The cheese pizza is fantastic! Everything of fresh and handmade. Great thin crisp crust with a flavorful sauce. Their garlic rolls are amazing also!

First time visiting. We ordered Joey's lasagna pizza. I have never tasted anything so delicious! Absolutely amazing pizza! Will definitely be eating here a lot! Super friendly staff and the service was great!

It hasn't been the same since Gina sold the restaurant. Half the time the pizza is limp, slices are smaller, and now they serve room temperature pizza for lunch. Update: Have been back a couple times in the past month, they are no longer serving cold pizza and the quality control seems to be back! Much better!

I purchased the Zita lunch entree and 1) the noodle was not a Zita noodle 2) the sauce was a weakened tomato soup. There are 10 people working for an empty restaurant. Spread your $$ on better ingredients and less on staff.

Gina's is always a treat. Superb Italian cuisine and pizza. Todays trip satisfied a craving for chicken parm. Pro tip: don't leave without trying the garlic knots!

SerpAPI
Very good pizza, full of meat, crust wasn’t too thick or too thin, pizza pie cooked in the middle, great flavor! Meatball sub was very good, fries were cooked like they should be, we will be back! We enjoyed the food very much!

Great Italian food from a family-owned storefront location. The pizza is fantastic, with a great, foldable NY crust, and all the entrees are both delicious and generously portioned.

I just recently discovered Gina’s and I haven’t had a bad meal yet. I order their Traditional wings with medium heat every time because they are so good! Today I had the Joey’s Lasagna pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Also the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Yelp
We ate here this week after not coming in a while. We were disappointed that, unlike our other visits where we seated ourselves and were waited on at our table, we had to get our own menus at the counter then go back up and place our order. For almost $100 for 3 meals with soft drinks, I expect better service. The food was only mediocre, so we pr will not be back.

Yelp
Gina's Pizza in Franklin, TN, is a gem for those seeking a fantastic family-friendly dining experience. This local business exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for family outings. The menu boasts a wide variety of delicious options, from classic pepperoni to gourmet specialties, ensuring there's something for everyone. Yelp
The people are nice, the place is cozy, and the food came out immediately. However, the pizza is decidedly average - thus the average rating. Really, it's ok. Maybe I'm expecting too much for a $30 large supreme pizza. The crust is good- but Blaze is better. And so is Lou Manettis in Chicago. There is very little sauce, and the toppings, while fresh, migrated to the middle. There's a full 1 1/2 inches of dough at the edge, and not a lot of taste in the dough. This place can be fantastic. Need a new dough recipe. Need a really bold sauce. Need premium pepperoni. Need more care in the construction The sausage, veggies and people are all good.

Yelp
Reluctant to share this bad experience. Saturday night we ordered a simple marghareta pizza. That's it. We waited 45 minutes. Customers came and left with carry out orders. Other customers came in and had their pizzas delivered to their tables. I asked one of the servers if they forgot the order, or perhaps had to remake the pie, but they seemed a bit lost and couldn't explain the delay. After 45 minutes we left hungry without the food. That's fine; willing to give a business a break, everyone has a bad day from time to time, but charging me for the food they did not bring to the table and charging me a service tip for service not rendered is an ethical misstep. Sadly, we will not be returning. I hope the new owner figures it out and doesn't repeat this mistake with others.

Amanda B.

Yelp
It was ok... I had the Margherita pizzia and they did not put basil on it... why? Who does that? I question the chef at this place may not know what they are doing...

Kristin O.

Yelp
We've been visiting Gina's nearly every Wednesday for the last two years and there just isn't any better pizza in town. It's a personal, family owned experience and we love sitting outside. You have to make Gina's your go-to for pizza!

Judy H.

Yelp
The cashier was slower than cold molasses and inept at his job. The cost of a 12" pizza, salad and glass of wine was $53 and just ordinary. Better ambience at Kroger. The only reason I gave it two stars and not one is that the manager on duty was trying hard to compensate for it all.

Amanda M.

Yelp
I went here today just wanting some pizza. The server, Jack, was very nice, attentive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the food was not good. I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza with a soda and 4 garlic knots. The pizza was a good size (huge slices!) but it was not very tasty and had a lot of grease on it. One piece was hot and the other was barely warm. The garlic knots were not flavorful. I only ate 1 of them. The marinara that was served with the knots was ice cold. The restaurant is not high quality, and I was the only person in the whole restaurant around 12:30 (peak lunch hour). With a soda, I spent about $20. I could have gotten way tastier food at Panera next door, for the same price. Even dominoes would have been better. Again, the staff was lovely, and I wish I had liked the food. I will not be going back. :(

Sophia M.

Yelp
Good food and service! I loved the dine in experience and as someone with celiac I had no problem with the gluten free crust!

Michael B.

Yelp
Best Pizza in Franklin hands down! Enjoyed every bit of the dining experience and highly recommend!

Yelp
Kinda Tragic Old Patek this place is tragic. Just like an old Patek. So sad here's a picture of my pizza look how sad it is.

Sydney V.

Yelp
The pizza and wings are amazing! I love going here with my family. My favorite pizza is the margarita.

Tim S.

Yelp
Garlic rolls--came out stone cold. The marinara dipping sauce, ice cold. Like they took it out of the fridge. Spaghetti and meatballs--the noodles were swimming in a bowl of sauce. Enough sauce for 3 orders. The sauce was bitter and spicy. The meatball was about the size of baseball and was stone ice cold in the middle. Like a notch warmer than frozen. Chicken parmigiana--the entirety of the food was floating in water on the plate. My guess is they didn't drain the pasta, just pulled it out of the water and put it on the plate. Sauce was ice cold. Chicken was rubbery but at least it was warm. I didn't bother sending anything back because we had tickets to a show and we didn't have time for them to remake everything. Most definitely will not return.

Joe W.

Yelp
Tiny little pizza place with high prices. We ordered a greek salad and a supreme pizza. The greek salad was a good size, the dressing was all Italian herbs and lemon, it did not taste like greek dressing. We were not fans. We ended up getting a side of ranch dressing and using that- very good ranch. Supreme pizza came with lots of toppings but the sauce was a little bitter for our taste. They did bring us free garlic rolls, they had good flavor but were over cooked and crunchy. Prices here were on the higher end.

Chris H.

Yelp
Nice place, enjoyed the pizza. 90* outside and it's 95* inside. Invest in an air conditioner.

Wayne T.

Yelp
One of the best pizza places in Franklin. New York style pizzas are stone fired and as good as some of the best places in NYC. We had a large pepperoni and the nonnas special, along with the garlic knots. The pizzas were great but OMG, the garlic knots with that dipping sauce are amazing!

Ari G.

Yelp
Haven't been here in a couple years, went to enjoy a nice pie, didn't expect to pay over $25 dollars for a pepperoni pizza. Plus the pizza tastes bland, it's like they just changed everything that made this place good. The restaurant just feels soulless since the original Gina left

Brian N.

Yelp
My wife picked this up the other day for take out. One of the best pizza's I've had around Nashville. I didn't love the crust that much, but I am going to blame that, on it sitting in a cardboard box for the 20 minute drive home. I'm sure it is MUCH better when it's fresh. Great place!!

Kevin G.

Yelp
Updated review....BUYER BEWARE! Not the same Gina's. Last two visits, errors and delays and disorganization. Problems with online orders. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. They can't give refunds. Food was okay, but not as good. Asked staff if there had been a change and was told "new owners and management." I hope they figure it out. MAKES ME SAD.

Debby D.

Yelp
Their pizza is as amazing! We had the double pepperoni with hand tossed crust. We also had the garlic breadsticks. So yummy! We will definitely come back here the next time we visit!

Krista D.

Yelp
Pizza horrible. Thought it would be amazing. Got the food to go. Ambiance is chaotic.

Mark T.

Yelp
What does $25 get you... a EXTREMELY bland pizza with the skimpiest amount of topping possible! The arrogance of this ONCE good restaurant is almost humorous if not for sad current menu. Yes we all get it prices are up, but because prices go up quality does not need to suffer. The pizza had no flavor, cheese was dry, hardly any sauce and what appeared to be a half of a basil leaf cut into as many pieces as possible. They say there is a remnant of the prior ownership, if you want to this place to even be respectable again have Joey come back. Owners should be thrilled there is no other competition in franklin... God we miss Nicks!!!

Doug M.

Yelp
Way over-priced. The food would have been ok if it was not so expensive. Did take-out, but will not again. Portions were much smaller than they used to be, too.

Donna T.

Yelp
Great pizza, even better Calzones! Staff has always been kind. We have eaten in and taken out and both were delicious.

Steve M.

Yelp
Our weekly, go to spot for takeout. The service is always first rate, and the pizza is always on point! Not your average National chain, this is quality locally owned and operated. Highly recommend!

Mark L.

Yelp
We have tried pizza all over Franklin and their pies are the best. Awesome service. Get there early as there will be a wait. Owners are hands on and will bend over backwards to make sure tou enjoy your meal. Looking forward to trying their other selections. Quaint Italian ambiance.

Jodi B.

Yelp
Absolutely horrible. We ordered a meat lovers calzone and it had NO cheese. We asked and one of the workers acted like we were crazy for expecting cheese in our calzone. Another table was served a pizza with no sauce. They literally had to request sauce to be added to their cheese pizza.

David K.

Yelp
I really like this place. The pizza is good, with plenty of toppings. I would recommend the supreme

S T.

Yelp
Pizza crust is handmade and the food is a little pricey, but is really yummy. Highly recommend the garlic knots! I salivate every time I think of them... Also has some outdoor seating.

Bobbie P.

Yelp
Used to go here often. Really changed after Covid. Pizza is way over priced for what you get. Used to be good.

Amanda W.

Yelp
OMG Ok Where Do I Even Start -- I Never Write Reviews BUT Gina's Was So Amazing I Had To!!! Gina Was The Best & So Sweet, It Felt Like Home! The Service Was Amazing & Loved The Environment! Me & My Boyfriend Travel A lot & LOVE To Try The Best Local Foodie Spots & We Are So Glad We Found This Gem, OBSESSED Is An Understatement (highly recommend the mushroom soup, wings & cats pasta dish) Can't wait to eat at Gina's again!!!! Highly Recommend --

H T.

Yelp
Ordered the chicken Marsala to go. Mediocre at best. I'm in the industry too and I don't normally send bad reviews. It was slathered in practically nothing but butter and mushrooms, I didn't even eat it. It was supposed to come with spaghetti, and it didn't. No dressing with salad. Wish this place the best given these weird times but probably won't be back.

Jessica C.

Yelp
Came here in 2020 right when I moved to Franklin and the service and pizza was good. Decided to go back recently and my opinion has changed. Got a seat but noticed they looked understaffed which I understand is an issue everywhere. I am a very patient person for the most part but we literally waited almost 1.5 hours for our pizza! I kept seeing tables come in and get their food, finish it, and leave before we got our food. When I got the attention of our server, he seemed annoyed that I was bringing it up. The person making the pizza came to our table to apologize and said a ticket never printed. I just think about even 30 min the server should notice something is off. Pizza was just ok when it came out. Probably would go back, just wasn't impressed at all

Al W.

Yelp
On two separate occasions, I was in the mood for pasta and decided to stop in at Gina's. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce (meat sauce the previous time). Both times, my dish came out looking like a bowl of tomato soup with a few noodles. The sauce tasted old and smelly (like a metal taste) and the meatballs were tough with a definite old freezer taste. My wife tried a bite and had to immediately spit it out! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who values their money and has expectations of a good meal. Keep driving past....

Joan G.

Yelp
No lie this is the BEST pizza in Williamson County. Born and raised in NY and there is literally no other pizza spot as close as our original NY style pizza! Cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff, love Gina and her sister, feels like family when we come in! Menu all around is great. Pizza the best, love the pepperoni bread, chicken Parm and the desserts! Do not miss out on this hidden gem! Forget the Dominos or Marcos and come show some love to the best pizza in WC!

Remy L.

Yelp
BEST PIZZA IN FRANKLIN, hands down. The customer service is great, the food is SUPER yummy (desserts too). My husband and I won't order pizza from anywhere else!

Joe E.

Yelp
Awesome this place has the best pizza and great customer service. The juicy chicken wings where awesome as well. Thank you

Shelley H.

Yelp
I had Sausage, pepperoni, and cheese Stromboli with marinara and fettuccine white sauce mixed in. And I had for dessert the Oreo cream cheese cupcakes. I had plenty of leftovers to have a few meals with dessert. Everything was wonderful.

Westchester M.

Yelp
Meh. Way too much oregano throughout their food and sauce. Completely overpowered everything. I was really Excited for true eggplant rollatini - wasn't even close to authentic. Way overpriced for what you got. Only bright spot was their pizza crust. That was delicious! but overall a pretty disappointing meal. Still on the hunt for good Italian food.

Lalitha V.

Yelp
Came here for dinner almost at their closing time after a hectic day. I ordered their Tomato Soup and the cheese Ravioli. Both were served together and I don't blame them since I went 30 minutes before closing time. By the time Zi could finish my boiling hot soup the Ravioli got cold, but the serving lady reheated it for me when I asked her. She was very pleasant and friendly which made me feel better since I was dining alone. Will be back to try out their Pizza next time.

Michelle E.

Yelp
We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad, which were quite good. The prices are a bit high and we ended up spending nearly $60. However, the low score for the review has to do with the COVID precautions taken by staff. The wait and counter staff were wearing masks, but the actual individuals handling the food, including making the pizzas in the front of the restaurant were not wearing them at all. There also appeared to be an individual in the kitchen, again visible in the front of the restaurant. She was also not masked and did not appear to work there based on how she was dressed. She was just talking to the women making the pizzas. Overall, the food is very good, but they do not appear to take the health and well being of their customers into consideration. Because they are a small business trying to make it through these tough times, I would think that wearing masks is a small price to pay to keep their customers safe and encouraged to keep coming back.

Kimberly S.

Yelp
In defense of my original post: First I would like to point out I upgraded my original rating from 1 star to 3 stars. The reason I did so was because the food was quite delicious and she did offer me a complimentary pizza to make it right, however... Yes, my original review was deleted and rewritten by me. She accused me of defamation and my husband does not want some business owner to sue us basically for having an opinion about their establishment. Again this new action has solidify my original complaint and the alleged pettiness that occurred when I went to pick up my food. In my opinion it was a horrific experience one I wish not to continue rehashing in my mind. Everything I have stated is again MY OPINION which I am freely allowed to have regardless if someone disagrees with it or not. I urge you all to take from this whatever you want but imagine if this were you and you walked into a restaurant and experienced this same thing in person. I rarely give less than a four star rating. It is all in how people perceive things and those in a customer service based industry have a duty to make sure the way they carry themselves is respectful and kind. I commented on the eye rolling (which was confirmed) and also the owner's comment stated human beings sometimes are not 100% which I took as someone allegedly having a bad night. I obviously felt and experienced something that was not pleasant in the atmosphere of that establishment at the time I was picking up my order.

Wesley L.

Yelp
True Chicago Italian beef; Delicious!!! Thanks Steve for making this delicacy happen!

Randy M.

Yelp
Tommy was a awesome server. Took great care of us. The pepperoni bread , egg plant & wings were great! Can't beat the half off wine on Wednesday's!! This place is a he best Italian place in Franklin by far.

Macy M.

Yelp
Okay this place is amazing!! We just moved in behind them and stopped in for a quick dinner after unpacking. They have a large menu with many unique and delicious options. To start, they gave us a loaf of their freshly baked, hot bread with delicious dipping oil. So yummy! Next we shared one of their Greek salads. This salad was HUGE! So fresh and topped with chunks feta and veggies. Their dressings were seriously some of the best I've ever had. I had the house dressing (creamy & garlicky) and the oil & oregano dressing. This was a great combo. Super garlicky and flavorful. I've been dreaming about this salad ever since! My dad and boyfriend split the lasagne pizza which was topped with marinara, ground meat, ricotta and mozzarella. Unique and delicious! We loved watching them freshly bake all of the pizzas in the brick oven. My mom and I also split the lasagne. It was fresh, super cheesy and tasty! The salad was still my favorite part though! Everyone in the restaurant was very kind, friendly and helpful. Many people came in for carry out orders while we were there, so I imagine we aren't the only ones who love this place! Next time, I'm going try the Anthony's wings, which are fried and finished in the stone fired oven with garlic, parsley, black pepper & EVOO. They're award winning and looked delicious at the table next to us. I love how fresh and unique their menu is! Not just another boring Italian menu. Check them out, you will not be disappointed! They also have some great specials, so I will include a pic of them! Update: I had to go back for dinner after writing this and ordered the wings. They're amazing! Super crispy and flavorful!

Lauren C.

Yelp
Sooo yummy. I've ordered the chicken Parmesan calzone every time. One day I'll try another menu item, but that calzone is amazing!

Rick T.

Yelp
Absolutely excellent pizza!! My wife and I tried the parmesan chicken pizza and it absolutely blew our socks off! Great consistency, lots of toppings, HUGE pizza.. Amazing! meatball appetizer was OK but pizza made up for it! hot dang!

Casey Brennan C.

Yelp
DELIVERED COLD. Not even luke warm. Think it would have tasted ok if it was warm when it got here. Delivery took 90 minutes, which I would get because it's Saturday but you'd think they'd want to deliver it warm or hot. Will likely just not order here again, plenty of other pizza places.

John T.

Yelp
This was a good choice for dinner. The meat lovers pizza was cooked to perfection. The crust was just right, not too hard and not too doughy. The bread and olive oil starter was delicious. The waiter was very attentive but I did have to ask for a drink refill. In his defense the place was packed with people waiting to eat. It is a bit far from my house to make it a regular thing but the next time I'm in town it will be on the top of my list. I spied on other table orders and everything looked delicious. Can't wait for an excuse to go back.

Christina E.

Yelp
Called in for carry-out! *first timer* Answered phone: Brief, short, & unfriendly -- thinking maybe b/c it was in the middle of a dinner rush? Walk in for pick up: Waitstaff wanted to seat us, seemed disappointed (and let it show) that we came for carry-out Front desk: Complementary & friendly, very nice. NOW FOR THE PIZZA -- One of our friends recommended this spot, and we consider them our Franklin TN Yelp go-to's, so what a huge compliment! Crust: Not too thick, not too thin, thankfully not burnt/charred, and tasty! Sauce: One of the better ones I've tried, great middle of the road, doesn't taste like a jar, and doesn't taste homemade from scratch. Toppings: Pepperoni - large ones, didn't love the flavor, and super picky about meat... Good though. Cheese: Again, middle of the road tasting cheeses. Overall - RECOMMEND! *disappointed that ones in Ohio and California blow pizza spots in Franklin out of the water* send us any of your personal recommendations & why -- we would appreciate it!
