The production of your coffee – from roast to brew – is what’s important for the folks at this Ithacan coffee roaster (although, many of us breathe a sigh of relief to know we can find Gimme! In Manhattan and Brooklyn as well.) And its why, undoubtedly, they were named Roaster of the Year in 2013. You can find Gimme! Locations scattered around Ithaca – or other establishments serving Gimme! but our personal favorite spot is located on Cayuga Street, by the creek, and a perfect spot to sit, with your cappuccino for as long as you dare. Great ambiance, perfectly pulled shots, and some latte art to top it off. And, don’t miss the baked goods if you're hungry and their plentiful tea selection." - St. John Design Group
