Out of our last 5 orders, there have been multiple items out of stock each time. Sometimes they make their own substitutions even if you tell them no substitutions. Sometimes you find out when you go through the order to verify. The inventory in the app and on the website is consistently unreliable. Better off going to one of the competitors about 5 blocks in either direction.

I regularly use Giant pick up and Esther is so friendly and helpful. She makes excellent substitutions and does a great job. I prefer this location over the one on Washington Boulevard. However, I only gave it four stars because it is a smaller location and doesn’t always have what I need.

Anyone in the DC area knows, Giant has closed off half of their entrances and exits to stave off a shoplifting epidemic. I don't fault them for having to take these kind of measures but its impact on the regular shoppers should be taken into account. In other areas what this location has going for it is convenient location and parking. They do have a decent selection of gluten-free and special diet options.

A compact, efficient store with better prices than its nearby competitors. Not as fancy as nearby competitors, but I want to pay for food not architecture. Sale prices are usually very good, but not always: Giant should not advertise 5¢ off on a $3 item as a sale. Variety is good. Bigger stores mostly put more of the same item on the shelves. Here the staff works hard frequently restocking (just like Trader Joes). Compact layout means I can fill my cart faster and with less walking. Produce is usually good, but sometimes not fit for human consumption, so need to be careful buying produce. Staff is friendly and helpful. Giant recently cut back on cashiers and put in self-checkout stations, which I avoid. Cashiers are faster and friendlier. The self-checkout machines frequently double scan items and expect me to type in numeric codes for produce.

I've been shopping in this store since 2017. It is a good store close to where I live. it is clean and well organized. However, some people in customer service are not friendly as they are supposed to be.I was there couple houses ago ,and the store was empty. when I went to the register to check out, I greeted the cashier and she didn't even reply me or even show me respect. I felt like I was given those groceries for free. I hope you tell your team members to be respectful and polite

Nice establishment right off Rt 29. Easy access and exit through s traffic light. There is ample parking on site. The store is large and well stocked with just about anything you desire. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. I forgot my courtesy card last week. The friendly teller didn't hesitate to use hers to help me with my purchase.

I tried to call the number in customer service as usual either they don’t respond or they told me we gonna investigate just give us 24h I’ll get back to u of course no one call me back the worst service ever . Hi, in August I buy I debit card I gives to the cashier 500 bucks he told me to call a number to activate the card (he didn’t give me the receipt) After 3 days I went back they told me since you don’t have the receipt we need to investigate… Where ever I go I find I new manager I have to told him my story since the beginning I tried to call the customer services same thing they always said will call u back after 48h but of course no one call Since 75 years giant exists they don’t know how to investigate or check the camera shame of u the funny part whatever I go there no one wants to talk or look at me 3days more we gonna be in 2024 no call / no investigation/ no money …

The self-checkout clerk was pretty rude tonight. After struggling to get the machine to recognize my bag and mis scanning an item twice, the clerk gave me a look and said "What did I just tell you?" I don't expect everything to go smoothly all of the time. Some days I need assistance but I don't need to be talked down to when buying my groceries. That's just rude and unnecessary.
