"Would you like some coffee with your art? The illustrations on your cup and on their stand will have you forgetting what you came for – Giddy Up Coffee in Fortune Park puts a story behind your cuppa. Pop down and have the friendly Lee whip you up some of the finest coffee around. No, really – sourcing beans from Square Mile, Hasbean, Workshop and Extract Coffee, there’s much to choose from. Google
Great little independent coffee shop in Fortune Street park. Using Square Mile beans to serve a great flat white and latte. All takeaway but plenty of park seats to enjoy your coffee on a nice day. Sometimes baking fresh croissants

Google
Great coffee in a lovely setting just behind The Barbican. Enjoyed the freshly made filter coffee, and the chap behind the counter was very friendly too.

Chuck Taylor

Google
Great coffee, service and cash friendly. Much better than the overpriced Pret nearby.

Google
Good coffee but sadly the oat milk is by Minor Figures, which is not good oat milk.

Lewis

Google
Great service and lovely coffee, if your walking through the park, recommend trying it out.

Nice little coffee shop! We come to Fortune Street playground quite often with our daughter. This place serves the best Latte. They also serve babyccino with Oat milk as my daughter is allergic to Milk. She loves the sprinkles added on top!

Yelp
I know, it's yet another coffee cart in London, but hey, they're doing a good job! After my lunch-date with the Iskele-food stand at Whitecross Market, I strolled back to the office via Fortune Street Park...which is when I stumbled upon this coffee cart. The guys running the stall today were very friendly and although they wouldn't be able to offer a filter-coffee, they poured me a tasty Americano instead. Not much else to say about it, other than go check-it-out for yourself! PS: If you're the office bitch of the day and have to get coffee for everyone, they have a special treat for you: buy your colleagues coffee and get your own one for free!

Yelp
Post-roast on a Sunday afternoon, we were finishing up our desserts (and by 'dessert' I mean 'absurd cheese plate') and someone suggested that we grab a coffee. I'm not sure how our server got roped into the conversation, but he threw out the idea of rolling up Whitecross Street to 'Square Mile'. Naturally, I thought to myself, 'Self, there's a Square Mile coffee shop on Whitecross Market that I never knew about?! Shock and awe!' so I whipped out my phone and consulted the arbiter of all knowledge: my Yelp app. Nope. No go. No Square Mile that looked like anything remotely related to coffee in the results. Not to be deterred, we headed up that way, anyhow... knowing that Fix Coffee wasn't far if our sojourn turned up naught. And just as our server described, we came across a questionable alleyway just past the barber shop, which emptied out into a park with a very obviously labelled Giddy Up directly in front of us. A spunky lady served us some joe (which I recently learned in Edinburgh was a function of all the instant coffee provided to the forces on the front lines during the World War) and the stuff is potent. I mean... it looked like crude oil coming out of that espresso machine. And good thing, too - my soya latte was just the thing to offset horrible food coma. The bonus to this particular coffee shack (no, literally) is that there's park bench seating nearby, as well as the endless entertainment of children playing on playground equipment to keep you occupied. Sun, fun, and some good company with a steaming cup of coffee in hand - that's what Sundays are meant for.

Yelp
Giddy Up is my Saturday/Sunday morning salvation! With a pleasant little pop-up in Fortune Street Park (just off Whitecross Market) -- Giddy Up is at the ready for all your caffeinated needs. Especially useful while rollin' deep (a buggy, a pokey dog, a husband, sometimes a bag of groceries)...and you need a coffee. Not having to go inside one of the small shops is key. Plus these guys sling great stuff. Their Flat White is my favored go-to. If you are in the area, take a moment to pause in this cute patch of greenery, enjoy a coffee, sit on a bench and breathe. An

Yelp
Giddy Up Coffee - A quaint little coffee cart inside the Fortune Street Park. They now bake their own croissants and muffins too. Very friendly folks and really amazing coffee!

Yelp
My partner and I had this place on our list for quite some time. It is in the park adjacent to our home and seems to attract quite a crowd. As coffee drinkers, it appealed. We finally came by for breakfast one chilly November morning. I got a soya flat white and some toasted banana bread. My partner got the same but a soya cappuccino instead. The barista was friendly and suggested we get the homemade almond milk instead, which sounded lovely but for £1 extra we were not prepared to pay out. The price was pretty steep considering we were sitting outside and had a pretty tiny slice of banana bread. It was tasty, but not any better than the one I make at home. The coffee was just okay, the soya milk curdled by the time I finished it. At around £8.50 this was quite overpriced for mediocrity, a pity as it looks cute and is so close to our flat!

Yelp
Quite nice coffee. Would have given a higher score, but service and politeness of staff lets them down

Yelp
Giddy Up is a coffee cart concession located in the middle of beautiful Fortune Park, just off Whitecross Street. It's owned and operated by Lee Harte, who has plenty of quality experience, having previously worked at the old Pitch 42 in Whitecross St Market and Flat Cap coffee cart in Victoria, and this comes through crystal clear in both the quality of his coffee and the friendly service he offers. On any given day, you can find all sorts of people frequenting the cart, ranging from City professionals to local residents to little kids and older folk, all of whom are friendly and chatty. In addition to the coffee, sweet snacks such as home-made muffins and banana bread can be found here, as well as crumpets, and an assortment of spreads including jam, Marmite and peanut butter. Unusually, for a cart, Giddy Up also has toilet facilities. Should you find yourself in need of such facilities, simply ask whomever's at the cart for the key to the park toilet. Giddy Up uses Square Mile and Has Bean coffee beans, and occasionally has guest beans from other lands brought back by loyal customers. These guest stars are advertised on Giddy Up's Twitter feed (@GiddyUpCoffee). Giddy Up has just recently expanded, having opened up in Floripa (the old favela Chic, now under new management) Great Eastern Street. I have yet to go there, but having seen the care Lee has put into setting everything up and his attention to detail and quality, I have no doubt it will be just as good as the cart.

Yelp
This is my favorite coffee in London. My boyfriend introduced me to the coffee brand a few months ago and now there is rarely a day that goes by without me getting my fix either in the morning from the hatch on Bow Lane or after lunch in the park by Barbican. The guys who work there are all really friendly and happy to have a little chat. The coffee is rich in flavor and expertly brewed. It is a real pleasure to enjoy a coffee from here - it has become one of the highlights of my day.
