GINGER FARM kitchen at ONENIMMAN Chiangmai

The Thai food we ate was absolutely amazing, we started with an entree of chicken wings and dipping sauce very tasty followed by Tom Yum soup with prawns and pork belly with dipping sauce this meal was sensational. Also the girl who served us most of the night was only a trainee but she was very attentive. Thank you once again for a fantastic dining experience.

The shop is adorned with Michelin logos, and we noticed people queuing outside. Since we were staying nearby, we asked the staff about the least busy hours, and they recommended coming around 11 AM when they just open. We arrived at 11:30 AM and were lucky to find no queue. Once seated, we ordered several dishes marked as "chef recommended." The food was delicious, and the portions were surprisingly large—we couldn’t finish everything! A little tip: if you're a party of two and plan to order their Roast Pork with Kale, you might want to skip their famous Roast Pork as the portions are quite big, and finishing both can be a challenge. The service was excellent, and the place was clean. Within 30 minutes, the restaurant was already nearly full. By the time we left at around 12:45 PM, a queue had started forming outside.

Food is really yummy here I don't think you can go wrong! The pako fern, acacia glass noodles with egg, roast pork were the best dishes. Crab omelette and stir fry pork was good. All the drinks were tasty. Came at 130 on a Saturday and was able to walk in.

I am not sure we did the place justice by only ordering two dishes. Everyone else around us had so much!! However, we LOVED it. We tried the passion, rose drink, pineapple curry, and the make your own sample try. All delicious. Felt so fresh and healthy. I definitely would return in a heartbeat. The vibe is great. The servers had big smiles on their plates. And people were ORDERING food. I want to go back/feel like I need to in order to try more! Plus it is on the Michelin guide list- total perk.

It was quite a good meal with mostly hits. We ordered two khao sois to share, and the broth was rather sweet, yet rich in coconut. We also enjoyed the Pako fern so much that we reordered the dish, and we also liked the prawn cakes. The eggplant with pork crackling was also good. The crispy calamari was just so-so, though the crab omelette was excellent. The place was packed and reservations are recommended. Service was slightly chaotic, and friendly enough.

Visitors to this restaurant will likely start by ordering the Michelin-recommended crispy pork belly, and then consider other menu options. I chose Northern Thai dishes, including Khao Soi and Northern-style Som Tam. The dishes were cleanly presented and flavorful, as expected from a specialized restaurant. I can confidently recommend this place as one of the most reliable dining spots in the area.

Some of the food is nice, but the roasted pork, which is Michelin, seems to be overrated. We ordered a few starters and others like tom yum soup. We find the starters are much nicer, like the crab cake and chicken wings. Do take note that you need to wait for seats at least 30 to 40 mins. You need to leave your name and thai mobile number if you have. Else, we need to come back at the indicated time from the staff. Service is fast, and order items slowly come in after 10 minutes. They don't serve water, so they need to order drinks like juices or alcoholic beverages. Overall, it is still good to have dinner over there except for the long queue.

Love the vibe here and located at the mall which is very convenient, perfect for a meal in the middle of our shopping. First time having crispy pork in Chiang mai which is really good, I ordered a Thai milk tea it looks nice plus tastes good as well. Recommend this is to be another must -try restaurant here.
