GINGER FARM kitchen at ONENIMMAN Chiangmai

Chanced upon this place but was totally impressed with the freshness and standard of its food. Tried the steamed sea bass, seafood tumyum, mango sticky rice and stir fried vegetables, all were awesome. The interior is aso well furnished giving warm and cosy vibes. Would definitely go back for other dishes.

A foodie friend and restaurant owner recommended this place to us. This might be one of the most delightful meals I've experienced... ever. We ordered a LOT of different dishes - pumpkin with egg, chicken wings, pork with seasoned jackfruit, the fried boiled egg side, mango fresh rolls, etc. So hard to choose a favorite. Gorgeous little location, literally on the farm. We followed them on IG after the meal. Well done, Ginger Farm! ✨️🧡✨️

This is a real gem, and probably because I ordered the right combination of dishes. Their beef hangleh curry is probably the best I've tried, it was meaty, spicy and just super tender. I also enjoyed their long bean and som tum. Their food preparation tasted really refined, and the quality is really way up there. Price is medium high but reasonable.

If you are an overseas traveller not familiar with Thai or south East Asian cuisine, this will be a good place to sample the northern Thai food in a very nice environment. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. However, if you are already somewhat familiar with local food, this place may be a bit too costly. The fried rice was nice. The signature dish roasted pork was a bit disappointing. The service was however top notch.

First meal in Chiang Mai and first time trying out Northern Thailand (Lanna) cuisine. It's pretty good. Ordered the famous pork, the platter, seafood noodle salad. The pork skin was a bit too thick for me. The seafood noodle is very good though. Nonetheless, I recommend for first-timers to try this place.

Very nice and clean restaurant. I liked deep fried pork valley and pad thai. Although there are many high review score restaurants in Chiang Mai, this restaurant was one of the best in Chiang Mai. This restaurant is underrated on Google reviews. According to my experience, I should not trust too high review score with too many reviews which is necessary to maintain high score by owner. I was fooled by the high Google review score in Chiang Mai, Bangkok and Hanoi and ended up disappointed with the food.

In a nice cottage like restaurant, service was good . We ordered the crispy pork , if they could sliced it thinner would be better in my opinion . Curry prawn has a light floral flavor which I feel not too heavy , the tom yam pad Thai was also good but they could trim down the salt would be ideal . The best is the fried rice with crab meat . Overall a good place to visit when you are at Chiangmai .

Ginger Farm is a restaurant located inside One Nimman. While the prices are on the higher side, they’re well justified by the quality of the food and the freshness of the ingredients. We especially loved the pork platter and the Mieng Kam. It was our first time trying Mieng Kam, and the flavor was truly unforgettable. The cucumber with minced pork soup was light, non-oily, and perfectly balanced, it is really a comfort dish. We also tried the Avo Go-Green, which was rich and refreshing without being overly sweet. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, even without air-conditioning. A great place for a relaxed and satisfying meal.
