Ghost Curry is hands down the best Japanese Curry I have ever had! When I took my first bite of the Vegetable Curry + Chicken Katsu, I was immediately transported back to the culinary comforts of my childhood (like that Food Critic in the Ratatouille movie) and couldn't stop eating until I had cleared the plate entirely. Aside from the perfectly seasoned vegetables, the Chicken Katsu is crispy and succulent, and the depth of flavor in the curry itself is phenomenal! Safe to say, I plan on returning soon to try the other items - especially the Ebi Fry Curry which I hear is also amazing!! 😁😁😁
