If you book room make sure you add all guest upon booking if not its an extra 50 per person. NO REFUNDS not even with time in advanced. Tons for rules with a $500 fine if any rules are broken. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you still wish to book read all the rules call and ask all the questions concerns ect. And upon arrival take pictures and videos of anything you might find out of place or damage, count all the amendments provided(to avoid $500 fee). Furthermore please bring your own the size of the bar of soap itself is embarrassing its literally the size of a single piece of chocolate bar just like one little cube…||Front office staff 2 young ladies are just a little careless/ lost in space but kind.||The rooms upstairs are definitely not accessible for special needs such as wheelchairs or strollers(no elevators)||The price for the stay here is not at all worth it this will be our first and last time staying here thank you but no thank you.||Not being able to make small meal in my room for my infant was not at all convenient. Also tons of mosquitoes and no type of fumigations or candles ect to attempt to keep them away from guests and their own employees (smh). No actual ramp or docks reservations its first come first serve as well as not real assisted area for trailer parking. Just about every female bartender and waitress is super kind with the exception of one but as for the male employees (bar backs and the security) are all rude and they flat out ignore you or treat you like a peasant instead of a guest. Frozen cocktails are not great. Key lime pie is ok. Don’t you dare even enter the public restroom i dont think it ever gets cleaned raked of urine and half missing walls on bar sheet rock. Over all i dont know who runs this place but they really need to do better they are getting there ass handed to them by many other bars are hotels & motels around then to not even mention in the state it’s self!

My friends and I took a boat down to Gilberts and rentes rooms for the night. We had such a great night. Yoli at the front desk was such a delight. So sweet, nice, and very helpful. Loved our king size room with a waterpolo view. There was a great band playing that night, Sailor Ripley. We had so much fun at the bar. Our server was wonderful as well. Will definitely be going back!

Our server, Igor was the best. He did a phenomenal job, taking care of us. Making sure that we always had a drink provided water and towels. This was our first time here it’s definitely a place to come and enjoy and relax. The receptionist Yoli was so polite and super helpful when we checked in this is our first time here we are definitely coming here again. Our sister trip getaway was definitely amazing.. services top notch

I rode down to this spot on a group motorcycle ride and boy was it worth it! Beautiful water views. Plenty of seating and two bars. There was also live music playing on a stage which was great! Service was excellent with as busy as it was that day. I ordered a burger which was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! The whole vibe of this joint was amazing! I met a few cool people with the short amount of time I was there. I'm definitely coming back and highly recommend it if you're looking for a cool laid back spot by the water.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere here! After an amazing ride with the group, Gilbert’s Resort was the perfect place to relax. Great vibe, friendly staff, awesome food, and the view of the water is simply incredible. You feel the real spirit of the Keys here — relaxed, welcoming, and full of life. Perfect stop for bikers and travelers alike. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

I visited Gilbert’s this past Saturday and rented two cabanas. Egor was our server, and he delivered outstanding service from start to finish. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly elevated our experience. Highly recommend!

The location of Gilbert’s Resort is stunning! Located at the beginning of Key Largo right next to the overseas highway. The rooms were simple but very need and nice beds. Unfortunately the food took a bit long in the tiki bar. Overall it was a really nice location for a one night stay. But I guess people can enjoy it even longer.

First time visiting Gilbert’s. My family and I had an amazing time. The resort is very well kept with what appears to be great renovations on the way. We shared great appetizers with friends. The service was on point, with amazing service from our server Igor ! The General Manager Carlos, even took the time to speak to us to ensure our visit met our expectations. I will definitely be back with no further need to go deeper into the Key’s to look for great food and a great time.
