Came from CT for the aquarium and stepped into one of the best pizza places I've ever had. The Vittoria is a mashed potato pizza with perfectly cooked steak tips and carmalized onions. Amazing pizza and the wings were very delicious very crispy and not overally saucy. Great service as well I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Hands-down the BEST place in town. Both owners regularly present to optimize customer service and food quality, fresh ingredients served in all dishes, beautiful presentation with everything on the menu, and excellent consistency across the board. Local competition is simply no match for Gigi's.

I heard about this place from the viral Thanksgiving pizza online….. didn’t get to try it may next fall but I finally got around the area to give it a try. the GG pizza was delicious I love the roasted garlic on it. It was sweet and spicy with the sauce and sausage, pepperoni, and the ricotta made it perfect It has a nice crust you can’t pick it up when it’s too hot or everything will fall off. Let it cool and sit a little bit for a small specialty pizza. This was $19. 😳

Got The Bird and a chicken Alfredo broccoli pizza. The Bird was worth the hype. So delicious. And the chicken Alfredo broccoli was also great. The broccoli was cooked all the way through, which isn’t always the case at other pizzerias. Staff was super friendly. My favorite thing was that the pizza reheated so well in the microwave the next day that it actually tasted just as good as when it was fresh. I think that’s rare when it comes to pizza. Highly recommend!

Ordered for the first time tonight. Had the Thanksgiving pizza. Not something I would normally gravitate to on a menu but recently saw it on a social media post and had to try it. Let me just say that I was not disappointed. This pizza was honestly AMAZING. The combination of toppings just worked. Prepared perfectly. Staff was friendly and the store front was inviting. Will definitely return for a traditional pizza now that I know. Would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this establishment. Well done!

The eggplant is delicious, the braided rolls was great, you just don't get these anymore, our pizza crust was perfect and delivery was very fast, less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough good things about Gigi's or recommend more highly.

Let me put you guys on to one of the best family-owned pizzerias in the Boston area. Gigi’s Pizza continues to impress not only myself, but all of my friends and family every time we step foot into the establishment. The employees are incredibly kind and helpful, and the owners are awe inspiring to each and every person that has the pleasure of meeting them. Hard work, dedication and passion prosper in every corner of this place. Any person can tell that those attributes bleed into everything they’ve made Gigi’s to be. One of the newest additions to their menu is the Spicy Tatter pizza. Mashed potatoes, bacon, jalapeños, and ranch all on one pie. Who would’ve thought to put all that on there? And it’s delicious! I don’t think any other pizza place could even come close to the creativity of Gigi’s, and one of the best parts is most of their creations are available for slices throughout the day. The Mac Daddy, Buffalo Blast, The Vittoria - definitely give them a try if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat during lunch! I’ve also included a picture of the Spicy Tatter so you all can bask in its glory. Gigi’s is truly a one of a kind pizzeria, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. In fact, I encourage you to please come in and experience them for yourselves! Fresh ingredients, cleanliness and hospitality are top notch. You won’t regret it.

One of the best in MA and the best in Watertown!!!! The pizza is amazing, the calzone is phenomenal and the subs are just magnificent! The team are so professional and nice and always on top of things - great to sit there and have a quick bite or take it home and enjoy it … overall 10/10 in everything and I stand by it!

This is my go-to pizza shop when I'm in the mood. I have never had a bad meal. My wife's favorite is the meatball parm calzone; crisp, never soggy, and full with toppings. I like a variety from the menu including the sandwiches and pizza

This is a great local, neighborhood pizza shop. Pretty good crust, and some good specialty pies like the angry Hawaiian!

A-tier foods with B-tier service- I'd definitely come here again for some of that fine dough and ingredients. Tasty!!!

Hidden gem. Best Greek style pizza in the area. Love how they use good quality ingredients! From the pizza to the subs and everything else. Can truly tell the differences in how they manage their shop compared to other pizza shops. Gigis cares!

Gigi's is the best pizza place! Family owned, you can tell they genuinely care about the customers and the quality of their food. Without fail, we always get a good meal--sandwiches, pizza, pasta, calzones and more. Try the calzone with chicken parm and ravioli in it...you won't be sorry!

This is our preferred pizza place. Whatever they do, it's correct. The pepperoni on the pizza are the kind that are seared up into cups instead of laying flat. Don't know what that style is but that's what I want. Calzone is also pretty good. Mozzarella sticks, good

Great eggplant parm. Not to greasy, crispy on a great roll! Next time will try spinach pie which looked delicious. Friendly staff.

Absolute WORST pizza I have ever ordered! The food was ICE COLD like it was just taken out of the fridge. There were barely any toppings on the pizza and when I picked up the slide the whole piece of toppings and cheese slid off leaving just dough and sauce and even then the inside of the pizza was cold. Staff is okay but they seem understaffed considering I had to wait nearly 2 hours for a small broccoli chicken Alfredo pizza. Overall scenery is a typical pizza shop. Nothing special. If I could give the food 0 stars I would. Worst pizza I've ever had. Ps the food was delivered inside a building not outside but thanks for the rude dm (:

Gigi's knows what they're doing over there. Fantastic subs, fantastic pizza, food quality is top notch. Alexi is a creative genius. He makes a Thanksgiving pizza called "The Bird"! (See Pic) Turkey, Stuffing, Gravy, and Cranberry sauce. Absolute must-try if you enjoy the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Also now offers a "Big Mac" pizza with Burger, Onion, Pickle, Thousand Island made in-house, and garnished with lettuce after it comes out of the oven. (See Pic) Phenomenal. I go there almost every day and would highly recommend doing so.

A hidden Gem!!! Small business on a corner but their food packs a punch with flavor and the generous proportions!! We have used delivery and pick up and no complaints with either. Food is always on time and fresh !!!!! The staff is amazing and always friendly. Highly recommend!!!!!

My Husband and Sons are very picky when it comes to Pizza. Since discovering Gigi's, they have become our go to! It's hard to find delivery that arrives perfect every time, and they nail it. The cheese pizza is super cheesy and flavorful. My Husband also raves about the roast beef sub. Wicked fresh roast beef, soft roll= 5 Stars. Also the staff is always friendly when we order. 5 Stars all around.

Alexi and his wife Amanda are awesome people and their food is outstanding. I'm never let down here. The portions are large as well.

Gigi's is my new go to spot. Everything I have tried has been spectacular. I recommend their Italian subs, Gigi's cutlet (they make their chicken cutlet in house) and their tuna is delicious. All served on a braided roll. They also sell a homemade baklava and spinach pie. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a local quality meal. You can not go wrong with anything from the menu.

The Gigi's Pizza was delicious -- highly recommend. We tried the chicken, broccoli, and garlic one too. The chicken is a little dry, but still very flavorful. We will probably try a different 2nd pizza in the future, but it was SO good. Best pizza we've had in a while! Love the crust.

Great food! Love the delivery service and the dressing for greek salads. They need to put an elastic or something on the containers for dressing they spill a-lot. Food is delicious. Baklava is also tasty

I saw a review saying the Tuna was good. Usually I go to D&A Pizza, but I decided to give Gigi a try. Their Tuna was EXCELLENT, they are now my new favorite!! I also had chicken parm, Italian, and The "Gigi" all excellent!! The Baklava and Moose Cake are unbelievable! I don't write many reviews, but this place is awesome!

I have never had a bad meal here. The GiGi cutlet is my go to, but their meatball sub with extra cheese is off the charts. Im super picky about meatballs, and Alexi knocks it out of the park every time. Always super welcoming when you walk in too.

I have tried the last 2 weekends on a Saturday and Friday night and am I'm glad I did. When I go to a local family run place I like to watch the staff working. Last night I was told 25 minutes for my order. I got there in 15 minutes to observe. The staff was working in unison like a well rehearsed team. In 25 minutes exactly my order was ready and the food was great, blt pizza chicken pesto panini . I'm a foody and love to try little places. You have a new regular customer

They close at 9pm. Tried to order online at 8:25 but once 8:30 rolled around my order was blocked. Called to order and was told 'cold subs only at this hour'. Seriously? If you don't want my full menu business after 8:30pm then please close at 8:30pm. I'll meet you half way and stop giving you my business altogether.

I ordered a Special gourmet pizza and asked for them to not overcook/burn the pizza. When I went to pick up my pizza, the cashier/owner (?) made sure to tell me that they took extra care in making my pizza. I was glad to see they cared enough to let me know. As I picked up my pizza box, I immediately noticed that it weighed like a ton of bricks. I've never picked up a pizza that felt that heavy before. It left a memorable impression on me. When I got home and opened the box, I noticed how big and generous the toppings were which explained why it was so heavy! I quickly ate two slices and tasted mainly the toppings, not really the cheese and the crust. I'm not too sure what kind of cheese is used? It seemed different and a friend of mine later mentioned that it's a different type of cheese used for Greek pizza. So, I decided to just eat the crust and found it quite delicious on it's own. Two slices later, I feel sick to my stomach. I ate too much. Normally, I can easily eat three slices of Italian style gourmet pizza. So, I thought this pizza was similar but it's definitely something very different. I prefer Italian style pizza which are a bit lighter. My daughter also found the pizza too filling and could barely finish one slice herself. I ended up freezing the rest of the pizza, and I've been slowly eating up one slice for lunches. It's two weeks later, and I still have two slices left to go! It's too rich and filling for me.

We LOVE Gigi's! Such a neighborhood gem..we order at least a couple times a month and have also used them for larger family gatherings (awesome panini and wrap platters + plenty of GF options). When we've called with special requests they've always been super nice and accommodating. Some of our favorites include the meatball calzone, Italian panini, crispy chicken BLT wrap, and the honey buffalo wings. I could go on, though-- there's so many solid items on their expansive menu!

This place has great pizza, fries, and salads! Highly recommend trying Gigis if you haven't!

Based on the all of the review I was really expecting amazing food but Gigi's fell flat for me. I called in my order and arrived on time. My BBQ chicken was ready but I had to wait another 10 minutes for my pizza. The staff behind the counter were really hustling to wait on customers and get the food out the door. If only the food was as good. The pizza was average. Which is ok but I drove past 3 other pizza shops to get here. The BBQ chicken was good. And the sweet potatoes fries had very little flavor, they almost tasted like regular fries. They were very busy so maybe it was just not to my taste.

The honey BBQ wrap was absolutely delicious. 9/10 only downfall is it was a little messy to eat but totally worth it. The BBQ sauce is scrumptious !

Best. Greek. Pizza. EVER!!! Seriously. The crust is delicious, not styrofoam-tasting like most Greek pizzas I have had in the past. Everything we have ordered off the menu has been great. For a place with such an extensive menu, that's saying something. I just ordered from here for the second time in as many days! I love their story as well...investing everything they have to open a pizza place during a pandemic....who does that?!?! They did. And it seems to have worked. I wish them continued success.

Amazing pizza and super friendly staff. It might just be me, but food always tastes better coming from nice people and GiGi's pizza is amazing (wings, sandwiches, burgers equally delicious!!) Huge menu, easy online or in person ordering, and have never been late with an order.

Customer service was great and truly one of the best subs i've ever had. The Chicken Kebab hot sub is a 10/10!

Love the place, staff great, always very happy with food and orders. Unfortunately last order was an Italian sub, was tasty, however, the amount of deli meat on it was substantially less, and cost of the sub is not coming down. Understand economy is in the tank, inflation is high, yet cutting back on ingredients with cost increase is not the answer. Will not be ordering subs anymore. Will continue with the pizzas unless they do the same.

Disgusting food. First time eating here and was trying to eat healthy. I ordered a spinach salad with a scoop of chicken salad on top. Well, got my order home and was surprised to find that the chicken salad was swimming in mayonnaise and extremely salty. I assume the tuna would be the same. I called Gigi's Pizza (a little hole in the wall that is situated on a not so busy street) to let them know there was way too much mayo on the chicken salad and it was so far from being healthy. It was just a heart attack just waiting to happen. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told by the manager that I was being disrespectful by criticizing the inferior food that I had received. WHAT????? I guess Gigi's can't take any negative feedback. OMG....never again will I eat here and you shouldn't either. If management treats you like crap then you can just imagine what their food is like. As far as I know this is the second eatery that was there. The first one called "Cugini's" failed and now I don't think Gigi's will last either.

Excellent sandwiches! My favorite is the Mambo Italiano, but everything I've tried has been excellent.

We've tried every pizza place between Waltham and Kendall Sq and Gigi's is the best - hands down. And don't even get me started on the wings. PRO TIP: Order the wings. Enjoy the perfection of the wings. And then pour the wing sauce all over your pizza and enjoy reaching Nirvana. FINALLY - an amazing pizza and wing spot with equally amazing service. Thank you, Gigi's! You guys are the best!

Welcome to the neighborhood. Well be back. The pizza was great, and you could tell the crust was fresh. For those who like super thin crust, it's not for you, but it's not super thick - a nice, balanced, airy and slightly bready crust. Good portions and balance of toppings. Great flavors. For reference we tried the Hawaiian and Greek. Spinach pie was pretty darn good. I do wish our slice was a little more balanced of spinach throughout - it was almost like a "cone" of Phyllo with little spinach at the tip and huge amount at the opening. Think tuna handroll - your first bite has almost too much tuna, and the last hardly any. Still absolutely delish though.

This spot is amazing! The customer service here is great and the food is even better! You won't find anything better in the area or surrounding towns, it's a must try! Quality is on point! Can't wait to get lunch there again for more reward points!

Not only they have the best salads, but hands down the best steak tip salad topping! If you haven't had a greek salad w/ steak tips (& caesar dressing) you are missing out! The marinate for their steak tips is absolutely delicious! Also great staff!

Around the neighborhood my go to choice for pizza is Pizza Roma and Max and Leo's. On a stormy night when I craved pizza, Gigi's popped up on my radar. I was wondering how come I never noticed this place just around the corner! Should I give it a shot? What if it's a miss? I had the Gigi special and Diablo and it blew me away. Thicker kind of crust and for me an end crust hater I devoured every single crumb. Both had the right amount of ingredient, great texture and flavor. I'll be back for more.

Everything was fantastic! Fresh and cooked perfectly. Only thing, maybe will ask for extra sauce with pasta next time. But really, that's a personal preference and all was great!

This place truly cares about their customers. There was a mistake with my order, but they were very apologetic and offered to make me a new pizza. The second pizza was outstanding. I am very impressed by this place and plan to return in the future. They have delicious food and their customer care is top notch.

This door is a 4.5 for salads and everything BUT pizza. Pizza is Greek pizza and NOT NY style. I will continue to order their salads (best chef in Boston) and calzones etc. go elsewhere for pizza.
