The best smoked bacon I have ever had!

Nathan Gifford makes the best bacon I've had in a long time. A little less salty than I possibly expected, very good base pork belly smoked perfectly:. The smokiness is present where it's easily tasted, but not overwhelming in the least. When bacon prices overall just kept rising, I joked for the same money I could eat Ribeyes for breakfast. This bacon made me shelve that idea!

Contractor Beware - We performed a service call to repair the electrical for the vacuum sealer machine (5/24/2024). Our crew left my business card and was told we would be contacted by email to make payment arrangements. No email, no call, no way we'll ever darken their doorway again. Would leave no stars if possible. Turned over to collections, good luck being disreputable, see where that gets you Mr. Gifford.

We made all the bacon labels and mailers, banners and signs for them to get them started. Promises to pay kept coming but never happened. Now the sold the business to another company and say they are no longer responsible for their bills. This is how they treat their suppliers. I am now writing off invoices as bad debt. Do not sell them anything. You will never h=get paid.

This Bacon is AMAZING! I always have to have a pound in my freezer for those days I start craving it. It is also the only bacon my 3 year old will eat and he is a picky eater if that tells you anything.

The owner is so nice and passionate about what he does. You can taste the passion in the bacon, sausage, pork chops, etc. Highly recommend!
