, and while the pricing is on the higher end, you absolutely get what you pay for. The quality, results, and overall experience are unmatched. The aesthetic of the atelier is beautiful, and the front desk team is warm and welcoming, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment you walk in. On both of my visits, Georgia herself happened to be there and was incredibly friendly and kind, which is not always the case with owners at luxury spas. That personal touch made the experience even more special. I cannot recommend Georgia Louise Atelier or Natalia highly enough. This is the only place I trust with my facial care going forward, and I cannot wait to return.

I went to Georgia Louise for the first time and saw Natalia for "The Georgia Louise Bespoke" 60 minute facial. All I can say is WOW. Firstly, the entire space is gorgeous. It is a very small atelier, but each detail is perfection and feels very luxurious. The little things, like the availability of lemon water, tea, coffee, nuts and snacks, really shows how much the entire team cares about making the experience memorable for the clientele. I saw Natalia V. for my service, and to say she took incredible care of my skin would be an understatement. You can really tell how skilled she is at the craft by just the way she cleanses your skin! Also, as a side note--the bed that I was in while receiving my treatment was the best bed I've ever been in for a facial, EVER. The facial included all the steps I was looking for: thorough cleansing, extractions, exfoliation, LED therapy, and much more. I think the balance of Natalia's own hands and the utilization of advanced technology was great--it was an amazing balance of the two. The whole experience was just blissful! I left feeling completely refreshed, and the glow I had was unparalleled. I've had facials in the past that leave me red or cause minor breakouts after, but none of that happened with Natalia's attention to detail. Actually quite the opposite--it has been almost a week now and I feel that each morning my skin looks better. I'm already dreaming about coming back. I would most definitely recommend a visit to Georgia Louise Atelier to anyone and everyone.

Georgia Louise salon is such a fabulous respite from the hustle and bustle of NYC. I have had 2 facials (so far) with Taliya and she is absolutely fabulous. I had the custom facial both times, and she takes her time assessing what is needed, and then recommends products that may help, if needed (without being pushy). The atmosphere in the salon feels luxurious yet homey - and I sincerely could not recommend this place enough. I certainly know I'll be back.

The esthetician is very nice but I was shocked to see her using antiquated techniques with honestly zero results. For a nearly $500 visit with tax and tip I expected better outcome. Extremely disappointed.

I felt compelled to write a review after I realized it could perhaps help someone not waste their money on an ok facial. It was December 2019 and I wanted to compare my trusted local facials with that of one by a celebrity practioner...and I was disappointed. I didn't feel like I received any special advice and no one asked me how the experience was at checkout or if they could schedule another appointment. Don't waste your money here!!

Hello Georgia It was such a pleasure speaking with you yesterday. I attached a photo of the day after the dog bite and a photo taken today, day 13. I began using your incredible Balm the day after the bite and it has been the most magical thing! It helped with the swelling significantly! Then yesterday, I had a bespoke ultimate facial with Sarah and it helped tremendously. Sarah made me feel so much better physically and psychologically. My plastic surgeon saw me again today and is amazed with the healing process. Thank you so much! I love the Balm and Sarah!

The most thoughtful facial I've had in a long time. My skin was so throughly taken care of with lots of effective products and tools that made my skin feel more hydrated, lifted and firm. Truly a beautiful experience within the walls of Georgia Louise's atelier.

After my first facial and incident, the manager reached out to me and offered to make it up to me. Unfortunately, COVID hit and I really appreciated how they kept their promise 8 months later. I got a bespoke facial today with Bohumila and it was amazing. I also stocked up on some great products like the P50. Really appreciate a business who wants to make up a bad experience.

I it's hard to find a reputable source for Biologique Recherche online, so I stumbled upon them and ordered from their website. Unfortunately, some of the products show up damaged. I reached out to their team and Immediately got a response from Alessandra for a return label. They apologized since something like this was out of the ordinary and They send out my new product when the returned one got there. They followed up and checked to make sure my new product arrived. really look forward to purchasing my BR products from them in the future!

BEST self care treatment of my entire life!!! Honestly I'm blown away by the magical hands of Sarah! This 90 minute facial was phenomenal leaving my skin radiant, glowing and so tight (perfect since I'm almost 41). The room was so elegant & chic, and everyone was so lovely! I've told all if my friends about this epic experience! Also after the service I had tea and delicious chocolates while we went over the products to purchase so that I can maintain my results! Sarah followed up with a very comprehensive email after about my new regimen. Thank you Sarah & Georgia Louise! Couldn't be happier! Can't wait to come back!!

It was ok , not amazing experience. They have really great products, very chic interior, expensive equipment ( that's why the simple 40 min facial costs $250). But the hospitality is very cold. My esthetician has a good massage skills, extraction was good. Unfortunately, during the facial and after I haven't been informed about my skin type, no recommendations for home routine ( just two bottles of products were pulled out and left with front desk), I even wasn't sure that my esthetician put SPF after exfoliation.

Expensive, but WORTH it. I was gifted by a friend the Bespoke Royale facial and it's the best facial experience I've ever had, it's expensive but I have treated myself to it a few more times because it is just that good. Can't recommend highly enough.

Paint by numbers facial by an albeit pleasant though wildly check-out esthetician. Doubt their average client base relies on Yelp. Hope this will prevent someone else making the same mistake I did. I don't normally write reviews, but Sarah Smith is an amazing facilialist, probably the best I have ever been to in NYC (or anywhere else for that matter). She is incredibly knowledgeable and caring and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Whenever I have been to see Sarah my skin always looks beautiful.

Sarah is an excellent aesthetician. I really enjoyed this facial. The reception experience leaves a lot to be desired. My check out was rushed and unaccommodating. When asking about purchasing products she remained behind the desk and provided as little assistance as possible, also felt like I was overstaying my welcome after my appointment. It would be nice if the whole experience was bespoke not just the facial.

Loved Loved loved the Georgia Louise atelier. Such a tranquil calm spa in the middle of Manhattan. But more importantly always have the best facial. Have tried almost all the esthetician's and everyone as good as the other. All trained with the special massage technique of Georgia Louise. Amazing!

Wow wow wow! I had the most incredible experience at The AllBright West Hollywood's new Georgia Louise spa. This was honestly the best facial I've ever had, it was the most relaxing yet informative treatment and my skin is still glowing a week later! I have never seen my skin look this good after a facial. I had a facial with Sarah on Tuesday and it was THE BEST facial I have ever received. The room had a very tranquil setting and it was super peaceful and quite. I had the Bespoke facial which was 80 minutes. Sarah analysed my skin at the beginning of the treatment and explained in detail what she was going to do and why, this was super helpful to know and understand. It was so relaxing and my skin looked very nourished and clear after. In the past when I have had facials my skin is super red and angry looking, especially when extractions are done but this defiantly wasn't the case with Sarah who was so gentle and careful of my skin. My skin has been glowing since and my make up went on so well the following morning. Already looking forward to my next appointment - such a treat!

I have tried several high end New York spas specializing in facials (Joanna Vargas, Tracie Martyn etc) and Georgia Louise BLOWS THEM OUT OF THE WATER. There is no comparison to Georgia Louise. The spa itself was beautifully designed, meticulously cleaned down to the baseboards and I felt wrapped in sophistication. The front staff was professional, kind, knowledgeable and dressed beautifully. The facial I received left my skin feeling and looking younger with several red problem areas significantly calmer and less noticeable. My esthetician had worked with Georgia Louise for years and her mastery of good skin was palpable. I was not upsold on a different facial, actually my esthetician felt the highest price facial I choose was too much for my skin in its current condition. Also, I was not pushed to buy products only given samples to try. You should have seen my skin leaving the spa!!! I can not say enough how much I loved my experience. Every dollar I spent was worth the luxurious experience. If I lived in New York, I would be there at least once a month however, I will be making an appointment every time I am in New York. I would also make a trip from Atlanta for a facial. Bravo team Georgia Louise.

Her atelier is filled with fun lotions and potions and every treatment is custom tailored to her clients needs on that particular day. Many estheticians follow a "one size fits all" approach to facials or have a protocol which they follow for every client. Georgia's facials are truly bespoke as she takes the time to really examine your skin and consult with her clients about their struggles and goals. I know to expect the unexpected whenever I have the chance to visit her spa since I never know what new technology she will use or combination of products she will recommend, but I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. She has a great understanding of how products work together and studies each ingredient to truly understand at a molecular level how they affect different skin types. I was blown away by her knowledge! From the moment you step inside this tranquil and luxurious space you will feel pampered (ask for a fabulous cup of tea while you relax in their waiting room!). I highly recommend Georgia and her team, you won't be disappointed!
