I stopped in for a sweet treat and left with a full-on dessert experience. I ordered the banana split and brownie sundae—both were beautifully made and incredibly rich in flavor. The brownies were soft and warm, the whipped cream was fresh and thick, and the ice cream had that classic Ghirardelli richness you expect. The total came out to $43 for both sundaes, which felt a little steep—but honestly, the quality and portion size made up for it. This isn’t your average dessert stop. It’s a full indulgence and worth it if you’re looking for a sweet Vegas splurge. I came at the perfect time—there was no crowd, and even though seating is limited, I had no trouble finding a spot to relax and enjoy my dessert. The shop was clean, service was quick, and staff were friendly. Definitely one of those “treat yourself” spots I’d return to next time I’m in town.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CHOCOLATE HEAVEN IN VEGAS! 🍫🔥🎰 If you love chocolate (and let’s be real, who doesn’t?!), Ghirardelli on the Strip is a MUST! 🤩💰 I got the Caramel Quake Shake and HOLY WOW 🤯—it shook my soul in the best way possible! Absolutely LIVED it! 🥤🔥 My wife went for the Ocean Beach, thinking it might be bigger… but plot twist—it was perfectly sized for maximum enjoyment. 😂 She’s never satisfied with portion sizes, but this time? No complaints. Miracles do happen! 🙌 Daughter 1 got the Cookie Crumble Hot Fudge Sundae, which was basically a cookie explosion in a bowl. 🍪💥 So. Much. Cookie. So. Much. Happiness. 😋 Daughter 2, the strawberry & chocolate superfan, got the Strawberry Passion, and let me tell you, the passion was REAL. 🍓🍫 It was a flavor firework show in her mouth! 🎆👅 Then came the real gamble… dropping a crisp $100 💸 on these treats AND a 1/2 pound of chocolate for “later” (aka, probably gone by midnight). My wife says it was worth every penny, and I say… “Eh, it’s only money” 🤣💀 Final verdict: If my ladies are happy, I’m winning—and in Vegas, that’s rare! 🎰😆

Google
Good chocolate but terrible customer service. We bought a bulk chocolate bag from here, yet, when we asked for 4 small plastic bags (which literally free) so we can separate it into small gifts bag at home; they (yes the “manager” herself) refused to provide and told her its only for scoping bags service. This is extremely rigid and rude attitude (maybe racist also because we r asian). Never visit this place again. I don’t expect this attitude toward a brand store.

Google
Really good variety of chocolate and had the land's end sundae (brownie, ice cream and salted caramel). Expensive but quality goods

Google
I wish they had more sugar free and dairy free options. Over priced for an ice cream for sure 18$ for one ice cream and 1000 calories. It was delicious but to sweet for me 🙈

Google
The Ghirardelli ice cream sundae was absolutely amazing! Located in the LINQ Promenade, this spot can get busy, but it’s worth the wait. We indulged in three mini sundaes, which set us back nearly $50 with tax and tip, but every bite was worth it. From the rich chocolate chunks to the decadent hot fudge, fluffy whipped cream, and juicy cherry on top, each component was exceptional. If you’re willing to splurge a bit, this is a fantastic way to enjoy top-quality chocolate and treat yourself to something truly special.

Google
5 star taste, quality location, polite staff and a very clean store. However $20 for a Milkshake $14-16 for a Sunday is a little steep. But the quality and taste was phenomenal and kinda worth it…

Enjoy the delicious store full oc chocolate delights and ice cream desserts. Made to order desserts and lots of options for gifts or take home treats

Yelp
Banana Split [Las Vegas NV] I've not had a banana split ice cream in a long time so we ordered one to share. Instead of the usual vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice creams the vanilla was replaced with pineapple sauce (crushed pineapple). Won't be complete without the hot fudge with a banana and topped with whipped cream, diced almonds, and a cherry. This Ghirardelli sweet shop is located at the The Linq Promenade) on Linq Lane on the Strip (where the High Roller Wheel is at). Elsewhere, if visiting California, they have a Ghirardelli in Monterey, San Francisco (of course) and an Outlet in Lathrop (just something to think about) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Like all Ghirardelli shops they sell an assortment of chocolate squares where you can mix and match and create your own chocolate mix. They have gift boxes and gift tins too... and, of course, ice cream! These are gourmet custom chocolates and they are delicious. Review #3413

Yelp
We visited the place three times for ice cream though they also offer a full line of their famous chocolates. The ice cream was a bit expensive and just ok IMHO. First time I had chocolate ice cream. I prefer a dark chocolate flavor, this was not that. It was just ok. The next two times I had their mint chocolate chip. It had more flavor than the chocolate. Unfortunately they dye the ice cream green. My wife really enjoyed the chocolate- hence the three visits. We were vacationing in LV.

Yelp
While on the Linx Promenade you might want to get off the walkway and take a break. Maybe grab a snack, or something to enjoy later. I would not have thought about coming in here, but my colleague was fiending some chocolate. We came in and it makes you feel like you are about to go on a ride. The way this store is set up is a bit confusing. Well I guess it is a store/shop, but still it is confusing when you walk in here. You think that you could easily roam about here and see all the chocolate they have for purchase. And, boy, do they have a lot of chocolate in every way, but you are forced to look at it while going through the line. If there are people behind you, you don't really have the luxury to browse. But, it appears, that most people come in here to grab a bite or drink. They do have menus for you to look over, but if you are not sure of what to get, the staff here can help you out. If you give them a few words of what you might be craving, they can point you to the right item. Once you have your item of choice, you have the option to take it with you. Or you can sit in the small counter style dining room.

Yelp
This is a great dessert shop. I ordered the brownie sundae, which is called the Lands End, it was amazing. The brownie was moist, covered in your Ghirardelli Chocolate (which was amazing), on top of amazing ice cream; it was the perfect dessert. The prices are a little expensive, but it was worth it.

Yelp
Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop, located between The LINQ and Flamingo, provides a charming experience for chocolate and ice cream lovers. Enjoy their famous Banana Split and top-notch chocolates in a cozy atmosphere with limited seating friendly staff.

Yelp
Oh man, where do I even start with Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop in Vegas? This place is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth near the Flamingo/Harrahs area. First off, it's Ghirardelli. You're hopefully working with better quality chocolate than your average mystery chocolate sauce. The shakes are something else - they're like these great blends of ice cream, sauces, whipped cream, and of course, those Ghirardelli chocolate squares. Prices are what you'd expect for a spot in Vegas with top-notch chocolates and ice creams. It's not the cheapest dessert you'll ever buy, but for the quality? Definitely worse deals to be had. Plus you can come find some quite unique Ghiradelli flavors you might not find everywhere.
google avatar

Mikki M.

Yelp
Conveniently located in between the Linq and the Flamingo hotels. You can smell the chocolate before you even enter the shop. They have different desserts to choose from and they all look delicious! We ordered the sea salt caramel hot cocoa and it was so good! They topped it off with the perfect amount of whipped cream, caramel sauce, and sea salt. It also came with a a milk chocolate square. The store was clean and organized and the service was fast! Each dessert that I saw come out looked super yummy and I can't wait to try their other desserts.
google avatar

Ralph M.

Yelp
I walked in and found it to be very clean. There were numerous assortments of chocolate to buy. There were 14 different areas to purchase. There was also an area to buy sundaes or shakes. I purchased the caramel shake, with Ghirardelli Chocolate. It tasted good. There were 6 people, of whom were working hard and very kind, behind the counter. It was alzo quite clean.
google avatar

Yelp
Don't listen to the people who have complained about this shop. It's Ghirardelli. It's delicious chocolate. If you are complaining about a chocolate shop who makes ridiculously delicious chocolate, you need to see a therapist. You are giving psychotic energy. LOL. My boyfriend and I stopped in because we love chocolate and we love ice cream. We ordered the salted caramel sundae with dark chocolate. It was phenomenal. Sweet, rich, chocolate-y, caramel-y goodness. Of course I bought some chocolate too! The sugar cookie and peppermint bark is in season currently and I love both. And of course it's price-y. It's Vegas y'all. Worth it.
google avatar

Sarah T.

Yelp
It was ok. It's good but I expected so much more. Ordered the cookie crumble sundae. Cookie was good but the mini chocolate caramel was ok. Service was ok
google avatar

Alvaro F.

Yelp
It's chocolate. The best there is. What else can I say. They have a huge selection of chocolate - some you can't get at the grocery store. Highly recommend if you're on the strip. 10/10
google avatar

Lily F.

Yelp
This business is located on Linq promenade. There are tables for customers to drink and or eat with nice decor. Store is full of chocolate and menu of drinks. We looked around for gifts to bring back home but unfortunately didn't buy anything.

Yelp
Calling all chocolate lovers! Ghiradelli is a chocolate company out of SF and has been a favorite of mine for years. When visiting SF, stopping by their gift shop and soda fountain for an ice cream sundae was always on must-do. I'm always ecstatic when I find a hub outside of SF. Glad to find one here in Las Vegas! A few pro tips: -The ice cream sundaes are huge (and on the expensive side). If you are with a friend, see if you want to split one. -The best part is their branded hot fudge; the ice cream is purchased from a mass-produced vendor. Pick an option you can enjoy the former and let the ice cream be an afterthought. -They always have great deals on their chocolate squares in these stores. Do some gift shopping. -Ask what you can customize. They only have two types of small sundaes, but you might be able to change out the ice cream flavor to get what you want.

Yelp
Great spot to beat the heat with a nice chocolate sundae ice cream cup. Clean store friendly staff.
google avatar

Marilyn N.

Yelp
Great place to grab a hot chocolate on a rainy evening. There are about 15 stools around the counters so you can wait out the rain.
google avatar

Christopher F.

Yelp
What's not to like. Plenty of chocolates to bag and also coffee and ice cream sundaes. Everything is made to order so don't be in a rush. It's worth the wait. My strawberry shake was incredible. Nice place to sit and hang out or check out the candy bins.
google avatar

Margery S.

Yelp
The sundaes at Ghirardelli is always good no matter what location/state you go to. The service was pretty quick and there's seating inside which made it easier to sit down and relax, also cool off since Vegas heat has slowly started.
google avatar

Mary Y.

Yelp
Honestly, the ice cream was oka. Im not a big fan of salted caramel. But it think it is pretty pricey for a small ice cream. The service was ok, i felt a little uncomfortable by the cashier. We were sweating and hot due to the weather so decided to stop in for some ice cream. It is pricy (due to it being on the strip)

Rod B.

Yelp
Best chocolate & ice cream concoctions you'll ever find. The only thing that beats it is the larger venue, Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco!
google avatar

Jessica R.

Yelp
Scrumptious treats and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist!
google avatar

Jordan W.

Yelp
Amazing Ghirardelli as always! Centrally located near the middle of the strip but I'd imagine parking is a nightmare. My son and n I walked the strip and stopped for some ice cream. Staff was quick and friendly and the ice cream was delicious as always. Ghirardelli is always great and the strip location is no different. There's a nice fountain out front where you can sit and enjoy your treat - still warm enough on this January night that we sat and finished it all before moving on.
google avatar

Delilah F.

Yelp
I was so excited to try the non-dairy Hot Fudge sundae from Ghirardelli and I am so glad I did. This particular location was extremely busy, other than that I loved my vegan friendly treat and will certainly be coming back for more.

Yelp
This ice cream and chocolate shop is located along the Linq Promenade close to the High Roller observation wheel. Having the need for an ice cream sundae it was necessary for me to stop in. There was a short line and after a brief wait I ordered an Ocean Beach Sea Salt Caramel Sundae. As I waited for it to be made I looked around the store at the variety of chocolates available to purchase. It's a cramped store and a bit difficult to move through the throng of customers when it's busy. My name was soon called and I took my sundae to one of a dozen or so seats at a counter facing the window to do some people watching as I consumed my treat. The sundae consisted of vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce, hot fudge, and whipped cream plus a dark chocolate sea salt caramel piece lodged on top. It was an above average sundae but oddly had much more hot fudge sauce than caramel. There was an abundance of average-tasting vanilla ice cream yet it certainly didn't justify the incredulously high price. But such is the case at most places along that promenade. 3.5 stars.
google avatar

Annis A.

Yelp
This has to be the most mid ice cream I've ever had in my life, on top of the extreme overprice on this ice cream Sunday, it was just not good at all. Maybe if it wasn't as expensive I would say it would be an okay purchase but there is no way to validate 15$ on this Sundae smaller than the palm of my hand
google avatar

Yelp
Full transparency, we're Ghirardelli chocolate brownie stans. Our absolute favorite location is the one in San Francisco--it will always be the OG location and the best, best! But any of its children, like this location, will get our support because we're blinded by love. :-D We always get the same thing, the Chocolate Brownie Sundae...it has the delicious combination of Ice Cream and brownies. Speaking of their brownies--it's so good--moist, sweet and satisfying. I recommend it if you're looking for an option at this place & don't know or are familiar with what to choose. Hopefully, you have the same palate as me or you'll never trust my reviews again. :-D Not trying to be a "Karen", but I did observe one of the workers behind the counter having an elaborate phone conversation (almost sounded like an advice podcast) while working on the products. Granted, she wasn't dealing with customers directly, she was still visible (and audible) to customers. It had such an unprofessional vibe which was disappointing to me as a fan of this niche franchise. Useful info: located in the Linq Promenade (where that huge ferris wheel is located) which can be accessed through the Linq hotel. Paid parking structures are located with the hotel and hotels around the location. Also, this location is small & has bar-like (as opposed to table) stool seating.

Yelp
I was craving something sweet so what better place than to get some at Ghirardelis. This place is located by the LINQ off the strip. They have wide varieties of chocolate and other goodies. I got two scoops in a cup and the flavors that I got were cookies n cream and cookie dough. Those are my two favorites so I always get them both when I can. They also offer some hot chocolate for when the night gets cold. The ice cream was really good it had the right amount of sweetness without being over the top. Give this place a try when you can you won't regret it!
google avatar

Ka C.

Yelp
Ghirardelli never disappoints us. I've tried the World Famous, Ocean beach and Old rush on this Vegas trip. I wanted to put Ocean Beach as my first choice, it had all the ingredients that I like. However the sea salt was a little bit overpowering. It's always busy here. The line moves fairly quickly though. One night I came, the staff had to stop taking orders to fulfill the current orders. However, they went back on taking new orders pretty quickly.

Yelp
First timer! The sweets coma I ended up in after I ate this... Made SURE while I was in LV to stop here and boy am I glad I did. I ordered the Lands End which contained brownies, caramel, whip cream, ice cream, and SO much other good fixings! For the ice cream, I asked for chocolate chip cookie dough...game changer. The total came out to $18 (including tax) which was a little over budget but when in Vegas you don't think twice about the price as a tourist! This is enough for 2 more so 3 people to share. Me and my partner tried to consume this delightful decadent dessert after we had ate lunch and we were unable to finish it. Overall, it was delicious! They had SO many delicious things on their menu it honestly took me 10 minutes to decide. Y'all HAVE to make a stop here!
google avatar

Samantha B.

Yelp
I always love this place so I was THRILLED to find one in Vegas. I was surprised it wasn't more glitzed out for Vegas. It really just looks like a regular shop. Still serves the best chocolate sundaes I've ever had though so I can't complain. It's wonderful and I always recommend checking out one of these places whenever anyone gets a chance!
google avatar

Kev H.

Yelp
There's something about the hot fudge they use at Ghirardelli shops that's different than what you can get at grocery stores. The fudge is thick, milky, sweet and creamy, and it complements the ice cream really well. I'm not a huge fan of the Ghirardelli square they put as a topping though as the chocolate gets hard because of the coldness from the ice cream making it tough to break. But other than that I really enjoy their sundaes. Their "mini" seems a perfect size for a single person, although I'm sure I could finish the regular size on my own with no problem. Service was good - pretty fast and friendly. The store was a bit on a smaller size so it was pretty crammed.
google avatar

Benjamin I.

Yelp
Amazing ice cream, sad I couldn't finish it. Some of the best chocolate I've ever had, recommend the "lands end"!
google avatar

Randy W.

Yelp
It's not bad. It's fine. It's a pedestrian ice creamery with a marquee name. Pros: the staff are nice. There is still a complimentary water station. Cons: there are four flavors of ice cream - chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies, and cream. Any Sundae is basically a different mixture of those four with one of a few different sauce toppings. It tasted fine. It wasn't bad. It was just fine. For a premium price and a premium brand. I would expect to be able to offer a higher endorsement. Honestly, what was a little annoying is they don't pretend to offer anything extraordinary. They lean on their brand name and are ambivalent about the rest.
google avatar

Phattharaporn S.

Yelp
Great place for chocolate and sundae! Service was amazing. The staff was very nice and friendly. I ordered a mini world famous. The chocolate was very sweet but I won't complain. Ice cream was not as creamy as in a random gelato house. It was less delicious than the chocolate. Overall, great dessert place but somewhat pricey!
google avatar

Vanessa E.

Yelp
A sweet treat! The mini waffle cone and ice cream is actually quite big, even for sharing between two people. Everyone working there was very kind!
google avatar

Allen W.

Yelp
Very good ice cream shop. If you visit Las Vegas, it's located near the Linq hotel. Great people work the register and helping customers with their orders. Ghirardelli ice cream is definitely a place to visit while in town. Don't miss it
google avatar

Hilary T.

Yelp
This is a fun store located in the Linq promenade. They have a little cafe that serves coffee, hot chocolate, and milk shakes. The store has any Ghirardelli item that you could want, and you can make your own assortment with baskets, bags, etc. the cafe area does have a few spots where you can sit in the store and enjoy the items that you got. Prices aren't horrible for Vegas and the store was clean. I did try the hot chocolate and it was good. My son tried the create your own Quake Shake and enjoyed being able to choose his chocolate to go into the milkshake. That was also very good. The staff that was working when we went weren't mean or rude. We would absolutely go back on another trip.
google avatar

Steve N.

Yelp
The photos say it all . Rich chocolaty goodness . Lots of take home candy choices . Counter sitting along two walls . Friendly staff and soft jazz music set the mood .
google avatar

C. Dyan C.

Yelp
If you are wanting chocolate, then this is the right place for you. I went here with my son on our last trip to Las Vegas. The chocolate is more expensive than in the grocery store, that you can mix and match selections that you wouldn't see there. Otherwise buy it in the store. The chocolate shakes, and other items here, along with the experience, and it was not disappointment, except my drink leaked continuously from the top, I just considered it over full, and I was fine once I got a bunch of napkins and some water. I gave it four stars because we came at the exact right time before it filled up and we received our shakes very quickly and they were delicious. We also bought some white chocolate sauce for coffee or ice cream for my son.
google avatar

Julia Q.

Yelp
Walking through the Linq area, Saturday was the perfect time for a luscious and decadent ice cream sundae. Ghirardelli's shop was the perfect spot to indulge in a tasty treat. The shop sells various items, and is a tourist trap if you buy the chocolate there instead of target or other places. However, you won't get a better or more delicious ice cream sundae than this shop. The ocean sundae was so good that I can't wait to get another one! Milk chocolate and caramel over rich creamy ice cream can't be beat. Salted caramel sprinkles on the top enhanced the sweetness of the think and creamy whipped cream. The other people in the shop were drooling over their choices as well! If you like ice cream and banana splits run to this place!
google avatar

Ricky R.

Yelp
Had a delicious chocolate sundae while visiting this re-creation of the Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop that originated in San Francisco. It has all the same wonderful desserts except in a smaller sized venue. I even bought a little Ghirardelli XMas Tree Ornament that depicted the Ghirardelli Bldg, a cable car, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Coit Tower. What a great looking ornament that should be sold in SF. There was virtually not much of a line to speak of and the service was quick. There are a few chair stools near the window the people watch while enjoying your treats. One thing they forgot to add is a water machine which they have in SF. Recommend.
google avatar

Sandy N.

Yelp
Just as good as the San Francisco location without the crazy long lines! The staff is super quick, they had my order done right after I finished paying. I had the sea salt caramel sundae which was phenomenal! Perfect mix of salty and sweet. This location is clean, organized and conveniently located in the Linq Promenade across from Brooklyn Bowl. A fifth star would be earned with more friendly staff, a smile, or happy tone would go a long way. Maybe a goodbye or thank you when leaving.
google avatar

Shelby B.

Yelp
Soooooo rich and creamy! Possibly the best ice cream ever. Even the chocolate covered waffle cone was decadent
google avatar

Jameka J.

Yelp
I had a sweet tooth and this place was open until 11pm. I ordered the golden gate which was a banana split. My auntie ordered the brownie sundae and it looked delicious. The place got packed and the service was a smooth process. The ambiance was perfect.
google avatar

Kayla M.

Yelp
You walk in and you can just smell that this place is going to be amazing. A huge variety of chocolates to buy, but of course the star of the show is the ice cream sundaes. I just got a scoop of the raspberry sorbet but it was incredible.
google avatar

Generous Y.

Yelp
Went to grab dessert at night and figured why not try the gourmet chocolatier shop here as it's close to the Linq, where we were staying. Unfortunately, their machine broke or something which meant my cravings for a shake were crushed. Didn't think I came to a McDonalds, but alright. Four stars for a slightly above average experience despite not being able to snag a shake. More like a 3.5 probably. Line was extremely long but the staff were great. Location is amazing as it's in the heart of the strip and on the promenade. Prices and value suck but you come for the experience at least once. Anyways, the ice cream scoops are generous and I regretted opting for a triple scoop. I contemplated throwing away my bowl because it was so much but as an ice cream fanatic, I couldn't bring myself to do that. Friend got a scoop in the sugar cone and the cone was challenging to hold because the scoop was ginormous. Another friend opted for the Drinking Chocolate. Well, it's literally melted chocolate, extremely dense with chocolate. It was a debate between that or the hot chocolate and he noted he would get the standard hot chocolate in the future. The Drinking Chocolate is for true chocolate fanatics, not just anyone.
google avatar

Karima A.

Yelp
Came across this place while walking towards the Linq high roller observation wheel at Las Vegas. We ordered treasure island - warm brownie sundae and were not disappointed! The sundae was generously topped with chocolate sauce and had a warm chocolate brownie and whipped cream! The brownie was baked freshly so it took a while to get our order. The sundae was super amazing and filled our tummies right away! They have a small seating area inside the store and multiple gifting options.
google avatar

Candy C.

Yelp
It wasn't really busy in the shop on Tuesday afternoon. Place is quiet. Stopped by to get a frozen hot chocolate, hot chocolate & land end sundae. Service was fast. I love the sundae, ice cream is rich and good. The frozen & hot cocoa tasted like any typical hot cocoa. Nothing special. Would recommend getting sundaes only. Slightly pricey but the price it's similar to Cali Adventure/ Disney Land
google avatar

Sarah B.

Yelp
Amazing ice cream sundaes. I had the mint hot fudge Sundae which was amazing, but I asked for extra hot fudge which cost an additional $1.75 and the total of the Sunday was $18.95, Definitely the most expensive Sundae I've ever paid for but it was really good. I wish they put more whip cream on it, and for that price, the cup size should be a little bit bigger and I actually thought the mint chocolate chip ice cream had too much chocolate in it. It really overpowered the mint flavor.
google avatar

Liz J.

Yelp
I was walking around the LINQ when my friend and I were looking around for dessert. We found Ghiradelli and since I haven't been there in a long time, we decided to stop by. It was a weekend and there was a bit of a line but it moved pretty quickly. The inside has a chocolate shop and a small area for dining. What we got: - Mini Hot Fudge Sundae ($11) 4/5: It was about $11 for a small-size sundae, which is pricey because the ice cream is just standard. However, the hot fudge sauce is delicious, and overall, the sundae is pretty good. It's got the nostalgia factor to it and is a convenient treat if you're at the LINQ. TLDR: nostalgic sundaes at the LINQ
google avatar

Andreas F.

Yelp
Crazy sundaes! If you got extra space in belly, go here and make it happen!
