They make the best onion rings I have ever had :) the hotdogs toppings are so good I recommend anything with jalapenos for sure!!

I love the food at this cart. The folks running it are very nice people sending home dog treats when our pups are not with us. The food is off the hook. Really great combinations of flavors with a delicious base beef dog. It's always cooked and prepared to the highest quality. It has a great seating area for eating. Highly recommend trying them out if you like a good hot dog!

This is my go-to after work. When it's been a long day, and I just need a pick me up after closing down the shop... I come here and get my fix. Made quickly and right there. Hot. Completely delicious. Always quality. Great outdoor space. The owners care, which makes all the difference. Try it. You wont regret it.

My experience: The Hotdogs offered are definitely ‘gourmet and very well crafted. I had the grilled cabbage / onion dog and it was delicious!! Their various French Fry offerings are amazing and are sure to please! Owners are super friendly and appear to love food and people. Especially their pets! What could be wrong about finding an entire mozzarella stick in your veggie dog? Nothing! Oh my! I went here for the first time and was amazed. I’m not a huge hot dog fan but, this was incredible. They have tons of vegan and vegetarian options. I’ve been back and tried several different options. Very creative and tasty. My new go to spot for cheat days.

Amazing place! I’m from Illinois and this is just as good if not better than any chicago hot dog I’ve had. They know their flavors. Also my partner and I are vegan and it’s hard to find a hotdog cart that does vegan options. Lots of fun loaded options too. Seriously so good you’ll want to come back!

First time here and craving a hot dog. The menu is extensive and I read through everything before selecting the Chicago Dog. The friendly staff was very helpful. There is a great covered outside sitting area with multiple tables. The food was brought out to me in a short time and I headed home. I opened up the food and OH MY!! This looked great and was presented well. The Chicago Dog was great! Amazing flavor from the dog, veggies and the bun. Everything was great and I'll be back to sample other items on the menu.

They've got a legit Chicago dog. It's perfect, even the poppy seed bun. I bring my kids and out-of-town guest there all the time. The staff is so nice and the service is great!

We've stopped by Gibbon Grub many times and they always have really amazing food! We usually get the Cajun shoestring fries and have tried several of the hot dogs with the vegan bratwurst. This time we picked up the Chicago dog and it was delicious! Perfect if you love mustard and like a spicy pickled twist. The sesame bun was perfect - just a little crisp - and it all came together really well. Every time we've stopped by they are able to bring out the food really quickly and are very friendly. They always have treats available for our dogs too! There is a large covered patio in the back as well so plenty of seating behind the food truck.
