Gianfranco Pizza Rustica

Good pizza, not worth the price. I live across the street and order at least once a month. I tolerate the $5-$8 price premium because it is convenient and slightly better than other close-by options. Went tonight at 9:30pm and asked for the last whole plain pizza so they wouldnt have to make a new one for us right before closing. they charged us by the slice, $20 for a plain pizza, $7 more than if we had asked them to make a fresh one 20 min. before closing. Thanks guys, I think we will go elsewhere

I was so excited when Gianfranco decided to open it's doors again on 2/15/19. The month they were closed was the worst month of my life. This pizza is the best in Old City, FACT! Especially when you walk in to grab a slice. The dough has a great consistency. The sauce isn't too sweet, and the buffalo chicken slice has me wanting more. Two reasons Gianfranco didn't get 5 stars: 1. The sandwiches are inconsistent. I love you guys, but the chicken parm needs work! 2. Pepsi products. Woof..

Did the lunch special and bought two slices of pizza, but never got my free drink. I called them when I got back to the office and explained to them and let them know I never received my drink. All that was said was "thank you, bye". At least "sorry we missed your drink" would have been nice. Never going back to these cheap skates!

They have the most amazing pizza! It is perfectly crispy and not too oily. The place is small but its family owned and when asked, they said they plan on enlarging asap. I also ordered there many times and was very satisfied. Once they delivered 20 minutes late and when I called the lady was very nice and apoligized. I even recieved a free 2L bottle of soda. Love the place and the service.

So my boss loves this place so it was recommended to me. Omg, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, large cheese pizza, cheese steak Stromboli. The sticks were good, the pizza was burnt and cold, the chicken cheese steak was a beefsteak. I called to let them know that they messed up my order they in return told me unfortunately they can't redeliver my chicken cheese steak because they're so busy and by the time they get around to it they will be closing but again, your stored messed up my order. I WON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! THEE WORST SERVICE EVER.

Service was horrible! Found a piece of hair on my pizza and called the store back and they claimed the pizza guy is “bald”. We also ordered 3 large pizzas— one cheese, one chicken parm, and one pepperoni and mushroom.. but instead received 2 CHEESE pizzas and one chicken parm. Called the store and the lady who answered the phone was very rude! I would rate this place 0 stars if I could! I highly do NOT recommend if you are located in Old City.

Great Place, Great Pizza, the reviewer that gave it one star because of a lack of napkins is ridiculous. Also why would you give a place 2 stars because you don't agree with their price. Both those reviews are ridiculous. I live close by and the Pizza is great. They are a take out Pizzeria. They are not pretending to be anything else. I order there all the time.

Terrible service, I found what appeared to be single black hair baked into chicken parmigiana large pizza slice. I called Gianfranco Pizza Rustica I spoke with female receptionist telling her about hair baked into slice of chicken parmigiana she told me pizza baker is bald so there cannot be hair baked into slice of pizza. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Very, very disappointed.
