Love their motto “Good to people”…as soon as I entered the pub, a gentleman greeted me and asked where I was interested to sit. I told him that I was meeting a group of college friends (from long ago) and was looking for somewhere not too loud but also cozy. He set us up in a corner table for six and sent my waiter, John, to let me know what the specials are. They have an amazing happy hour from 4-6pm where their drafts are 1/2 off and a couple of the appetizers are also 1/2 off…I bought in! The chicken chip nachos were fantastic and how can you go wrong with draft beer! Another of our party had the Caesar salad and another had the BLT —all was very tasty. They have a nice little patio also. We will definitely return.

I really liked the fried pork chop sandwich! It was great and the mustard was the perfect complement to the meat. The Nashville hot wings were also really good. The service was a bit surly, but I got everything I needed and it was fast. I would certainly go back if I lived in Nashville.

Prices were great, food was great, the trio wings were not as good as I thought, but everything else was good, I gave a 4 star because it was so hot in there, and the bathroom was extremely hot, but the waitress was nice and the food came quick.

The lemon pepper chicken and waffle were delicious. I also enjoyed the mango margarita, although I didn't capture a photo of it. The service was great, with a quick and friendly waitress. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Best Chicken and Waffle’s! Please don’t sleep on Germantown Pub, they have some of the best food and service in town. Their customer service is amazing, I’m always greeted with a smile, seated and served quickly. If you’re looking for a great lunch spot, happy hour and appetizers after work, or a great meal for dinner this is your spot. The food is exceptional and the service is amazing. I highly recommend checking out Germantown Pub if you haven’t already, you can think me later.

We hosted a corporate event here and the service was top notch. Jeff was amazing! From our first conversation he was very professional and accommodating. He consistent followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. The service was impeccable and flowed very smoothly. Our server Gabby, made sure everyone had their order timely and checkout was a breeze. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to host an event.

Wow!!! Great place to grab a bite, I did a bacon cheeseburger and fires...talk about a heaping amount ...be hungry. Atmosphere is nice, somewhat a lil noisy but you're in a pub so expect that. Staff is friendly and nice also !! Go give them a try if you're in Nashville!!

Great dinner here tonight with fantastic service by Carol. Sandwiches were tasty and will enjoy the second half of each tomorrow... huge portions here! First time visiting and very happy to have enjoyed the evening here. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time with a little girl time tonight! The food was all tasty and cooked just right! The drinks were great! Our waitress did a great job taking care of us. The TVs didn't bother the crowd! Plenty of space! We love this place!

We went here for lunch and were excited to try the wings based on reviews. I got garlic parm and my friend got buffalo. Food took a while to come out but wings were hot, the ranch was fresh, and serving size was huge. Other than being huge, the wings weren't anything special IMO. The espresso martini was hard for both of us to finish, too sweet and tasted a bit off. Pricing was great compared to many restaurants in the area. Service was very slow so this stop took us forever. Ambiance was casual with very tight bar seating. Germantown pub was OK, but I wouldn't go back.

We came here twice, both in hopes of sampling the vegan menu, and left empty handed. The first time they hadn't started the menu yet despite it having been featured on TV. The second time they simply didn't have the Mac n Cheese we came for. We agreed not to try again.

Fun sports bar in a local neighborhood. Not one late. Hours are 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Happy Hour is available weekdays 1/2 off well liquors & select draft beers $6 well tequila margarita, well vodka lemon drop $5 well whiskey green tea shot

First time trying German Town Pub Wings and I've already been back a second time. I got the lemon pepper and quarter leg both times. They both are absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly.

Best wings in Nashville and wonderful service! I only wish they played sound for big football games.

I have gone for lunch, happy hour and dinner. Each time the food was very good. The service excellent and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. This is a great spot for locals as well visitors to Germantown. I highly recommend putting the Germantown cafe on your go to places

This bar used to look really new in 2017 while the staff used to seem very experienced like they had been doing it for years. Tall boy cans seem to be the order of the day here and they have tall boys for beers I have never seen tall boys for before. The bartenders were really great, friendly, attentive, provided fast service and remembered my name every time I ordered. They have a small little patio on the side that was mostly filled with the smokers. This seems to be more of a sports bar vibe than anything else and they also have a decent menu and I've sampled some of the food and it is alright but there are way better options in the area these days. The parking lot is a bit small and often is full but it is usually easy to find street parking a block or so away. Overall this used to be a cool little spot to enjoy some sports. Back during my first few visits in 2017 I got the impression here that the staff were really nice folks and the bar offered fair prices and provided a nice comfortable venue so it was just a good spot to be if you were in the area. In the years since my first visit this bar just kept being less enjoyable to me. I used to always make sure to pay a visit to the Germantown Pub during every visit I made to Nashville but now I find it just isn't a place I want to stop at anymore as all the friendly bartenders seem to have left. Simply a Nashville Gem! You will not be disappointed by anything that you order from the menu!! The atmosphere is always welcoming and they have outdoor seating if you prefer! Their servers and staff work really hard, so don't forget to tip!

I don't see any of the vegan items on the menu ?? There was suppose to be vegan wings nachos and mac and cheese in confused

I've drove past this restaurant so many times, and I finally decided to attend. Me and my friend was starving and this resturant definitely had a full by the end of the night. The food was so good. The drinks were good also to. We met the owner. He was really nice and I server did an excellent job. This is a good place to either go with friends or a date night and the best part is parking in the restaurant so you don't have to look for parking.

Germantown Pub is a cool enough place to grab a drink and meet up with a few friends. The staff is friendly enough and the drinks were cold. Overall, the Germantown Pib is a cool enough place to chill for a bit.if you find yourself in the neighborhood, stop on by.

I visited here Beyonce weekend with some girlfriends and had to stop by again for my lunch. I grabbed the lemon pepper catfish bites which are truly amazing! The bites are amazing juicy, seasoned with a dry lemon pepper mixture and fried to perfection. The tartar sauce that's paired with them has just got to be made from scratch. I could drown in it. My only drawback is that the portion size left me unsatisfied. This has been consistent so far. Could definitely be an appetizer portion as I got more fries than fish. I've opted for sweet potato fries both of my visits. I wish they had the creamy sweet sauce for them, but ketchup does the trick. Service was great for the influx of people being taken care of. To my understanding, there was one bartender and 2 servers. But communication was there to set expectations, and refills kept coming. I would definitely recommend.

A colleague recommended this place and I am glad she did. I ordered the Spinach Pecan salad and added Salmon. It was amazing. The salmon was cooked to perfection and I left nothing on the plate. We also ordered some spinach dip to snack on while we waited for food. It was good but nothing to rave about. I ordered the Hennything Possible for my drink and for Happy Hour I ordered the classic Margarita. I was all over the place with drinks but I loved them all. I def would recommend this place.

Not sure what the food tastes like. Saturday evening around 8pm not overly busy. I sat at the bar 10 minutes without so much as a hello from either bartender. So I got up and left. I won't be back and would not recommend since customer service is important.

Came here on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty packed. Got there around 2/3 and there were only a few tables. We were a larger group so we ended up pushing two tables together. It took a little while for anyone to come over. Tennessee mule: 4/5. Good mule, a safe choice. Hot chicken sandwich: 3/5. Chicken wasn't really "hot", more like they sprinkled a little spice on it after cooking. There was a lot of chicken which was nice. A lot of it was just the crispy part though. The fries were mid, didn't really eat them. I'd maybe come back, but I wasn't impressed.

Wanted to like Germantown Pub. Based on reviews, it seemed like a solid spot in Germantown. Our experience here on a Saturday afternoon was nothing to rave about. Food was pretty basic, they don't have a great beer selection, a lot is canned and stuff that you don't want to come out to a bar to order. The service was highly disorganized and probably the lowest part of our experience. It was very busy and there was no one to greet us at the door to help us find seating. Seems like that should be a role you take on as a popular bar on the weekends. Overall, our experience was meh. Will not be back.

Food was great and ama was even better my only thing was the Togo silverware it felt like it did a disservice to the quality of food ...that food deserves real silverware to go along with the quality and presentation

I go here often the wings never disappoint. The flavor I got has everything you want spicy,lemon,sweet so good. The servers are always nice as well.

4 stars are for the wings, might be the best quality in Nashville. Good sauce, high quality jumbo wings. However, be prepared to pay $22 for a dozen. Service was a bit slow at times but they were nice so can't complain too much. Ambiance doesn't make me wanna hang out for more than I have to. Overall a good spot to get take out wings if you are feeling a little indulgent.

GTP is always a solid choice for lunch or dinner. Their food is delicious and the service is always friendly. Parking can be tight but that's due to it being a popular place. Their beer and shot special is always a good choice. They offer daily happy hour and the wings are always a solid choice. This is nearly a weekly spot I eat at. Coming here on a sports night will have a crowd so come early.

Germantown Pub is a neighborhood staple. I always order a burger and it is always juicy and delicious. Our server was pleasant and accommodating. This is a great place to go with friends or with your special someone. I give a strong thumbs up to Germantown Pub.

So I've been meaning to go here for about a year now. I'm never in Germantown, but recently I found myself in the neighborhood and had to go there. This place has such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This is definitely a place for locals. I think I just found my new favorite hideout in Nashville. This place is a seat yourself type of place. I came around 7pm on a Friday with a couple of people and was able to easily find a table to seat 7 people. The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, and the service was fast. I had the catfish nuggets and onion rings, which I'm craving again as I type this. You also can't go wrong with the smurf frozen drink! I couldn't recommend this place more! Special thanks to the owner for giving me and my friends free green tea shots. He helped make our night even better!

The food was absolutely fabulous. We got our food right before last call and it was hot and fresh! We had the wings, catfish nuggets, fish and chips and catfish sandwich. Everything was excellent.

I'm a frequent flyer for two reasons. The food and drinks!!! Food is always delicious and hot. I never regret what I ordered although I sometimes eat too much. I can't help myself. The drinks are strong and filled to the rim. They will ensure you have a beverage in hand even if it is not alcoholic. Be patient. It looks like the bartender was also serving. So it did take a minute to place orders and get our orders. But it was all worth it. The staff was pleasant and very apologetic. We know currently everyone is short staffed so it was no issue at all. Great time for a meal and drinks indoors or on the patio.

Cool little pub! Bartender was super friendly, and so was one of the servers we were talking with! Drinks are a great value here... for a 22oz beer + a shot of dickel... only $8!! The only reason it's getting a lower rating for me is because the food I ordered was bland. I had the hot chicken sandwich, but there was no heat nor literally any flavor to the sandwich, sadly. And the fries were undercooked. Although the food was unimpressive, i'll probably be back for drinks every now and again!

I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Ample parking either in lot or on the street. Quick service. It's always steadily busy, but I've never had to wait for a table. It's seat yourself. Lots of bar seating. Tons of TVs from all angles, if you're looking for a spot to watch a game. But the highlight is the food. The GTP Burger is my favorite. I ate it 3 days in a row when I first discovered it because I had to show all my friends. Wings are amazing, the best I've had in Nashville. Chicken and Waffles are a hearty portion and delicious. Staff is really friendly. Food comes out quickly, considering they're turning out a lot of food, with all their to-go orders as well.

I had the catfish sandwich with fries. The sandwich is good, but didn't taste like catfish.. the fries were also good overall good experience

This place is good for the most part. As an ATLien, wings are a backbone of Atlanta culture. I have my expectations set high for fried wings unless they are cooked differently. As these were served, I noticed these were massive wings! For my preference, I like a small to medium sized wing. These were big bites of wings. Usually when they are big wings it is tricky to fry them crispy. That being said they were fried perfectly! I got mine tossed in Buffalo and lemon pepper. These were fried good but I do not think my go to flavor (Buffalo + lemon pepper) is the best route for these wings and would try a different flavor if I ever come back to this place. The cheesesteak was also average to me as the flavors were all there. Which is why I gave this place a 3/5 stars. However, if you want to have a good time and if you prefer bigger wings like these, I definitely recommend this place to you!

I tried to order ahead by calling, but the automated number told me I had to order online. When I went online, the booking service was closed. I was determined to try their wings so I had went in to pick them up. The workers were very nice. Food was decent--I ordered the wings extra crispy, and even on the ticket it read "fry hard", but they still were not done as much as I would've liked. Flavor was decent. The prices for wings here is the reason I won't order them again. I will return to try something else, though.

I heard this establishment had good food, and I wanted to try it. Sadly, my experience was horrible; my daughter and I sat at the bar, and it took 10 for someone to acknowledge us. She asked us if we needed menus. The young lady continued assisting other customers and did not ask us at the bar if we were ready to place an order. We moved from the bar to a table with the hope someone would take our order. After 15 minutes, the young lady finally came to the table, asking if someone had taken our order. I got up and walked out. I was totally disgusted with the customer service I received.

The service is awful and management simply doesn't care. Management made excuses for the poor service. Save your money, just don't go. The food became just OK, my drink sat at the bar and the water glass was almost empty for the meal

Having a blast in Nashville and this place came recommended. I mostly drank delicious craft (expensive) beers while my friend had wings FRIED SUPER DUPER HARD. NO THANKS . Tried 1 flavor was good just too crunchy. Shots all around and chicken nachos was L.I.T definitely recommend this pub.

Sat outside for 15 minutes and nobody came to say hello or will be with you shortly. Not overly crowded with half the tables open. Extremely poor service. We decided to leave before dining.

This place is adorable - don't be deceived by its location being on the corner of a main road. It truly feels like it is a tuck away local favorite once you step inside. The service is excellent. We went with the pub chips with chicken at the bartender's recommendation- AMAZING!

Food is decent. Had burger, fries and an expensive cocktail with little alcohol for $30 bucks. Some older guy at the bar staring me down, watching the servers behind the bar every move. He could have been the owner or something, but it was uncomfortable and creepy.

I know I will continue to up my reviews the more I visit GTP. Nashville is a 2nd home for me and while I was in college here, I've never heard of or visited the pub. I was in town in December and decided to have a late night bite before heading back home to DC. At first glance, the pub is spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. You can tell the locals hang out here and from what I hear EVERYTHING is good! After my girlfriends and I settled on what we wanted to eat . . . everyone order the catfish nuggets while I ordered the buffalo wings, fries and spicy green beans. It was A-OK just like my rating. The buffalo sauce wasn't hot but had good flavor, the fries were good and I was expecting fresh spicy green beans and not fried. Had I known the green bean were fried I would've not ordered it. I had 2 bites and slid the basket to the side. All in all I had a great time. The service, food and booze was good. I will be back I promise and to explore more . . . see ya soon!!
