Fantastic Place! A must visit and definitely going to be one of my “go to” spots for delicious meals! The portions are huge and decent prices. Gina’s is definitely HIGHLY recommended. We had ordered, the kalbi, bbq chicken, bbq beef , and meat jun. The meals comes with 4 sides and was freshly made kimchi, bean sprouts, japchae, and ojingeochae! Sophie and Robert were very friendly staff and provided awesome recommendations to try on the next visit. Please support this local restaurant if you find yourself in Kapolei. Thank you!

If you’re looking for quantity over quality, this is your place. It’s not bad, but definitely not the best I’ve had. The potato croquettes were pretty good and fresh.

We had Gina’s Korean BBQ several years ago while visiting family in Hawaii and loved it. Back again in 2024 and still awesome. We got the family pack, vegetables, and kimchi fried rice. So delicious! If heaven doesn’t have awesome food like this, I don’t want to go there! 🙏🏻

Google
Ordered spicy chicken plate and came out in three minutes. Def not fresh cooked and chicken was dry. Small servings on the side dishes. Overall taste is decent but not worth the price for the quality and quantity. Been a Gina’s fan since high school but sadly won’t be coming back given the options around.

Google
The worst meat jun I've ever had. Uneven batter, bland meat, falling off batter and meat. Also, the red watery sauce ain't right. Kalbi and spicy pork was good though. I don't see japchae as a side anymore. 😕 Food came out so fast. I guess they heat it up and serve.

Google
Great spot for Korean food. Love the food, atmosphere and service. The food tastes great and they give you a lot. I ordered Gina's special and man I love my plate and it was so worth The price. I felt like it was a 5 lb plate. Kalbi ribs so good!!! Side dishes were great too... seaweed, bean sprouts, choi sum, and taegu!! Yummy. Definitely check these guys out for great Korean food!! Support them you guys ...great food!!

Google
Very popular local Korean bbq takeout place at the same shopping complex as cafe kaila’s. Best to call in for order if you plan to get their food during peak time. Food is really good in general but the fried mandoo and spring rolls are not very exciting to eat. It’s really hard and tasteless. Generous servings of everything. Regular size plate can easily feed two people

Google
Great spot for takeout Korean barbecue. No tables or waiters, just a counter to place your order and a bar for sides. But who needs all that overhead when you just want really good food for takeout! The food prep is fast and the staff is friendly.

Yelp
Gina's B-B-Q is known for their delicious Korean plate lunches. This is a no-frills eatery that gives hole-in-the-wall vibes all about hearty portions and local flavors. There's not really a place for you to eat inside the restaurant so plan ahead on where you'll want to eat. Parking: Gina's is in a shopping center so there is free parking. However, it's a busy plaza so it could be difficult to find a spot. The Special: Comes with kalbi, bulgogi, BBQ chicken, and spring rolls. This is a great all around pick if you're coming in to try. I found everything to be flavorful and delicious, however, nothing special. I liked that the sides are a departure from the typical plate lunches and you have some Korean options to spice it up. They were all good. Service: The staff was friendly, though it's more of a grab-and-go spot. Don't expect anything fancy, but the food comes out quickly hot. Gina's B-B-Q delivers on classic Korean comfort food with great portions and flavor. While the sides could be slightly better, it's a satisfying spot for a casual, filling meal. Definitely worth a stop if you're craving Korean plate lunch.

Yelp
Used to be a neighborhood gem/a "go to" for great Korean food. Not sure what's going on . . . Ordered Chicken Katsu, to say it was over cooked, would not give the true essence of how OVER cooked it was. Closer to burnt. Extremely hard, chicken didn't even resemble chicken, more like chicken jerky. From the looks of it, it seems as if they "pre-fry" the Katsu, then fry it again when the order is placed. But in my case, it looks as if it might have been a 3rd or 4th fry. Would recommend Honu's down the street on Kapahulu. Although, Gina's Ban Chan is very delicious and can't be beat, happy to see that hasn't changed. I don't think I'll be going back!!! If I do, I will NOT order anything deep fried!!!

Yelp
I love picking up food from Gina's whenever I'm in the area. Their spicy bbq ika is my favorite and I love the kimchi radish and taegu banchans! My most recent visit, they didn't cut the ika up like they usually do so I asked nicely and they said okay for this time. Weird. When I got home, their ika tasted different. Much more tough to eat. My teeth are sensitive and their ika is usually always tender so I thought maybe just a bad day. Then I heard that they changed owners... so that explains a lot. Next time I might not get the ika... I'll try something else :)

Charity L.

Yelp
New owners! Flavor for the most part seems the same. However, the chicken katsu I got last time was over cooked and a little dry. Besides that everything else was tasty. Got a 3 item combo plate. It was about $30 which does sound crazy for one plate but it was able to feed me three meals. Tip* get no rice and get an extra choice of vegetables instead!

Yelp
Gina's in Market City Shopping Center used to be our go to bc it was affordable and food quantity and quality was 10/10. We no longer live in town, but decided to do take out for dinner after a long day at the beach. Ordered a small tray of BBQ and two pieces (side order) of meat Jun costing us $62.31 the small tray only had 8 pieces of bbq chicken and it wasn't even seasoned well like bbq chicken should normally taste. The meat Jun was dry and the actual meat was so thin. Egg batter was too hard and not tasty either. Sad to say l, but our favorite after beach take out place went down hill. Don't think we'll come back any time soon.

Yelp
The OG of Korean BBQ... I've been coming here to Gina's for years as this Market City Shopping Center location is so convenient with lots of free parking that can get crowded during peak times but will always be a great convenience and appreciated. It's been quite awhile though since my last visit as it's always been quite busy with room filled with hungry patrons and what I truly love is getting to choose your barchan sides versus the pre-determined that some other places does. It's been awhile because of some of the protein mainly chicken had been awfully overcooked to a point that's inedible too hard like it's been sitting too long after it's cooked and it happened on numerous occasions. So much so that even on this visit it took me awhile to decide if I should try it again or a different direction. Yook Gas Jang it was for me since it does come with barchan as well and passed on the rice so that I'm able to get and extra choice making it total of five...daikon kimchee, Taegu, seaweed, and two japchae and all are yummy as ever though they were missing macaroni salad which then was told Costco was sold out lol! Okay well my order was made and packed securely on a box with masking tape and was excited to take home this comfort soup. Not a huge green onion fan but didn't want to mess with it all and ordered just as is was hugely disappointed how little nothing there was in there I understand the inflation though this was the saddest portion I've ever seen not that the barchan should make up for the lack of items in my soup where I know what the usual should be...taste was okay not that super flavorful which was disappointing and hoping that this would make my exhausted day filled with a comfort moment. Thank you!

Yelp
Gina's was always a go to when we had work luncheons so when we needed to cater food we decided to order from their catering menu. Ordering for a large party was really easy. Originally when I called to inquire they said to let them know at least a day or two in advance. Tip: double check the pricing as the online menu has not been updated. You can select from their different set menus that consists of different types of proteins, rice, banchans, bibim kooksoo, and more. We ordered Set B which came with meat jun, bbq beef, kalbi, chicken wings, bbq chicken, egg rolls, bibim kooksoo, banchans, and rice. The portions were HUGE that for a party of 20 everyone could take leftovers. They definitely don't skimp on their portions. I was shocked especially how generous they were with the protein. Everyone was satisfied and happy. Overall the food was great. We definitely will order again for catering!

Angel H.

Yelp
I haven't been here in a while, so I wanted to update my review. I got the a+b combo. You get to pick from a list to create your own plate. I got the fried chicken wings plus fried oysters combo $20.49. The plate had four pieces each of oysters and wings. The plate came with white rice and four sides. I usually do shoyu potatoes at these Korean places, but Gina's doesn't offer that. For my banchan I got taegu, corn, choy sum and kim chee. It also came with two small pieces of veggie spring rolls. While the food was still good, my wings were burnt. Talk about being charred, lol. I'll chalk it up to them having a bad day as the food is usually really good.

Yelp
The food here is delicious! This is by far my favorite spot to pick up BBQ for dinner. Their workers are so lovely and always have a positive attitude. The ambiance is nice, small, and there are no seats or tables to dine-in; and that is totally fine with me! I consider Gina's BBQ as a hidden gem!

Nui H.

Yelp
Came into grab dinner with my girlfriend. I knew this is a great spot I have come before and had the Ika. This time I got barbecue chicken and meet jun. My girlfriend got the sweet-and-sour shrimp. Both our plates were Ono. I grinded mine so quick. I forgot to take a picture. I like how they give you four sides. The shopping mall that it's in has a discount Asian store that my girlfriend and I grab some snacks and drinks from while we waited for our food. Definitely worth checking out if you're gonna grab takeout.

Larraine K.

Yelp
Bought several kal bi plate lunches from Gina's a few days ago. The kal bi was so tough, I could barely cut it with a knife. I have gotten food from there before but it this time the food was terrible. I hope the food improves. Pono

Keola K.

Yelp
Gina's is my hand's down favorite spot for Spicy Pork. The flavor is so rich, Korean sweet, with a slight kick of heat! Personally it's how I like it.....with some FAT, haha so it may not be everyone's cup of tea. They serve it in a foil pouch that keeps all the sauce and meaty juices contained so I can top it all over my rice. Delicious! Again that leans to sauce having oils from the fat, which may not be to everyone's cup of coffee.....that's ok I don't like coffee anyhow haha. I've been coming here since we back in Highschool in the late 90's. Almost always, if I am on the Kapaku Lu side around dinner time, it ends up being a Gina's stop for food. The inside may not be the most aesthetic.....as it''s now just the serving counter with a bunch of boxes for take out. However their food is ON-POINT! I also love their garlic chicken, it's not super crunchy but it's super flavorful. Next stop Gina's, next time I am in Kapahulu for food :-).

Yelp
What happened to Gina's?? I know I've been off island for 6, 7 years, but there have definitely been changes here. First off: Gina (if that lady who was always out front of here) is gone? And the other Korean man (son? Husband?) Replaced by a very young man, young woman, and other people I do not recognize. Second: I should've been suspicious when I walked in around 2 pm and it was dead. I ordered a combo meat jun and chicken plate. $20. Oof. A few dollars more than Pearls, but it was close to home, so convenience fee. The food literally took less than 5 minutes, and I already knew something was up. Also, you could tell upon opening the plate: the meat jun was so so dry and rubbery, made worse as it was pre-cut. Def sitting under a heat lamp as I ate one. The bbq chicken, while better, was also dry, old. The only saving grace was the banchan, probably the only fresh thing. The combo also came with 2 random spring rolls which were so rubbery and cold that it buckled under when I bit jt and took multiple sawing attempts by my teeth to get through... Good thing I have a good set of teeth. Again, you could tell it was pre-cooked and just chilling under a lamp, waiting to find a home in someone, anyone's plate. The place also had no place to sit and eat, as boxes filled the tables and lined the windows. I think Gina's was always like this but not as bad? All in all: the girl working the front was nice enough, but For the amount you pay and for what you get, go somewhere else. I do hope they shape up soon like they were in their prime. They def have the notoriety as a good mom and pop place to stay open. A shame, really.

Richard K.

Yelp
I got take out from Gina's last week and I have to say the quality has gone downhill drastically. The meat (bbq chicken and kalbi) had zero flavor. And I mean zero. It was like they grilled the meat straight from the package, no seasoning. I was very disappointed and embarrassed as I was feeding out of town guests. I wouldn't recommend. Only reason they get 2 stars is the banchan is still good.

Gabriel P.

Yelp
Upon entering the restaurant, I was amazed at the number of customers wanting. Was this an indication that the food is excellent? I was number 4 in line to order. There were six customers waiting for their orders. Ordering was fast, and the gentleman who took my order friendly and answered a question I had. Gina's is similar to other Korean restaurants, where you pick your starch and banchan. I ordered a two choice combo. Meat Jun and BBQ Chicken. The Meat Jun had a thick egg coating. I prefer thin and light. Taste wise, not much to it. The BBQ Chicken had a good taste but was dry. I enjoyed the banchan more than the entrees. My ratings Service ***** Meat Jun ** BBQ Chicken *** Banchan **** Enjoy

Tori L.

Yelp
2.5 Stars. Haven't been here in a while so we decided to give them a try again. Kimchee fried wasn't great but meat jun was decent. I just wish they switch the sauce to sweet/marinated soy sauce instead of this sweet sour sauce. Sauce was not great so meat jun alone was too dry. 4 items for over $80 was not worth it since we couldn't finish it. The lady was nice & the portion size was very generous.

Akemi O.

Yelp
Wish I checked the reviews before ordering...but Gina's was legit before. Choke food, good prices and ono. I guess new owners so changes... Combo - kalbi super thin and dry, chicken dry, beef okay. Spring rolls soggy, but was probably steaming in the container. Meat Jun - terrible. I ate 1 piece and that was it. Super thin meat and very cornstarchy. Fish Jun - this was cooked well, and more eggy batter than the meat jun. The banchan was delish. Little on the salty side, but I'm okay with that. And they give lots. Rice was good also...not dry and not mochi. If we go back, it's vegetarian and/or fish jun only.

Judy C.

Yelp
Best place ever!! This is definitely one of my favorite places to go to! I got Gina's special and it was about $21.99 and it comes with 2 kalbi, 2 small egg rolls, rice, bbq chicken and beef. You also get a choice of four sides and they really pack it in. I'm so happy they have Taegu as a side option, since most of the places I've been to, don't offer that. Their kalbi was very delicious (slightly on the chewy side, but I honestly don't mind at all), chicken is juicy and beef has a nice texture and lovely aroma. I'm definitely coming back especially with Taegu as a side dish. On a side note, parking was a nightmare....but worth it!! Will be back again!!

Nandi B.

Yelp
One of the few places with taegu nowadays. Amazing Yuk Gae Jang soup with generous portions of sides.

Deborah P.

Yelp
Well what can I say about this Korean fast food take out. We were doing errands this morning and on the way going home my husband said you like try Gina's. I said long time ago one of my working friend brought their Korean fried chicken. It was good. Today the food was OK. The meat jun was on the bland side and their BBQ chicken was hard. I told my husband that's why they pack hot sauce to pour on the food. The only thing was good was their banchan. I love Korean banchan. Just give me that and rice and I'm a happy camper. It was busy today at 11:00am lots of takeout outs and must be a catering affair they did too.

Krazy B.

Yelp
I ordered their garlic chicken on doordash and I was expecting big pieces considering it was $28 but I ended up with small pieces instead....it was also pretty chewy.

My My N.

Yelp
Made a quick pit stop for lunch and we got mini bbq chicken plate and mini meat jun plate ($12.99). Mini plates comes with 2 choices of veggies vs regular is 4 choices. Prices is a lot different from what I remembered so was a little sticker shock. I remember seeing the aunties behind the counter. Miss those days. Been a long time since I've stopped by here. Mini price but plate looks like regular plate filling, it was way more than enough for me.

Reggie D.

Yelp
As a loooooong time Gina's customer (since 1992- college days), I have fond memories and was known as a regular there. When visiting last week I was prepared to be greeted with the same smiles as before, but new people were behind the counter. I asked- new owners? They said yes- I was shocked- a bit saddened- and got very skeptical of this new crew! I ordered my regular meat jun plate no rice- and was pleased to hear- ok 5 choices - I ordered my same - cabbage, 2x Choy sum, Mac salad, and daikon- wow! Portions were LARGE! My wife ordered her regular - chicken katsu- Taste- drum roll....... Ono!!! Glad to see I can still enjoy Ginas for another 30 years!! To my friends at the original Gina's! Thank you for your kindness, your ono food, and for the extra vegetables on occasion. All the best!! Alooooohhhaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Kian A.

Yelp
FYI: If you want the real "Original Gina's BBQ" you have to go to Gina's Kapolei. Gina's son runs the place and has maintained the excellent quality and customer service of the original location. The Market City Location is run by different people, which is why it isn't as good as it used to be.

Robert H.

Yelp
I've been eating meat jun at Gina's for 30 years. Today I had, by far, the worst meat Jun I've ever had in my life. I am not sure if it has something to do with the egg shortage, but it tastes like it's made with cornstarch, or else had more flour than egg. The outside was hard and grainy. RIP Gina's. You can find me at Mama Woo's.

Laiku L.

Yelp
Before the actual close time. False advertisement.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unhelpful. Didn't allow us to come in even though it was busy hours.

Michelle C.

Yelp
My go to spot for a quick take out dinner. I probably order here every couple of months. My go to order is the mini family pack that I just share with my husband. We usually can eat it for 3 meals which is worth the price. It says that it's usually for 2-3 people. The mini family pack has chicken, meat jun, bbq beef, kalbi, mandoo, 4 veggie choices and rice. We always opt for no rice and 5 veggies. My favorite veggies are the noodles, cabbage and bean sprouts. We always order ahead and it's usually ready 20 mins after I call it in. It seems like they are always busy when I go in to pick up my order. There's no seating inside so you just gotta pick it up and go. Going to have a party soon so I'll probably order a couple of the family packs for it.

Edward M.

Yelp
GINA'S HAS REALLY GONE DOWN HILL !!! The kalbi was really tough and bland. The bbq chicken was even worse ... in fact it almost looked like it didn't spend much time on the grill. Hardly any grill marks and a lot of it was still white. The veges were pretty good though. I guess. One star for the kalbi and chicken ... three stars for the veges and rice. Will check back in a few months to see if the food has improved.

Leslie N.

Yelp
I'm so glad I found this place! If you want delicious and authentic Korean food, you must try this place. You will not be disappointed! The restaurant, service and food was fantastic! Everything is freshly prepared!

Mimi L.

Yelp
Embarrassed to admit this but.......we've been going to this amazing Korean BBQ take out place for about 20+ years. And only this evening thought to post a review. Their food is consistently yummy, fresh and authentic. They are overly generous with all portions. Honestly, it's ridiculous how plentiful their plates are. If you are looking for fresh, tasty Korean bbq that is simple and perfect, come to this special hidden gem.

Gabriel G.

Yelp
Gina's used to be the go to spot for good Korean food with portions that was worth the price. Its meat jun used to be the best around for its thickness, flavor and you'd have two slabs. Now the price has slowly gone up while the portions have gone down and the meat jun is no different than any other Korean spot where the meat is just thin hot pot slices with breading. #bringAuntyginaback

Kayiona G.

Yelp
SERVINGS ARE HUGE FOR THE CHEAP PRICE. There are so many meat options on the menu and I ordered a plate, which came with four sides. This place is located a little bit out of Waikki. The ladies were super sweet and efficient. This place was one of my favorites when I visited Hawaii. I highly recommend coming here for delicious korean food.

Dayne M.

Yelp
Not sure what happened to the meat jun here. Was dry rubber like made days prior. No could even eat threw um away. The rest was still good like was before.

Darlene P.

Yelp
It seems to be under new management. Very sad as the old Gina's food was always consistent and plentiful! I ordered a regular bbq chicken plate. Got 2 chicken thighs and a bunch of small broken pieces. Wow! Really!! And it was dry! Like it was made hours ago and warmed up! The seafood soup was so salty it was inedible! I had to add more than half water and it was still salty. It was like they just dumped a tablespoon of MSG in the container. So sad! We won't be going there again. I hope the old ladies are enjoying their retirement! They deserve it! Too bad they replaced it with sub par korean food!! Don't think they'll be around too long serving that kind of food!!

Kristen W.

Yelp
Highly recommend if you're craving kalbi! The meat was seasoned and cooked very well. The large kalbi plate came with three pieces of meat and each piece was a fat/full one. It also came with 2 scoops of rice and 4 sides for vegetables. For the sides we got radish kimchi, some kind of seaweed salad, and 2 scoops of mac salad. The mac salad was okay. Service is fast and efficient. It is definitely more mom and pop. There's no tables to eat at but there are stools for you while you wait. Parking is easy with a decent sized lot. This will be our go to spot the next time we're in Honolulu.

Lili Y.

Yelp
My best Friend and always Enjoy eating at Gina's! Good Food! Friendly Service and fast waited less then 10mins two Thumbs up!

Sarah D.

Yelp
Gina's BBQ used to be one of my favorite take-out restaurants. However, I was truly disappointed today. Got bibim kook soo, chicken katsu, side meat jun, and take-out container of side dishes ($15). The bibim kook soo was still yummy, but the meat jun and the chicken katsu were very dry and almost no flavor. And they even changed the sauce for meat jun. Taegu and jap chae weren't as good as before. I don't think I will go back anymore.

James P.

Yelp
K-Food from Gina's is always a hit at family dinners. Ordered ahead through their way to order app and set out pick up time for later in the day. Arrived a few minutes early knowing that they're always busy and in no time we had received our order. Going back? Definitely!!

Sarah S.

Yelp
Friendly, efficient, this 32 year old business remains a favorite go to take out place for Korean food. There is also a small counter where you can sit and eat. Good for both individual plates or family packs that feed 2-3 people for $38 or 4-6 for $74. Covnenient for when you need to feed a group and don't want to cook. I was surprised to see they even have ginseng chicken soup perfect for when you're under the weather!

Arial P.

Yelp
Gina's is the best hands down. My favorite go to spot for meat jun always and their portions are amazing! The mini will fill you up and the regular will be either another meal or you can share (only if you want to). The banchan choices are so tasty and can't go wrong with any choice. Gina's is a Kaimuki staple and you can't go wrong with any choice.

Alvin A.

Yelp
Gina's B-B-Q has been one of my favorite Korean BBQ restaurants. Kaimuki isn't my neighborhood, but when I use to be a college student, me and my roommates use to take out from here all the time! One of my fondest memories was when I turned "The Legal Age" they surprised me with a lunch back at our dorms with food catered by Gina's! A few weeks ago, I called in my order and once I arrived, my plates were ready for pick up! I think this has been over two decades or maybe three generations of family business, I know there's a couple dozen other Korean BBQ's around town, but the recipe and ingredients are pretty distinct here. Get the Gina's Special! Located at Market City Shopping Center with plenty ample parking, and it's quick access to and from H-1 Freeway!

Solomon K.

Yelp
Ambiance: really simple and small shop location, essentially only doing takeout orders. There's a lot of deconstructed boxes and packaging inside and a simple counter for you to order and take out your food. The ladies working the front are nice and genuine and will hook you up from time to time . Food: one word: amazing. Oahu is amazing because there's such wide variety of cuisine with Asian food being its forte. This Korean-Hawaiian establishment was one of our favorite places to eat during our trip and will always make sure to stop by on return visits. The kalbi here is well marinated and grilled to perfect temperature. The meat jun (essentially a savory beef pancake for simplicity sake) is so flavorful and has a good ratio of meat to breading. The perfect bite consists of all the above plus a little kimchi on the side...still thinking about it. Honestly can't go wrong with this entire menu. Some of the best meat Jun on the island ! Worth it factor: 10/10. Would probably go here everyday if I lived in Oahu.

Miko S.

Yelp
Just had a bad experience with them. I placed a large order for pick up using their website (www.ginasbbq.com) information. Set D was (and still is) advertised as $14 a person, but when I paid in person, they charged me $16 a head. Since my order was for 31 orders, I was shocked at the total for being so off and that's when I noticed the discrepancy. I asked them to honor their advertsed price, but Andy wouldn't. I told him they can't advertise a price and confirm the advanced order and then change it the day of. He still disagreed and would not honor the difference. If this was for a personal event, I would just leave this be, but this was for a professional event where a set price was agreed to. If we knew about the actual price, we could have explored other options within what was budgeted. It's really disappointing because I've been a loyal customer since I was a child and always catered with them for many events. I miss the original Gina's (food and service).

T G.

Yelp
My kids used to eat here when they were in college. I was very disappointed with the kalbi (grizzle & bones) and the price $47, instead of the $15 I expected. They made a sale, but lost a customer.

David K.

Yelp
What a disappointment. Should have known when it was lunch time and only 1 person there. They have really gone downhill. Food came out in 5 mins so immediately i knew it wasnt fresh. Chicken was bland burnt and dry. Bulgogi was dry as cardboard and not marinated at all. Kalbi was ok. Everything was precooked and slapped together. Mac salad was really bland and just taste of mayo. I remember it being packed and waiting for freshly cooked food back in the day. So sad. Wasnt cheap either.

Sharon M.

Yelp
I use to love coming here years and year ago but haven't been her in a very long time. We were looking for a lunch spot and decided on Gina's. Other than there being no sitting room, it was just like before. Gina was still there taking orders along with her Sister which we thought was awesome! The prices have gone up but expected over time since it's been about 14 years. This use to be one of our go to spots for Korean BBQ. We ordered: 1. BBQ Chicken - Not bad but slightly on the dry side. Still had a good flavor but a bit dry. 2. Spicy Ckicken Wings - Looked as though they would be spicy but they were not spicy at all. The flavor was a bit sweet and spicy witj just enough spice. 3. Gina's Special - (BBQ Chicken, Kalbi, & Bulgogi) The Kalbi was delicious, but the chicken was a bit dry and the BBQ beef was very dry. I was a little sad about it because I was so excited to have Gina's for lunch. The vegetables on the other hand were really yummy and love that they have teagu. I would definelty come back for another try and maybe even try the Kapolei location which she said just opened up in June of this year.

Yelp
The Korean lady was extremely nice, but that was about it! Last week I tried their BBQ chicken and was so DRY!! Today I tried the bulgogi and it had no flavor. And the Mac salad is just mayonnaise.

Yelp
We tried ginas special and it was delicious. As visitors, we consider this was the most cost effective yummy meal in the area. Fast service with friendly staff. A small but mighty food joint to make your tummy happy.

Yelp
Really arguably might be the best late lunch green barbecue on the island. Please don't throw any rocks at me, but I think the kalbi and all the sides are really good. You really can't go wrong with this place in the service is pretty fast. It only seats about five people but most people get it to go and eat it on the beach. Get the combination a and skip the rice if you want a lot more veggies
