There are a million reasons to love this place from the ice cream to the shakes it's a must visit while in Disney Springs. But what truly sets it apart is the wonderful staff. I recently visited with my two autistic children and Elaine was wonderful. Noticing that my son's bag was about to give way she offered to help him and made his day. She smiled over twenty times in the time we were there and made everyone's experience a true treat.

This is one of the best ice cream. Ghirardelli Ice Cream for its rich flavors, creamy texture, and generous portions. Some reviewers even mention that it's a great place to visit with family or friends. But this Shop in Disney Spring is little bit over priced.

We've been here several times. Lots of great choices, and service has always been good. Prices are high being on Disney property, but they offer a 15% discount to former military. We will return.

I used to come here with the family and had been many many times over the years, with the last time being 2012. So, here it is 13 years later and I came back for a hot fudge sundae. I was slightly disappointed to see that they serve them in plastic cups now, not in the huge glass chalice type bowls. Prices are insanely high too. But the fudge is still amazing! Their ice cream is as well. Still worth a visit!

I don’t know why the plant-based sundae at this location tastes nothing like the one at downtown Disney, CA. For starters, it wasn’t even OK. It was absolutely disgusting. The Sunday I had at downtown Disney, California was absolutely incredible and out of this world!!! Unfortunately, this sundae tasted like it was made with coconut milk rather than almond milk. The chocolate was just nasty. I ate two bites and then I was done. Nearly $20 down the drain. It’s really a shame because I was craving this sundae and it tasted nothing like the one I’ve had before.

Yummy! This place never disappoints every time I’ve been to Disney springs without stoping here I didn’t go to Disney springs, the line is sometimes long but the wait is worth it, the chocolate and the ice cream it is so mouthwatering and the combinations are exquisite. Just delightful!

After a lovely dinner, we decided to stop by the Ghirardelli Chocolate Shop for some ice cream, and it was the perfect way to end the evening. The process was quick and efficient. We placed our order in a fast-moving line and received a buzzer to let us know when it was ready. I opted for a mini ice cream, which turned out to be the perfect portion--just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth (and maybe even a little more!). Every bite was delicious, and the waffle cone was absolutely to die for--crispy, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Our group had a fairly large order, but everything came out together, which was impressive. The service was quick and seamless, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a sweet treat, Ghirardelli Chocolate Shop is a must-visit. I'll definitely be returning for more of that amazing ice cream and, of course, the waffle cones!

Pretty decent experience here in Ghirardelli! Boyfriend and I were craving something sweet as we were walking through Disney Springs and decided to stop by. We came in around 9:30 Friday night and the line wasn't as crazy as I thought they would be. Menus are right at the start of the line so you have time to look through and decide. We went with their milkshakes which were delicious, nothing really to write home about. We didn't order any of the splits or sundaes but from what was coming out, looked pretty good and some even big enough to share with two or more people. Prices were relatively high but makes sense considering it is Ghirardelli and it is at Disney Springs. Overall pretty good experience just wouldn't always come back here as a first choice due to pricing.

Could not pass up a visit to Ghirardelli. The line was long, but moved quick. Did not get name of person who took our order, but they were lovely to speak to for a moment. Seating inside and out. Had a quick rain shower, so everyone tried to fit inside. The ice cream sundae in the dipped waffle bowl was absolutely delicious. I would have been happy with it in the cup, but decided to go for it all.

I have walked passed this spot soooo many times and we finally decided to go in. This was one of the best milkshakes i've ever had in my life and have definitely made it a staple anytime we go to Disney Springs. The only confusing part is that there's two entries/registers and one has a much more limited menu but you pick you at the same location.

As always... a trip to Ghirardelli Soda Fountain does not disappoint. It is a bit pricey, but it is great chocolate and ice cream and every mouthful was worth it. The team was in point and moved through orders really quickly despite the line. The desserts are awesome and the serving sizes generous.

There's a charming little shop in Disney Springs filled with delicious treats! They offer pre-made gifts and the option to build your own boxes. On a chilly evening, we decided to stop by for some hot chocolate. The service was quick, and the staff was super friendly. The hot chocolate was rich and intense--definitely a dream come true for true chocolate lovers! It was a bit too much for my taste, but still really yummy!

This was sooo delicious! The cone is huge so this could definitely be shared between 2 people. The ice cream was so creamy and the piece of caramel Ghirardelli chocolate tied the whole dessert together. It was pretty pricey, but that's kind of expected at Disney Springs. The line was long but it moved pretty quickly!

Stopped by Ghirardelli for dessert after dinner on my cousin's suggestion, but the experience wasn't the best. The order taker seemed to have a bit of an attitude, which wasn't the warm welcome we expected. We ordered the "Lands End Salted Caramel Brownie Sundae", requesting one side with chocolate and the other without. Unfortunately, they put chocolate on the entire boat and gave us an extra side of it. We returned the chocolate side and ended up ordering a side of caramel instead. The dessert itself was underwhelming. The dessert had more whipped cream than ice cream, and the ice cream tasted slightly off. The brownie was okay--soft but not particularly impressive. I really wanted to love this place, but it just didn't meet expectations. While I may not return for their sundaes, I'd still recommend their personal chocolate candies, as those have always been a hit!

$40 for ice cream for two people is not ok. Sprinkles were extra at $1.75 and were very sparse. Plus, they don't have chocolate sprinkles - only rainbow. What sense does that make at a chocolate shop? First visit we tried the sea salt caramel sundae and it was very good. Second visit we tried the non dairy vegan sundae and it wasn't worth it at all base price of $17.95. A waffle cup is cheap at $2.95 but not worth it - it makes the sundae messy and you get less chocolate. They have scoops which you only find out about up at the counter. Whipped cream is good. And be aware it's only chocolate and vanilla ice cream madd by Ghirardelli - not the other flavors. Overall, I wouldn't recommend nor would I dissuade. I don't have plans to return but if it lined up I craved ice cream while walking by, I might stop back in, $41 for 2 is just not ok whatsoever. It's a turn off.

Just have to say Disney is a smart cookie. We came to Disney Springs for dinner and of course had to make a visit to several of the shops. We started out at the LEGO Shop and of course, went to World of Disney. Exiting at that shop on the northside takes you directly to Ghirardelli. I mean, after all that shopping and walking you definitely will want some dessert. I had to order the mint chocolate chip and vanilla ice creams, one scoop of each. They do offer a number of different pre-concocted Sundays, but I was really wanting just some classic ice cream. The mint chocolate chip was really good, very creamy and not overpowering with chocolate vanilla was also pretty good for basic ice cream, but it did have just the right touch of vanilla in it to make it flavorful and it was very fluffy and creamy. The store overall was pretty busy when we stopped by and there are limited seating areas, however, there's plenty of places outside to also sit and enjoy your ice cream. Service was very quick and friendly. This is a counter style restaurant where you go to order and they give you a pager that will light up when your order is ready for pick up.

While we were out walking, we decided to pop into Ghirardelli's for a quick chocolate milkshake. Their chocolate is always a winner, so grabbing a little treat after lunch seemed like a no-brainer. It was pretty busy in there, but we got our order in fast, maybe within a minute or two. We ended up waiting about 5 to 10 minutes for the milkshake. The servers were super friendly and answered my menu question right away. They were quick getting our order together too. The place was clean and smelled amazing--like a chocolate lover's dream! They have a ton of chocolate options to buy and loads of milkshake and ice cream choices. All in all, it was a good time and a tasty stop!

Just go for their shake you won't regret it! And like all things Disney the store is cute and cozy will be definitely going again

We stopped in Ghirardelli's for a sweet treat! Overall it was very busy, but was impressed with how fast the service was. We did not have to wait long for our Icecream. Though, the price was more expensive than an average icecream Sunday!

I wanted to see if this sundae was worth the hype and was prepared to down a lactaid or two before I saw that they had a nondairy option! I got the nondairy sundae and it was underwhelming. The coconut ice cream that they use is not as good as some options that I've gotten from the grocery store freezer and for $16 I expected a lot better (honestly at that price I was expecting the best sundae of my life). It was super fast to order but we had to wait a long time for the sundaes. I'll skip this next time we're at Disney Springs.

The best icecream at Disney springs! The line gets kinda long but super quick in the afternoon on a weekday. They have the cutest Disney options on their menu if you are a Disney lover. The ambiance is fine, it's just a quick service thing. They have a lot of menu items and offer treats that may not be on the menu. The pricing is a little over priced but it is Disney so yeah.. also the waffle bowl got a little messy when it started melting so be careful :)

On a hot day this is the perfect treat to cool down with! I went with the Nob Hill Chill. It's vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup, topped with chocolate chips. One thing I like enjoyed about this shake is that it wasn't too thick. It was the perfect mix to drink through a straw and not get stuck. The employees were very attentive and working efficiently. This location is usually busy but they do hand out buzzers so I do think that helps when receiving your order.

The food is good, but sometimes it is a little bit sort of without flavor. The service is slow, since not a lot of people are working. The atmosphere isn't really that much, since it's mostly to go.

There is nothing better than a ooey gooey chocolatey sundae. I look forward to this every time I'm in Disney Springs. It was raining outside, but this stop made the sun shine for me. I ordered a triple chocolate and it was amazing. My daughter got a mint chocolate and my friend got a hot fudge with mickey ears. All were great. I like the outdoor seating, but it is limited, so stake out a table early. Great place to go for a walking and shopping break.

I found it very misleading that the printed menus and all hung menus are only shakes and large sundae options that are pricey $16+, and only when you get up to the register there is a tiny sign with single scoop options. $16+ for two scoops of ice cream is absurd! Additionally, I feel the toppings a-la-carte were highly overpriced. $1.75 for a small dollop of whipped cream, then $1.75 for additional toppings is absolutely absurd. I also wish there was a smaller cone option. I asked for one scoop in a waffle cone because I didn't want to eat a lot, with only dark chocolate hot fudge, it costed the same as if I had gotten one of the fancy shakes. I'd much rather spend my money at Salt and Straw down the path, I can't say I'll ever come back.

I enjoyed visiting this location. The location is central, and has relaxing views of the lake. The service was average, and my caramel sundae was delicious. I recommend this place for sure!

BEST BROWNIE SUNDAE! I'm still obsessed with this place. It's now my mission to eat here wherever they have locations. I have made it my mission to eat here at least once (if not more) every visit down to Florida. I have to get my fav. I'm willing to try other things but I have to get the thing I love at least once. You can never go wrong with a chocolate filled pick me up! Staff is super nice and patient and we got our order pretty quickly. It's typically busy so come here with patience but if you love chocolate it's always worth the wait. It was quiet when we went because we went towards closing on a weekday but it's typically very packed! I ordered the frozen hot cocoa and my friend ordered the cookie crumble sundae. If you're a chocolate person Ghirardelli does it best!

The lines are always out the door here, but we walked by early and there were no lines, so we decided to stop. The sundaes at $17 looked too large for me to finish, so I ordered one scoop. There aren't many choices of flavors, so I settled on chocolate. For $10 I got one scoop. Yikes! One and done for me. Publix Bear Claw ice cream is better in my mind.

Sorry I don't have a photo on my ice cream because I ate it all! The line was long but it moved fast. This is pretty much an in and out restaurant but they do have some seating. They have menus everywhere so you can know what you want before you get tto the register. I got a mini sundae and it was straightforward; ice cream, hot fudge, Whipped cream, cherry but the best part was the Ghirardelli chocolate square on the side. It was a little expensive but what else can you expect when you're at Disney. Will be back again.

A lot of chocolate bar flavors, they have shakes and other items but dam that chocolate shake was amazing!!! The chocolate flavor was delicious and it was nice and cold on this hot day!' Me and my girlfriend shared one but it's too good to share. Next time I'm getting one on my own!

What goes better with a good dinner? Well ice cream with hot fudge comes to mind. I could probably eat here on a daily basis. Probably better that I don't. Last night in town might as well get something for the road. A scoop of vanilla ice cream drowning in gooey hot fudge, covered in almonds, whipped cream and topped with a cherry. Sound good? I can tell you it was! No more indoor seating - no chairs. Everything is tables outside. Wonder how that works during winter. No more candy samples from the chocolate store. Undoubtably another victim of Covid. Anyway the sundaes were good!

I heard great things about this place and I will say I was pretty pleased. I enjoyed the experience. Ice cream was soooo good! Long wait due to it being in Disney spring but it's all worth it.

I would go just to Disney Springs to buy only this Ice Cream...this is how good it is! It's so creamy, chocolately, deliciousness. This shop has also a bakery and a coffee spot aside from selling all their individual chocolates. I wish we had one in Miami so i can indulge, every time im in Orlando this is a must.

While at Disney Springs I had to get something to satisfy my sweet tooth so decided to stop in to Ghirardelli's. Sometimes Ghirardelli's can be hit or miss. There are some many dessert options at Disney Springs but gave Ghirardelli's a chance and it was definitely hitting (so good) on this visit. Disney Springs is such a prefect setting for a dessert night out. It was Friday evening around 9:30pm. I thought it would be packed but to my surprise it wasn't too crowded. There was plenty of staff to keep the line moving. Staff was friendly and assisted in helping us decide on what to order. There were 2 of us dining. We couldn't decide if we wanted to split 1 dessert or get 2 desserts. The waiter kinda convinced us to get 2 items. So we got the Lands End Salted Caramel and a mini Salted Carmel Sundae. I will say that the Lands End Salted Caramel was a good portion and could definitely be split by 2 people. But it was nice that the waiter informed us about the mini size but we could have split one dessert. For the 2 desserts the price was about $30!!! Which I feel is extreme pricey!! I know we were on Disney property but goodness that was steep. So if you plan to get dessert here please be prayed to spend a pretty penny. Once we placed our order it took about 10 minutes to actually get our desserts. We found a nice table by the water and prepared to dig in. When I have brownies I prefer to have them warm. So looking at the dessert I didn't think the brownies, caramel, and chocolate would be warm but boy was I wrong. It was the prefect temperature. The brownies were fresh, warm, and oui gooey. Not hard and dry. The salted Carmel and chocolate were devine! It was so good that even after getting full, I still kept eating because it was so scrumptious! It was the prefect balance of sweet, salt, chocolate, caramel, brownie, ice cream whipped cream. Just thinking about it is making me want another. If you find your at Disney Springs craving dessert and don't mind over spending (lol), grab Ghirardelli's!

Despite being a bit pricey here, every item on their menu is worth every penny. There are a variety of sundaes, milkshakes, and banana splits to choose from. The sundae I ordered came with chocolate coated waffle Mickey ears which made it so much better! The chocolate fudge was so decadent and had the perfect amount. It's very busy here so expect to wait a little bit for your order to be ready. Staff were so nice and gave us great recommendations too. The decor in here is very retro and cute.

It's world famous Ghirardelli's ice cream and it's delicious and high quality. Service is quick, prices are high. There is some indoor seating is limited but ac is pumping. The only thing keeping me from 5-stars is the $15.75 price tag for a cup of ice cream.

I went to Ghirardelli's with friends who were in town. I had a chocolate shake because that was the main thing the staff was able to say was free from gluten. I wish they knew a little more about allergies and labeled their menu. One of my friends had a sundae which looked delicious. If you are going, be expected for a long wait time to wait in the line to order and to wait for your ice cream.

Explored Disney Springs for the day and just walked into the shop not knowing what to expect. We LOVED the Ice cream! It was one of the best sundaes I have ever had. My bf and I shared because it was a huge portion, but it was worth it! There was also a water fountain to help wash everything down, which was needed! We didn't wait in line for a long time either which was a bonus. Overall would definitely recommend!

A classic hot fudge sundae done well-- topped off with whipped cream, almonds, and a milk chocolate Ghiradelli square. I had never been here before, and while waiting in line outside (it's a popular spot but don't worry the line moves quick enough) you can already smell an aroma of chocolate and heavenly dessert filling the air. Light and nostalgic. Kinda similar to when you're walking down Main Street in Magic Kingdom and you smell all the popcorn and dessert scents at Disney, but instead you're in line at Disney Springs waiting for a hot fudge sundae on a hot day. The size of it was huge! I couldn't even finish half the cup, but it was delicious nonetheless. :)

If you want a chocolate desert or ice cream, this is the place to go in Disney springs. There's no other venue here that can take the crown as for quality in taste for chocolate and ice cream. I've been here many time and I never regret. For me. The classic hot chocolate sundae is the go to. I did try other flavor like the double chocolate and it's good, but ended too much sugar/chocolate for me (I must be getting old). But it's still very good. You can get shakes, sundae and ice cream cone too. All are goods. The service can be slow because there's a lot of people, but it's worth it. There's 2 entrance, one is for the ice cream, the other is for drink only or chocolat bars and other stuff made by Ghirardelli and sister brands like Linds. You also get a free chocolate when you enter the Linds shop. I highly recommend you try something here.

I got a mini hot fodge sundae as I knew it would be too rich for one person so mini was perfect fit. We also got a soda float if that's your thing. It's a long line but moves well, good place for an afternoon break and had plenty of Ghirardelli options for chocolates alone if you wanted that.

I indulged in their delightful Cookie Crumble Sundae which was $19 and I added on a banana for additional charge. Staff were fantastic and friendly. The experience was truly enjoyable! The sundae itself was a perfect blend of flavors and textures, and the generous portion made it easy to share with multiple people. This place is so disappointing now. The line moves relatively quickly and service is pleasant. Product delivery is lacking. We ordered frozen hot chocolates where the ice was still in large pieces in the drink and the whipped cream on top was this sad dollop, half the size it should have been. It's $10+ for a drink, don't cheapen out Ghirardelli.

I missed my chance to visit Ghirardelli during my visit to Orlando last year so I absolutely had to make my way there while hanging out at Disney Springs. When I say I was nothing short of ecstatic, I mean it! The smell of sweet chocolate consumes you as soon as you open the door to this special place. The line was very efficient and I received my delicious Lands End sundae within about a 5-10 minute timeframe. This sundae is MASSIVE by the way- extremely decadent and loaded with lots of chocolate, brownies and love. My husband and I shared it but unfortunately didn't finish (which isn't a bad problem to have!) It was also well worth the price. Can't wait to revisit during my next trip to Orlando!

Been to the location in San Francisco and loved the sundae there, was excited when they had it at Disney Springs! Got the mini hot fudge sundae, was plenty for 2 people to share. Would recommend swapping the vanilla ice cream for the chocolate flavor.
