"Dill Pickle Kölsch - Tin Whiskers Brewery The world’s greatest beer to pair with a Bloody Mary. They don’t give that award out at the Fair, but they probably should. This is an easy-drinking beer infused with fresh dill and cucumber from the Saint Paul Farmers Market’ appropriately garnished with a dill pickle and a piece of Havarti dill cheese. Find it at Giggles’ Campfire Grill." - Terry Horstman

Had our all school reunion here in September. It was terrific! Out door venue, good food and very unique to be at the fair grounds when it is so quiet!

Had an ice-cold Grain Belt Premium tall boy can here during Back to the 50's car show. It hit the spot.

Superior place to get excellent foods and delicious craft beers. They make food and specialty sauces from scratch, serve smoked salmon and walleye, as well as tender pork. All around the best choice for quality fair food.

Amazing place! The line was long but they moved super fast! Friendly staff even with the long lines and hellish heat. Be sure to try the s'mores beer and walleye fries!

Disappointed I went to Giggles yesterday at the State Fair. Last year I had purchased their walleye sandwich and it was amazing. The walleye was bigger than the bun and delicious! I have been excited to go back this year. Yesterday I purchased a walleye sandwich for my son and I, the walleye was half the size and the price had gone up. I have been telling people all year what a great walleye sandwich you make and that you get your monies worth, sadly I don’t feel that way now.

They have a lot of unique options and you'd expect to have to wait with such long lines and the type of food they have, but they handed us our order maybe 30 seconds after we relayed it to the cashier! Very efficient, my parents had the elk burger and the walleye strips, they both said it was just okay. I had the raspberry cider which was awesome!
