I come here 4 times a week. The latte is reliable and the snacks are delicious. BUT can we please upgrade the cups and utensils? If I’m paying $7 for a coffee I also want it to look nice.

Came in to try the highest quality espresso… was not disappointed. While enjoying my double shot, the sweetest cashier named Brooke came out with a slice of their famous banana bread for me to try on the house, and I see why it’s famous!!! This place is top notch

Overpriced. I ordered an avocado sandwich and paid $7 for a side salad which happened to be 5 pieces of lettuce and 2 slices of carrots thrown in my sandwich box with no salad dressing. I cannot believe they charge $7 for this “salad.” My sandwich also had no avocado. It was filled with bean sprouts but no avocado which is what you would expect from an “avocado sandwich.” Very disappointing and overpriced for what you get.

We enjoyed both sandwiches we got while at Georgie’s. We got the meatball sub and the tuna sandwich. and enjoyed sitting in the courtyard area. The bread was super fresh and delicious and the fillings were all well made. I would definitely come back here and try some of their other offerings. My one con was that they were out of a lot of their sandwiches early on during the Saturday afternoon we were there (around 11:30).

Celebrating our anniversary we decided to leave our cave for a more refined dining experience at Georgie butcher shop. We enjoyed some refreshing cocktails. The food was prepared with high finesse. The wait staff was attentive and entertaining. Enjoyed the decor. we had a great dining experience. Highly recommended.

My favorite neighborhood spot! Georgie’s Butcher shop has truly become a part of my routine. I love bringing the doggies with me for my morning coffee and treat. They love the dog treats too! Best cup of coffee in Knox for sure. The staff is truly the kindest and most welcoming you will find in Knox! Marlon, Sofia and Brooke always greet me with a smile and make me feel so welcome each time. I’ve enjoyed getting to know them as I continue to come! They are absolutely the reason I come back time after time. Thank you three!!!

I have liked Georgie butcher shop for a while, their sandwiches and coffee are great. Today I got a matcha latte, for 8$ and usually I don’t mind to pay that so long as it’s a good matcha latte. However, it was possible the tiniest and worst matcha latte I’ve had. It was a tiny drink for 8$ and the matcha powder was clumpy and I got bits of powder in my mouth every time I drank some.

$7 side salad is 4 pieces of mixed greens (not even dressing, it’s criminal!) Otherwise solid coffee and sandwiches, just pricy

Best gourmet sandwiches! This is my favorite tuna melt in town, the ingredients are simple, yet taste amazing. The bread is lightly toasted and perfectly soft - not hard or crunchy. I also love grabbing a tub of chicken salad from the to-go fridge when I'm here (it also comes in spicy which I highly recommend). Georgie Butcher Shop is perfect for a lunch sandwich or a quick coffee and pastry. I love coming here on a nice day when the windows and doors are open and you can sit at the counter! Beware the prices are a bit steep for sandwiches.

Meatball marinara sandwich was really good also like the indoor outdoor vibe of this place. The chips weren't all that for homemade chips but the sandwich was amazing.

I normally don't write reviews like this, but I am so disappointed that I had to. My sister and I both were really looking forward to coming to Georgie's butcher shop because we have heard great things, but when I was going to order the grinder sandwich they were out of that and the meatball sandwich. I wanted to order a salad, but all of their salads are already premade and they don't come with protein. So you had to get your salad out of the fridge and then order a side of chicken that would get served to you. Not to mention, there's no dressing in the salads. I ordered the beet salad and it was all beets and maybe five pieces of mixed lettuce. Since they didn't have the grinder sandwich, my sister ordered the avocado chicken and asked for ciabatta bread instead of the bread that it comes with. She waited over 45 minutes for that sandwich so I had to go in and ask what the status was and 15 minutes later they brought it out after serving two people that came after us. The chicken wasn't even cut right and they didn't give her the ciabatta bread like we asked. Oh, and not to mention, the bread was dry and there was no sauce on the sandwich. AND she didn't get the sweet potato fries it came with. The name is so misleading because their menu is extremely limited and it's in such a beautiful area. I'm trying not to be a Karen but seeing businesses like this strip people of their money and overcharge for plain food is cruel.
