Last night, we had a delightful experience at Gibson Bar. Initially, we were unable to find seating on the ground floor. However, the attentive staff guided us to the first floor, which turned out to be an even more fitting and comfortable spot for us. The ambiance on the upper floor was exceptional, and the artistry in the presentation of the cocktails was truly remarkable. It proved to be an ideal venue for socializing with friends, offering an enjoyable and memorable evening. Cocktails were priced at S$28++, reflecting the premium experience.

defined a must and will come back! good atmosphere with really good drinks (they have non-alcoholic options as well) the drinks are very creatively executed the bar is really nice! we came on Saturday night and it was a full house but the staff did their best to find seats for us and they did!

There's really nothing not to love about Gibson. Service was beyond phenomenal with literally every breathing person working there genuinely being smiley and hospitable. That definitely made us stay on longer than we planned to! The staff were so prompt and attentive with constantly topping up our refreshing green teas (they serve GTs instead of water). The cocktails were great and varied, and packed a punch. Very interesting concept and quite a fancy yet chill vibe. I would recommend reservations, especially on weekends, just cause there's limited seating. But a must-visit.

Cocktails here are inventive, with a well-curated range of alcohol strengths. I tried: • Apple & Roses - light, fruity, and floral, a gentle sipper. • Yuzu Miso Sour - crisp and refreshing, with a bright yuzu note that hits just right. • Melon Tango - bold and aromatic, with a punchy melon profile that stands out. Shoutout to Gabriel, who was warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to create a bespoke drink when we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday - such a thoughtful touch that made the night even more special. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or just in the mood for something new, Gibson offers a curated, comfortable escape in the heart of the city.

Spot-on drinks! I loved the ambiance and how friendly the staff was! This place is quiet, the music was not too loud! Perfect for a relaxing evening.

Really enjoyed the ambience and cocktails tonight. The staff saw that my partner and I were celebrating a special occasion and gave us some lovely cocktails on the house to end off the night. In the middle of our first drink, the staff came to ask whether we liked the drinks. The flavour profile of the cocktail on the house turned out to be a wonderful mesh of the flavour profile we both said we leaned towards. How very thoughtful! Thank you for a memorable evening!

Pretty decent. A bit quiet for my liking on a Friday from 6 to 9! The oysters taste ok but I like larger ones. Lobster roll is ok the bread is not firm on the outside and not soft enough on the inside. The gibson drink with gin base is pretty strong.
