Before I talk about my experience let me tell about a man who entered in Georgie looking for his friends. He asked a blonde guy wearing blue suit (staff) "is this Geoff Zakarian's restaurant?" -Nope, this is Georgie- then the man asked again, do you know where is Geoff Zakarian's resto? - Nope sorry, I have no idea-
When the customer was about to leave his friends saw him and ran to get him. Then he told his friend "the staff has no clue where he is working, unbelievable".Our table is right in front of the entrance that's how we saw it. I just thought it's funny.
The place was good but nothing special about the food. We came here for lunch dinela, had a soup and my husband had a simple Caesar salad. For entree we had beef ravioli and a cold tuna sandwich named Georgie club that is same as what u get in any sandwich shop. $13 Fiji water and $12 ice tea. It was about $100 lunch for 2 and I just feel that it's too much for what you are getting. All in all the 3star is for the ravioli. My Bouchon experience was so much better.
